Certaines fonctionnalités supplémentaires sont: 3-1 / 2 acres paysagers avec 135 pieds de façade sur le lac. Feu de camp, blancs de jeu de fers de sable, quai privé de 115 pieds avec la station et crampons pour 3 bateaux supplémentaires rive électrique. Plus de 1 acre de gazon entretenu et de l'espace supplémentaire pour stationnement supplémentaire ou de jeu, bien placé pour visiter les campeurs caravaniers ou complets avec de l'eau et d'égout.

As there is very dry vegetation during the summer on our and our neighbors' property, fireworks are absolutely never allowed on our property.

Absolute perfect Family and friends vacation!

This home was a perfect treat for our Friends and Family trip of 14 people with room to spare. With beautiful views to a dock to pull our boat up to this home and it all. Thank you for allowing us to create memories that our families will cherish and never forget.

Great property for a large group

We had 18 people, so beds and bathrooms were a priority. We had plenty of room to spread out. Two decks, game room, well stocked kitchen, and a great dock for fishing and swimming. Only negative was a non working hot tub. Jerry had to get parts to repair it and couldn't get them in in time for our stay.

Family time

Great space for our family of 15. Space to be together and spaces to be apart. Great for water activities as we are very outdoor and water oriented. Did enjoy the gates and amenities for our youngest (a 1-year-old)

Family reunion/gathering

Family gathering. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. House was beautifully situated on the lake with the the high peaks of the Mission range on the other side of the lake. House was well equipped. Lots of room for the 5 cars and boat trailer we had. Glacier National Park was an easy drive and was spectacular! Lake level was low but we were still able to tie up to the dock. The week flew by. We all (16 of us) had a great time!

Paradise by the lake

My husband and I rented this awesome house for a week get-together for us, our kids and grandkids. The house is very nice, has good sized rooms and baths, was very clean, and has a fantastic family/game/bunk area. We loved the outdoor space and the private dock. We rented a pontoon boat and it was wonderful to have it docked right at the house. The lake and Mountain View from just about every area of the house is unbelievable! There is lots of outdoor space for the grandkids to play. We couldn’t have picked a better location or house. Jerry, the owner, was quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Birthday celebration

I had a large family gathering for my birthday. The numerous bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful for giving each couple and family the space they needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare meals. We rented a pontoon and the dock was wonderful for picking people up. Plenty of room for parking the numerous rental cars. Wonderful washer and dryer for doing laundry. There were a few issues, however. There was some junk in the front yard which definitely affects your first impression of the property. There were some areas in the house which had not been dusted. The dishwasher was very old and we had to wash most loads a 2nd time to get them clean. Overall, the good outweighed the nuisances and I would recommend this property.

Beautiful Flathead Lake

We spent a week at this property with extended family. There was plenty of room to accommodate 17 of all ages. If we were not at Glacier National Park, most of our time was spent on deck enjoying the beautiful view or down on the dock. Flathead Lake is amazing!! Be sure to sit out back and observe the stars. The kitchen is well appointed and the additional refrigerator on the lower level held all of our beverages, allowing for plenty of room in the upstairs kitchen. We had a deer visit every evening to drink and snack down by the lake. Our host, Jerry, was very responsive to any questions we had as our vacation approached. The drive to the house can be a bit tricky, especially if arriving at night. Slow down as you approach so you don't miss the turn. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing family gathering.

Lake House Getaway

This property was stunning the minute you walk through the door. The kitchen has tons of empty cupboards and space to put your groceries away. Also has everything you need to make meals for the week. There is a ton of bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. We do wish that it had king size beds especially since the bedrooms have more than enough room. Also maybe some black out curtains as it gets very bright in the mornings. The dock is the best dock we have seen in 11 years of staying on lakes. It is very stable and clean and tons of room to sit out by the water. We also enjoyed the grass area by the lake to relax and visit. The water was also warm this year which I always love! Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and there was a note left that they would be out to fix it but that did not happen. We were very disappointed with the lack of transparency with this issue as we seen that the week prior also had no working hot tub. We pick our vacation homes based on having a hot tub. It was very disappointing. Overall, we would come back here as the home is large and had lots of privacy and we loved the dock and location.

Family Reunion

The property was wonderful-large open spaces, bright & airy; beautiful views of the Flathead Lake & Mission Mountains. The decks & dock were our favorite spots-a great place to swim and capturing the sunrise and sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion there and the owner, Jerry was prompt & efficient with any questions or requests.

Beautiful and peaceful location!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! Our family which included our 14 month old granddaughter! Spacious place for us all to spread out. Enjoyed the view from the decks! Only suggestion would be king beds. We are all use to king beds so we had to spread out this week! Luckily there were plenty of beds! I would stay here again! Views are spectacular and host was timely in all communication!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay. The location of the property was perfect, right on Flathead Lake with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop. There’s a large grassy area leading to the dock along with a fire pit and horseshoe area. The house is very spacious and comfortable for a large family. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses and add king beds. The rooms are plenty big enough. The bottom floor has a pool table and selection of games which was so nice. Super happy with our stay and hope to return one day!

Guys golf weekend

Had an issue with the water heater, but owner responded as promptly as possible and had it taken care of. Great weekend with the guys and the house could fit us all comfortably.

Boaters' Paradise. Great for family reunions.

The house accommodated 18 of us very well, except for poor mattresses. The master suite has an excellent bed. We enjoyed seeing a deer bed down next to the house. Ample parking, good privacy, nice hot tub and decks, and the lake was great for our boat and kayaks. There was a broken faucet in the master suite when we arrived, not a problem, since there were two basins.

Wonderful Reunion

This house has so much space for our family to spread out. Great bedrooms and bathrooms, well-organized and stocked kitchen, but best of all the deck views are amazing and the yard and dock allowed us to spend all our time outside enjoying the lake. It was perfect for 12 adults, plenty of privacy and entertainment!

Great home and environment for fun! Big Sky days and nights! Stars,space station,full moon and great sunrise and sunsets. Our Happy Place

We have chosen to stay at this property for more than 10 years now. We appreciate that the owner, Jerry is very welcoming and responsive. The property is truly our favorite spot to vacation. It has a beautiful view and lots of space for visiting with family whether it is on the deck or playing board games inside. We enjoy every minute here, on the lake and on the shore. You couldn't ask for a better location or view.

Four families, 8 kids, first week in August

The property is a little tired and stay a little pricey, but we still thought it was a great place. Here are the pros: (1) really helpful and friendly owner, Jerry; (2) kids loved the dock and swimming in clean water that was about 74 degrees all week; (3) the home was well equipped, especially for kids and large groups; (4) hot tub was great for warming up after a swim; (5) the bay is protected from northerly winds. We would recommend this place, though be careful if you have high-maintenance wives that look for reasons to complain! We had 8 children from 4 to 13 years old and they all cried when we left - it made their summer and that's all that really matters!

Great House! Great Location!

Our group of 10 adults had a wonderful week staying at this house on Flathead Lake! The house was clean and well stocked, and the view can't be beat! The location was convenient for our day trips to Glacier Park, Big Fork and Missoula. The town of Polson is right down the street with great restaurants and stores.
