Beachwood Villas 14I

Ce condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est joliment décoré avec un lit king dans le maßtre, une chambre avec lit queen et une troisiÚme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Profitez de la vue et de votre café du matin depuis le balcon du troisiÚme étage.

Profitez des boutiques et des restaurants locaux dont beaucoup sont à distance de marche. Il y a un accÚs à la plage publique idéalement situé en face de la rue pour une promenade tranquille vers le beau sable blanc et les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. Beachwood Villas possÚde également 2 piscines (dont une est chauffée en saison), des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets et une aire de jeux extérieure pour les enfants, ainsi que de nombreux espaces verts! Sortez et faites une balade à vélo. Sautez sur la piste cyclable de 30 kilomÚtres de Timpoochee qui longe la pittoresque route 30A et visitez les célÚbres Seaside et Grayton Beach State Park à l'ouest. Dirigez-vous vers l'est et découvrez Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach et Rosemary Beach.

Comfy and great location. Kitchen needs some updates.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is great and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen needs a little love—The countertop is old, and I got a splinter from it. There aren’t enough forks. There is no pan for making pizza or chicken tenders. A rubber spatula would have been helpful, too!

I liked the vicinity to some resturants where my kids could walk to if they so desired. Nearby convience store if we wanted a drink or snack. There is a public beach access but the public beach is a bit of a walk to get to. The condos apparently "own the land" in front of the ocean so you have to walk down to get your spot. Kinda annoying but it's not on the condo owner. We enjoyed our stay, thank you for the ease of check-in and check-out. Some of the buildings in the HOA needed outside upkeep (rotting siding). I did not see that problem with our building but I was too busy heading to the beach, I just noticed it on some buildings as we walked by.

Walk to several restaurants and Tom Thumb. Pool was small but nice. Walk up to the third floor was no problem for us but might be difficult if you have babies or toddlers. It’s only 2 flights of stairs so easy for adults and older kids. Overall we had a great stay.

I would stay again, however the unit needs more towels. We only had 4 towels, which is enough for 4 people, but you should always have extra towels on hand. There were no kitchen towels at all to dry your hands or to dry dishes. The dryer sounds like it's about to go out making loud screeching noise. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

The unit was as expected, and the communication from the management company was beyond expectation. I have no doubt that they would have immediately addressed any concern that may have arisen by the nearly daily emails and text messages they sent to make sure my stay was as pleasant as could be.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice little condo, a little outdated and had a few issues. I will say it did it’s job and overall our stay was nice. There’s just a few things I didn’t see in the description that would have been helpful. 1. It’s the very rear condo if you’re looking on the maps. So the walk to the beach was a little more than intended. We timed it at 12 mins so not terrible. 2. it’s on the 3rd floor. From the pictures I thought they were all two story condos but the two rear condos at least are 3 story. During the stay it wasn’t that big of a deal but arrival and departure was a little tougher. 3. The “beach access” is more of a public access and due to the private condos on both sides it’s literally around 60 feet wide where you can put your stuff unless you walk 200 feet to the East. Both were pretty packed, which was aggravating being both private condos didn’t have a soul on them. This was probably my dealbreaker as for my family not staying here again. If you’re going to just enjoy 30A it’s not a bad spot as there’s good food and things nearby and it’s kind of centered to go one way or the other. The two pools were nice and weren’t crowded, and being next to that Tom Thumb was a lifesaver.
