La Villa Mar Alborán est la villa de vacances idéale à Moraira sur la Costa Blanca. Situé dans une impasse calme et sélectionnée dans le quartier exclusif et tranquille de Pla del Mar à Moraira. A 5 minutes à pied de la ville et à 9 minutes à pied de la plage.

Cette belle villa de vacances est cachée derrière des haies avec un grand jardin tropical privé et une piscine sécurisée. Vous adorerez cette villa typiquement méditerranéenne et profiterez du choix entre de nombreuses terrasses différentes offrant à la fois du soleil et de l'ombre. C'est un endroit idéal pour lire tranquillement, bronzer ou prendre un cocktail au coucher du soleil.

Le nouvel étage intermédiaire rénové est un espace idéal pour les réunions sociales et les soirées culinaires.

La villa est respectueuse de l'environnement avec des panneaux solaires, une pompe à chaleur et une batterie.

Villa 6 pièces 195 m2 sur 3 niveaux, aménagement confortable et agréable. Capacité 8 adultes et 2 enfants. La villa est sur trois étages sans escalier intérieur.

L'étage intermédiaire (rénové en 2024) est distribué en hall, salon et cuisine ouverts, TV, salle de bains, deux chambres dont une avec salle de bains privative. Sortie sur terrasse couverte vitrée avec vue fabuleuse sur la mer (utilisée comme salle à manger). Sortie sur jardin.

Dernier étage : (escalier extérieur) chambre 24 m2 avec salle de bains. Sortie sur balcon avec vue fantastique sur la mer et couchers de soleil incroyables.

Rez-de-chaussée : (escalier extérieur), appartement indépendant comprenant séjour avec cuisine ouverte, TV et canapé convertible, chambre et salle de bain. Sortie sur terrasse couverte du salon et de la chambre. Capacité 2+2

Amazing

Couldn’t fault anything, up there with the best property we’ve stayed in. It was so well equipped, clean and great location. The hosts had thought if everything and they actually put money into it rather than just a basic holiday let. Would recommend to anyone.

Wanted something walking distance to downtown Moraira…5 min walk was perfect! Property…modern, impeccably clean, kitchen fully equipped, amazing pool and outdoor BBQ prep area, view of Calpe you can’t beat!

Absolutely amazing!

From the moment we arrived it was a 5* experience. Rasa greeted us at the property as we arrived early so we could leave our luggage while we explored the area. She was very friendly and responsive by WhatsApp when we had a minor issue with a sink (which was also dealt with promptly). The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our 3 groups were spread across the 3 floors which worked really well, allowing privacy but with a fabulous communal area. The pool was amazing and we sunbathed there every day. There is not a single fault, it was wonderful and we were all sad to leave! Moraira is a small town but very lovely with lots of shops and restaurants. The walk is only 10-15 minutes and the area felt very quiet and safe. We would all love to come back again one day. Thank you!

Fantastic house - fantastic vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. I don't know where to start: Plenty of place to relax by the pool, the great dining table with the spectacular view, short walking distances to the harbour and supermarkets, but actually you just want to stay at the house, because it is so nice. Great recommendation!

Lovely Villa

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days. It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town. I would recommend it, and we may well be back again.

Very Good villa for group of adults

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Downstairs kitchen is ideal for food by the pool and 2 good BBQ. Plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade

Family holiday.

We spent a week in this loveley house. Perfect with a fully equipped apartment on the bottom floor for the family with a toddler. We spent many wonderfull evnings in the "diningroom with the doors opened. The pool area was excellent with pleanty of sunbeds for everyone.

Absolutely Amazing

The Villa Albaron well what can you say about it, it is a fantastic place to stay in a very convenient place in a nice area.The villa itself has amazing accommodation from bedrooms to living area's,The lower level had great pool and bbq area. There were seven of us and there was plenty room for all. All I can say is go and stay there you'll all have a fantastic vacation in a beautiful place.

Excellent for large family group

We were 4 couples holidaying together so the separate accommodation levels worked well, we also had family that lived locally visit so the outside space, lower level kitchen land bbq was excellent. Only thing missing was an information folder.

Fantastic villa so close to the town

The photos don’t do this villa justice. The villa worked perfectly for our family holiday with the split living over the three floors allowing everyone their independence. They had everything you could need and you could happily spend the week without venturing into to the town if you wanted. We regularly walked into town which took no more than 15 minutes. Some of our party weren’t able to do the walk, but access by car was easy. Moraira offered ann overwhelming amount of restaurants. Could have easily spent another week there. We had a 2 year old with us and found the villa and the town to be very child friendly with lots of parks and crystal clear beaches. Would definetly recommend to anyone with or without children. Could not be faulted.

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The communication was great throughout with quick responses. When we arrived, the villa was better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and more! With an abundance of utensils and equipment which made our stay stress-free. Air-con in all of the rooms too. Walking distance to the town (10-15mins) and local beach (15-20mins). We drove to a few beach coves (20mins) and to the waterfalls (60 mins). We were a group of 8 girls and this seemed to be a safe neighbourhood for us. We had a fun night out in Saxos too! We hired cars to drive from Alicante airport which was helpful as taxis seemed difficult to get- but there was great parking at the villa. Overall we had a perfect stay- could not thank you enough! We hope to come back!

Probably due a bit of an update.

We need to caveat the review by saying that we needed to move out after 2 days as there were serious roadworks happening outside the villa that shook the building 8am-6pm. Although the hosts would have known about this before our arrival (and it would have been nice to be able to find a new villa before we arrived rather than half way though) they were very good with offering a refund. In terms of the villa, it’s split into 3 parts so the bedrooms are all on three separate levels which isn’t great when you’ve got a young family as you want to be able to access them in the night. The upstairs kitchen is definitely dated, as are the toaster etc. Downstairs kitchen is well appointed.

Amazing Stay in a Holiday Villa in Moraira, Spain!

I recently had an incredible stay with my family in a holiday villa in Moraira, Spain. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the villa's fantastic location. It was within walking distance of the charming town of Moraira, which meant we had easy access to all the amenities and attractions nearby. One of the first things that caught our attention was how clean and well-maintained the villa was. Everything was neatly organized, and it was evident that attention had been paid to every detail to ensure guests feel right at home. The interior was stylish and comfortable, with ample space for our family of four adults and a three-year-old. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful swimming pool. It was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off during the hot days. Our three-year-old had the time of his life in the pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers around the pool while taking in the beautiful surroundings. As for the amenities, we were not disappointed. The villa was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen where we could prepare delicious meals to comfortable beds, a spacious living room, and a dining area where we could enjoy meals together. Additionally, there was ample parking space for two cars, which was very convenient. The location of the villa was also perfect for us. We could easily walk to the town of Moraira, where we could enjoy cozy restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. It was nice to take an evening stroll and soak in the atmosphere of the town without having to worry about finding parking. Overall, our stay in this holiday villa in Moraira was an unforgettable experience. The location within walking distance of Moraira town, the clean and well-maintained villa, the abundance of amenities, and the delightful swimming pool made it the perfect choice for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this villa to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Moraira. Thanks again for your hospitality

Home away from home

The house had everything to make our stay comfortable, everything you could think of was available. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchens, nice pool and great views. Change of linen and towels weekly. Good communication with the cleaning lady, thanks Rassa! We had several guests and they all whished they could stay longer. And so did we.

Krister travaille comme directeur général de la société Hexagon qui vend des équipements GPS à des entreprises de construction et Christel travaille en tant que contrôleur financier pour une autre société Hexagon. Nous avons longtemps espéré acheter une maison secondaire et avons entrepris plusieurs voyages vers l'Espagne pour chercher une maison, jusqu'à ce qu'en 2013, nous trouvions enfin la propriété de nos rêves dans notre ville préférée, Moraira.
