Villa Mila est une villa confortable parfaite pour des vacances en famille tout au long de l'année. La villa dispose de 6 chambres et 4 salles de bain. Quatre chambres sont situées dans la villa. Deux chambres sont situées dans deux pool-house séparés. La chambre principale a une salle de bain en suite et la chambre principale est également reliée à une autre (deuxiÚme) chambre, qui a 2 lits simples et la possibilité d'ajouter un lit d'enfant. Les deux chambres ont de belles vues sur la mer.

La troisiĂšme ainsi que la quatriĂšme chambre disposent de 2 lits simples et partagent une autre salle de bains.

La cinquiÚme chambre est trÚs grande. Il dispose d'un lit king-size et offre de la place pour un autre lit (pour enfants). Il a une belle vue mer et une salle de bain attenante. Cette chambre est située dans un poolhouse.

La sixiĂšme chambre est un peu plus petite. Il a Ă©galement une salle de bain attenante et deux lits simples, qui peuvent ĂȘtre connectĂ©s. Cette chambre est situĂ©e dans le deuxiĂšme poolhouse.

Il y a une autre piĂšce fraĂźche en bas dans la villa Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la buanderie. Cette piĂšce peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e comme salle de jeux ainsi que comme chambre supplĂ©mentaire. Il a une porte d'entrĂ©e / sortie sĂ©parĂ©e sur la terrasse. A proximitĂ© se trouve une toilette extĂ©rieure situĂ©e sur la terrasse Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du garage.

La villa a un salon confortable avec TV satellite à écran plat, DVD, installation sonore et une salle à manger avec une cuisine ouverte avec tous les équipements (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, machine à café, etc.) et tous les ustensiles nécessaires.

Toutes les chambres de la villa disposent de la climatisation, du chauffage au sol et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

La villa dispose d'une piscine chauffée en forme de rein 8x4, de 2 grandes cabines de douche et de nombreux transats et transats confortables. Autour de la villa, plusieurs grandes terrasses
avec tables et chaises, ping-pong, balançoires pour enfants et grand parking. Il y a aussi une pergola en bois avec des chaises confortables pour se détendre et prendre un verre.

La cuisine d'été dispose d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisiniÚre à gaz, d'un barbecue, d'eau chaude et froide, de paellera, etc. La villa dispose d'un stockage d'eau supplémentaire, ce qui est trÚs utile au milieu de l'été lorsque la pression de l'eau est généralement trop faible

toute la zone autour de la villa est clÎturée. La mer et les restaurants sont accessibles à pied (environ 500 mÚtres).

Cette villa est également trÚs confortable pendant la saison d'hiver et est donc un excellent choix pour les personnes qui souhaitent prolonger leur séjour hivernal.

Au top, les propriĂ©taires sont Ă  l’écoute et disponibles. Nous avons vraiment passĂ© un super sĂ©jour en famille avec toute tranche d’ñge. C’était parfait. Agréable en famille

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans la villa du 31 juillet au 14 AoĂ»t 2020, Les PropriĂ©taires sont disponibles, Ă  l'Ă©coute et chaleureux, C'est une trĂšs belle propriĂ©tĂ©, avec une piscine, une cuisine d'Ă©tĂ© pratique et un barbecue, idĂ©al pour des moments conviviaux. La vue est imprenables sur la mer, il y a des installations pour les enfants (balançoires, petite cabane..) La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, tout est pensĂ© pour s'y sentir comme chez soi, et bien placĂ©e: un endroit calme entre Moraira, Benidorm et Alicante, oĂč l'on peut trouver pas mal d'activitĂ©s Ă  faire. Quelques suggestions de notre part: il serait bien d'ajouter des rideaux occluants Ă  certaines fenĂȘtre pour Ă©viter d'ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ© par le soleil trĂšs tĂŽt le matin. Et d'ajouter un peu plus de vaisselles dans la cuisine (casseroles, couteaux..). En tout cas c'Ă©tait un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, inoubliable, que nous avons passĂ© tous ensemble, Merci a Ruud et Nina pour leurs gentillesse et leurs accueil.

We arrived late at night and Nina was there to receive us and had very kindly arranged some groceries for our first day.The whole villa was excellent and very comfortable with good facilities both inside and out!We particularly enjoyed the outside eating area ,Kitchen and BBQ where we ate every evening!The lovely warm pool was much enjoyed by all and the play areas and ping pong table provided more fun and games.The two outside pool bedrooms allowed for more space and privacy away from the four bedrooms in the main house!Benniconnect transfers provided an excellent private transfer for 12 and Blanca cars provided an excellent car hire service delivered to the villa.We would strongly recommend this villa and really hope we will be returning to it soon for a repeat of an excellent holidayThanks Nina and Ruud from the Hayden family

We had a really lovely stay at the villa which was perfect for us as a family of 8 adults, a 3 year old and 3 babies. We were met by Nina who welcomed us, showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. There was plenty of space for everyone with a number of different seating areas outside and the 2 pool rooms were ideal for a bit of privacy. The children loved the pool and the views are stunning. There are a number of restaurants and a beautiful beach bar a ten minute walk from the villa. The centre of Moraira was about a 20 minute walk along the seafront where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. A car would be useful for grocery shopping and days out but not essential. Rudd and Nina are both so welcoming and responded quickly to any queries we had regarding our booking and also during our stay. We will definitely return Many thanks

Brilliant villa for family group

We have just returned from a brilliant week here and found the property to be ideal for our group (two grandparents, two adult children and their spouses plus their four girls ranging from 2 to 9). The two families had the bedrooms and bathrooms in the villa whilst my husband and I had the lovely en-suite pool house and weren’t disturbed by little ones waking early! We soon settled into a routine of going to the beach (a short drive away) for a couple of hours in the morning but the girls were always happy to get back to the villa and into the pool where they would have remained until bedtime given the chance! We ate out a couple of times but were usually happy barbecuing or enjoying something tasty from the excellent Mas y Mas supermarket which had a good fresh fish counter, butcher etc. There is nothing to fault and lots of little extras to mention: child bed for our youngest grandchild, high chair, table tennis and table football, outside toilet to save wet kids going indoors, good dishwasher, AC, early check in and welcome Prosecco and water in the fridge. We hope to come back - thank you Ruud and Nina!

Amazing Villa

Omg where to start, from the moment we booked to moment of departure we could not fault anything. Our hosts Rudd and Nina have been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble, they organised a welcome pack for us which was much needed as we arrived at 1am. They also organised for someone to come and cook a paella for us which i totally recommend, it was amazing. The villa had everything we needed and was the perfect home from home. I would recommend getting a car as there is so much to go and see Thank you Rudd and Nina for making our family holiday one that we will never forget. Love the Pulham family xx

Loved it

The property for us was just superb suited us perfectly great pool which the grandchildren and adults enjoyed. Situated on a hill we had a heavily pregnant mum with us but she found the walk down fine and there was always a taxi about to bring her and the children back. Some really good restaurants around and the town is very pretty. Good hosts very friendly and attentive, if you want to play table tennis bring balls with you as you loose them over the property wall. Fantastic view out to sea and great BBQ area. Couldn’t have had a better holiday

Perfect for our family of 14

Calle Tordo 1, how beautiful! The villa is on 3 levels which was perfect for our family to spread out and have our own privacy. We travelled with 2 babies and 3 children (ages 7 - 3) and had everything we needed. We did hire a car which I would say is a must for shopping trips and days out etc. The hill back up to the villa is a steep one. Especially when carrying the children or pushing the pram. Thankfully the pool was big enough for us all to shower immediately and jump into when you arrive back from your workout. It's nice and quiet, enclosed and safe with lovely views especially from the top floor. We cannot thank Ruud enough for offering this villa as the one we booked initially had ongoing works nearby and due to the dust and noise, he granted us the opportunity to upgrade. Communication throughout has been amazing, Nina (Ruud's daughter) is absolutely lovely. Always on hand to help if need be. If you're contemplating booking this villa, please do, you wont be disappointed. Area is beautiful, beach is idyllic, villa is amazing. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you again Ruud and family!

Fabulous stay

Beautiful spacious villa. 13 of us stayed ages ranging from 1 - 66 !! Never felt on top of each other. Chill area around the pool outdoor cooking facilities were a hit. We walked every day to the beach and back. Nina the owner was very quick to respond when we asked a question. Would definitely return 💕

Great Place for young and old

We've had a wonderful stay at Villa Mila. The pool with the sunbeds, the view to the sea, both spaces to come together and to have some private time, for the kids opportunities to play (beside the pool, which was the main attraction of course). Our hosts are very kind and nice people. I wish, we've could have stayed longer.

Fantastic Villa, beautiful views

Wonderful Villa, we’ll equipped with everything you could need. Great view from the top of the hill but would suggest hiring a car for supermarket trips and heading into town to market as the walk back up the hill can be tough for small children and grandparents and taxis are not reliable. We all had a fantastic time, the local market was great for fresh fruit and olives and the local supermarket for meats and fish. The kids spent most of their time in the pool. There was a good selection of books, games and toys too in the Villa which they enjoyed using as well as some fab play areas and lots to explore.

Brilliant for a family with children

The villa was on a quiet street within walking distance to local restaurants and bars on the coast (15 mins walk) the sandy beach is probably a 25 min walk. The villa was amazing for kids- play area with swings, climbing frame, little Wendy house. Our contact with the host was 5 stars and Ruud was very helpful answering questions before our stay- and Nina was also available on WhatsApp during our stay. We had an amazing paella cooked for us by our hosts too, at a good price. If I was to feed back on anything the villa may require it would be larger bath towels and also the microwave open door button was broken. Thank you for a great stay! X

Amazing Villa

This Villa was all it said it would be. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children and was perfect for everyone. So many little seating areas to have some quiet time. The pool houses were great for the members without children. And the extra touches of areas for the children are very thoughtful. Ruud and Nina always responded straight away to any questions and were perfect hosts. We were offered a Paella cooked on site which was a nice surprise and would recommend having. Beautiful area but would advise the need for a car for shopping and getting to beach etc as is a hilly area.

Amazing villa!

The reviews are not wrong, this villa was perfect! We are a group of 8 adults and 1 child, the villa was great. Plenty of areas to hide away and enough space to congregate together as a group around the pool and to eat. Lots of bedrooms and you didn’t feel on top of each other at all. We hired cars to get us around and there is off street parking for 2/3 cars. You could walk to some restaurants, bars and a small beach, but would need a car for the bigger town and main beach. The villa is on a hill, so about a 10 min walk down but 20 min walk up (at most). We’d definitely book here again in a heartbeat. Ruud and Nina are lovely and very easily contactable and responsive to messages. Thank you so much for having us.

A near perfect trip to a piece of paradise

This villa in a perfect little Spanish seaside town was a homerun! I looked all along the Costa Blanca for a town that was fairly close to big attractions (like Terra Mitica and the many marinas in the area) and this place in Moraira is just that! Nina and Ruud were great hosts and answered any questions I had really accurately and promptly. There were one or two hiccups along the way that I could have probably helped myself with (like how to dispose of garbage). Once I addressed them with the owners, they were quickly worked out. I probably would have liked to have more recommendations for tours such as sailing but again, I could was able to do some research and work this out since I'm a travel planner where I live. The villa itself is PERFECT for multigenerational families with great separate areas. Pool is AMAZING and as many guests have already alluded to, the photos cannot do the SPECIAL view any justice. Thank you again to Ruud, Nina and everyone involved in making our stay special!

Great family holiday

The villa was great for all our family. The kids loved the pool and there were quiet areas for the grandparents. The outside pool rooms gave everyone privacy. I would highly recommend this villa for family holidays.

Fantastic!

We had a very nice week in Vila Mila, 13 persons from 3 years to 70+. The house was very nice, the beds were good, it was very nice for the children to play, it was near by the supermarket, the beach, the restaurants, the town. We did not have a car. All of us would like to come back

This property is fantastic.the views are incredible and the space is amazing.I could not fault this property one bit.It had everything for adults and kids.The pool is the perfect size and can be heated which is brilliant for kids.I could have stayed here forever.I will definitely be back.

Family holiday May 2023

Villa is great, spacious and comfortable inside and outside. The pool was lovely and we all had fun using it, even our 3 month old granddaughter! We liked the different outside sitting and eating areas and the barbecue area was ideal in the evenings. With 6 bedrooms it was perfect to accommodate our family that was all 4 generations! Moraira town is lovely and there is a good selection of cuisines on offer as well as a sandy beach. Highly recommended.

The owners of the villa are Ruud and Luda. They bought the villa in 2013 and made a total renovation, which took more then a year. For the moment they come to Spain only now and then but in a few years they hope to retire and then to start living in Spain

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Ruud and Luda bought the property because of the way it is situated. It is near to the sea and also on walking distance from the village-center with shops and restaurants. The vills has a real nice naya and a beautiful view to the sea. It is a cosy property and it has all comfort, which you may need.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our villa delighted us from the beginning. It is a lovely place to stay for one big family or a family-group or a group of friends. It offers the possibility to be together but at the same time provides privacy to the group-members. All amenities are close, which means that you can walk home after a good glass of wine.
