La prochaine escapade de votre famille, située à quelques pas de la plage de Las Conchas! Cette belle maison de 2 étages et 4 chambres a été récemment rénovée. Profitez de la vue imprenable depuis le salon / salle à manger et la cuisine du deuxième étage, ou les zones confortables en bas parfaites pour la lecture. Dégustez une margarita sur le pont sur le toit ou faites des grillades dans la cour arrière ou dans le patio au 2e étage. Un superbe plafond en boveda vous accueille et un travail de carrelage personnalisé incroyable vous fait sentir comme chez vous. La cuisine est parfaite pour préparer des repas pour un grand groupe, il suffit d'apporter de la nourriture! Le rez-de-chaussée comprend son propre salon, la chambre principale avec un lit king-size, une chambre d'hôtes avec des lits superposés et une salle de lecture avec un futon pouvant accueillir 2 enfants supplémentaires. La première chambre d'hôtes à l'étage dispose de deux lits jumeaux. Le second a un lit queen.

Awesome stay

House was clean, 3 min walk to beach, check-in was really easy. Would stay again, family loved it. Really spacious. Roof top lounge area with grill is amazing.

Trip to Rocky Point

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was very nice and clean. Easy access to the beach and the beach was nice and quiet. The roof top view was amazing. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rocky point

Great house with a lot of space

We had a fantastic stay - we appreciated the many bedrooms and living spaces. The kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, especially the rooftop. We loved watching the sunrise, and how close we were to everything in Puerto Penasco.

Annual family vacation in Rocky Point

The house was beautiful, very clean, and only 800 feet from the beach! Plenty a room for the family and communication with the owner was top-notch! Will definitely use this listing again in the future!

Inviting home near the ocean

This home was the perfect location for our group with multiple spaces to gather with others. It comes equipped with all our kitchen needs, beach towels, a water cooler and lots of comfy sheets and blankets. The owner was very accessible before and during our stay. The home is also very close to a entry point to the beach, just a 5 min walk!

Fantastic beach getaway

My family had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s home in Las Conchas. The home was incredibly clean and well decorated. All the essentials were available to make our stay enjoyable. We have 5 kids, ages from 8 to 14, and they all had a great time, loved all the spaces to relax in the home and the easy walk to the beach. The beach was wonderful, felt like a private beach just for us, not crowded at all. Check in and check out extremely easy. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone thinking to stay in Las Conchas.

Short walk to the beach

The house was large enough for our group. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was lovely. We appreciated how close the beach was. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was so low that we couldn't wash our hair and the water temperature was lukewarm at best. The outdoor shower did not work. The outdoor sink on the terrace was disconnected to the plumbing. The kitchen was not well-stocked, which made it difficult to cook.

Loved the home but needs some improvements

The outdoor areas were great but furniture and tables were falling apart. Cigarette butts on the ground along with lots of dirt and sand. The water pressure in all the bathrooms is pretty bad. Every 30 seconds or so you would have duck out because it got freezing for a couple seconds. I do understand that the water pressure is hard to fix because all the homes have the same problem.

A home away from home!

This house is in a quiet community. There is room enough for 8-10 people comfortably. The house has everything you need - pots/pans, fresh water, a top deck to sunbathe, comfortable beds, good WIFI, and even a ping pong table! During our stay, one of the a/c units went out at night. The owner had a maintenance team out the next day and were able to quickly get the a/c unit up and running. Maintenance issues will arise from time to time - with this home, you can be rest assured that the owners will respond to text/phone/email quickly and quickly address any issues/questions you have. While we don't travel to Rocky Point that often, we are glad we picked this home and recommend that you do so as well!

This home was absolutely wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach! The home was perfect for lounging inside, cooking meals, and the roof top was awesome! Highly recommend! Also, super quick to get into town! So many places in the house to hang out at!

Great beach getaway

The property was great! Nice spot for a relaxing getaway. If the air conditioner weren’t so loud we’d have given this spot a raving review. It’s clean and the location is beautiful! They even had NFL ticket on the TV so we could watch our game! Overall a great spot that’s well managed.

Best group house

10 of us, 2 parents (62, 70) and 8 couples (aged 30-45) and we had the best time!! It says 4 bedrooms, but it is really 5. The reading nook with the futon has a door to the room so total privacy and was on the smaller side but totally great for an adult couple. The kitchen is upstairs with 2 bedrooms, living room and patio. Downstairs is the level and had another living room and the 3 bedrooms and backyard. The AC is super cold and amazing. All the beds are really comfortable and there are plenty of extra towels and sheets/bedding. You can hear the waves from the beach on the patio which is lovely. Kitchen is awesome, tons of extra dishes and silverware. The rooftop patio is the best!!! We watched the stars and even when it's warm out-- there is always a nice breeze up there. Walking to the Beach is great, literally a private beach, even over labor day weekend. We brought one of those off road wagons which was definitely necessary but made it super easy. You can drive closer to the beach, but it is just as quick to just walk rather than load and unload the car. Pro-tip, there is a SIX convenient store 5min from the house at the bottom of an unfinished condo thing and it has almost everything you need (beer, wine, ice, snacks, beef Jerry, sunglasses ect). Overall, awesome. Thank you so much for the great stay!

All the comforts of home

We had a great time while staying at this property! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids loved the Pac Man game (and so did the adults!). A perfect home for families to enjoy! We love that it was so close to town yet private at the same time. We will definitely return!

Our 4th of July weekend couldn’t have been more pleasant. Our stay at La Casa de Arturo was wonderful with fully equipped kitchen and rooms , very beautiful home our stay was awesome. Already planning our next trip with this same home. We fell in love with every detail in the home. Thanks again
