Venez profiter d'une déco de plage moderne dans le nouveau Bliss @ Beachwood! Cette chambre 3 coloré et charmant, 2 salles de bains appartement, est situé au coeur de Seagrove Beach & fera vos prochaines vacances supplémentaires agréable et confortable. Toutes les nouvelles armoires et les comptoirs en granit accueillent les invités dans la cuisine. Le maître dispose d’un très grand lit avec une salle de bains rénovée. Il ya une chambre avec lit queen-size et une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux partageant la même salle de bains récemment rénovée avec meuble-lavabo en granit.

Cette unité de chambre spacieuse 3 est au deuxième étage, et dispose d'un balcon qui donne sur une des deux piscines sur la spacieuse et bien aménagée propriété Beachwood Villas. Télévision par câble et Internet sans fil est fourni (2 de TV). L'une des piscines du complexe est chauffée en saison et cette propriété dispose également d'un terrain de tennis et jeu de palets.

Si vous avez besoin de faire une pause dans vos activités sur la plage, montez à vélo (facilement loué et livré à votre porte) et empruntez les pistes cyclables sûres et bien établies menant à Seaside ou dans n’importe quelle autre communauté balnéaire pittoresque située le long de la route panoramique 30A. Location de vélos est situé à proximité. De plus, si vous êtes un golfeur, plusieurs cours agréables sont situés à une courte distance en voiture.

Beachwood Villas est également situé en face d'un accès à la plage publique qui permet d'aller à nos douces, des plages de sable blanc, une promenade facile et rapide pour vous et votre famille.

Vous avez le choix entre de nombreux restaurants, des pizzerias et des sandwichs ou des plats à emporter situés à quelques minutes de route ou à quelques pas du condo, ainsi qu’un magasin de carburant / dépanneurs situé juste à côté. Une épicerie Publix se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture. Si la pluie interrompt votre journée, rendez-vous aux magasins Silver Sand Outlet à environ 20 minutes à l’ouest en direction de Destin pour faire des emplettes.

Nothing like the Pictures

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is extremely dirty. The rugs are black. The floor is falling apart. The place looks nothing like the pictures. I had to go out and buy rugs for our 4 week stay because of how gross the rugs were. Very disappointed and will not be staying here again.

Very good location and facility

It was a great place to stay close to great beach and shopping and bicycle paths very friendly Community. Nice clean well-kept rooms with a view of the pool and the sound of the Gulf nearby.

Great Girls Trip

The balcony over looks one of the two pools from the second floor. There's great eateries and shopping within ten minutes of there.

30A Stay

The place was fine. Had a few issues, 1 with the electronic deadbolt, another with the dish washer, but those were remedied fairly quickly. The main room layout in the listing differs from its current configuration, I believe the layout in the listing would have been better. Kind a tight between the dining table and the sofa, then a bit too close to the very large TV. Was a bit surprised by the small-ish size of the oven but understand why. The walk across the street to the beach...then down the stairs and then to the east for the public beach was a bit of a hike, but I did not have to get in a car to get there. Overall good experience. I would recommend to others, but include the information above.

Not great

Upon arrival, the countertops were dirty, the wall by the garbage can had splashes on it, the sheets in guest bedroom were discolored, the patio has mildew on it, the couch and rugs are stained, the patio door won’t lock, the seal in master bedroom window is broken so window is very discolored. We were overall dissatisfied and would not stay again. Very low quality condo.

Nice Property but poor Management Co.

The property was very fairly nice. It was at the location we wanted to be at on the 30a corridor. The main complaint that we have is with Benchmark management the company that rents and manages the property. Benchmark is more about profit apparently so they do not provide you with the appropriate amenities. As an example they only give you one roll of Toilet Paper and tell you to purchase additional. That is a cheap way to handle a property that someone rents for a premium. When we arrived the blinds in the master suite were broken so you could not keep the light out (suggests The management company is not keeping the property up) and lastly, they said the property had a heated pool. That was misleading. From talking to residents, the pool Is only heated in March of each year. They misled us and accordingly we will think twice before we would stay in Benchmark managed property again.

Review of Beachwood Villa 10H

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival - we did not have any internet service for the first 3 days and were without basic cable service the entire week. We notified Benchmark of these problems many times through the week. They would send someone over to check it out and leave without fixing it. The only TV that was usable was one of the back bedrooms. There were no remotes for any of the others. Dishwasher was leaking on the floor and was finally replaced the day before we left. Really frustrated with the property management of this unit.

Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I came to the Destin area for spring break. It was crowded which was to be expected. It was noisy, again expected but it was excessive. Even though the property mgmt company has no part in who else rented in the condo community, there were owners who simply did not care who rented their vacation rental. The condo was well appointed, clean and neat. It had been advertised as having a washer and dryer and we packed accordingly. Unfortunately, neither were operable. Both were broken which we discovered after multiple calls to the mgmt company reporting the machines as unusable. There was a shared laundry facility which also had broken, inoperable machines. Also, upon renting the condo we got a credit for beach rentals. The bikes we rented were TERRIBLE. Expensive and all but one had mechanical problems which the rental company appeared to be unable to address. We might be back to the area but not sure we will rent in Seagrove again.

Great Stay!

Had some issues with our electric keypad upon check-in, but once we were able to reach the after hours management, the issue was quickly resolved. It was more than enough space for our family of 3.

Great family condo & close to beach!

This was our first time visiting Seagrove Beach & found this condo to be a great place to stay, central to other nearby towns like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Rosemary & Alys Beach. The condo was just as described and well-equipped for a family of 6 . Beachwood Villas is a nicely kept complex with 2 pools and walking distance across the street to the beach access. We really enjoyed the balcony view overlooking the pool & the kids really loved to take a late afternoon or evening dip to cool off. Overall, we found this to be a great location and a great condo to stay in. Everything was clean, beds & linens were soft and comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was a bit delayed due to waiting on inspection which caused a minor inconvenience. There was no remote for the TV in the Master bedroom and despite an email to the property managers, it was never resolved during our stay. One negative experience came from neighbors in 10E. They were loud, left beach gear blocking the walkway & had a loud, drunken pool party that was not family-friendly which kept others from visiting the pool. This unit is not under the same management and I discovered not much could be done. Thankfully, we still had a great week in spite of it, but it does reflect on the entire complex & everyone's experience if others are being inconsiderate.
