Condos at Heron Watch is my go to place for 30A trips. Itâs the perfect location to access several of the beach towns along 30A. This condo was a very clean, modern, beachy condo. Everything was perfect, we loved it!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Heron's Watch! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. The property manager MJ was super nice and very responsive answering all questions that I had prior to our arrival. The check in/out process was a breeze and the location was great, very close to the beaches, shopping and dining!
Great place, 2nd time we've stayed in this complex. Nice porch on the back, owner very responsive. Clean, beds comfy, air works great, fully stocked kitchen. Would stay again.
Perfect getaway with my wife and daughter. The condo is convenient to many shops and restaurants. The condo is exactly as described and is very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.
We loved the convenient location, the tranquil reserve out the back patio, the pool, and the privacy. The condo was clean and a perfect fit for our family of four.
Place was very clean. Host was quick to answer any questions. Itâs a nice hide away but also close enough to bike ride to the main attractions. They offered lawn chairs not beach chairs but thatâs definitely an easy fix.
I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It met our needs in every aspect. It was a short drive to the beach, within walking distance or short driving distance of coffee shops. restaurants and shopping. It has a community pool where the kiddos can hang after a day at the beach. It is very family friendly and exudes beach charm. We will definitley stay here again!
The property was very nice with a pool. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans. They even included a bottle of wine! Bike shop near by is awesome and very useful for going to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay at the "Great Cozy Beach Getaway". The accommodation was quiet and comfortable. It had practical furnishings in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped, The location is great if you have a vehicle. It's close to nice swimming beaches and nature walks. It has good grocery shopping nearby. Watercolor and Seaside were fun and interesting places to visit. We spent an enjoyable week during August-Sept 2023 when the rental rates were affordable for us.
We enjoyed our stay! The property manager was great and answered any questions we had before and during our stay very promptly! The condo is nice, clean, and even had a beach umbrella and chairs for us to use! We rented a golf cart and used that to get to and from the beach, otherwise itâs about a 15-20 minute walk. The condo is in a great location within walking distance to a very popular restaurant and ice cream/donut/coffee shop. The only negative was that the condo is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!
We were grateful to find this property that worked with out last minute budget. First time not staying in a beachfront location along 30a but this was a great spot. The teens were able to walk over to a couple of different ice cream places, donuts, hang out and play near Eastern Lake and Old Florida Fishhouse. The adults were able to make a short walk in the mornings for coffee at Beachy Bean and sitting on the dock overlooking Eastern Lake. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very prompt in any responses to questions or asking for suggestions.

The condo and accommodations were comfortable and clean. The location of the condo was well positioned to take advantage of all 30A has to offer. We'd definitely stay here again!
We rented a golf cart (there was ample parking at the condo for golf carts which was nice) and it was perfect to check out all of the different beaches. If we hadn't driven or taken the cart - its an ~15min walk to the beach. One of the boardwalks required us to wade through a lake to get to the beach... it was fine, and unrelated to the condo, but unexpected.
We had a last minute change of plans and needed some place to stay for 3 nights. Found this property and it had everything we were looking for. It was just the right size for a home base. We spent most of our time at the beach or around town. There is a great hangout space right next door at the Old Fishhouse and Beachy Bean coffee house. Also beach access is only a few minutes away via your car or rent a golf cart. One thing I appreciated was that the refrigerator was completely cleaned out. I personally donât like getting to a rental and there being a fridge full of condiments from past renters.
The condo is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The lock box is very old and difficult to navigate. The cond is clean and in a nice area. The beach is not a walkable distance but not too far to drive. The Old fish house is a walkable distance and was a great experience. The beds are comfortable, I realized they have a no pet policy but when I needed to make a change and bring my emotional support dog I reached out. I was told they would love to allow me to bring him but it was "against the HOA" but when arrived there was a lot of dogs and doggie designated walk areas. Just be certain you will not need to bring your emotional support dog. The Condo is comfortable and we did have a pleasant time.
This unit was exactly as described. Beds were super comfortable and shower was great. There was plenty of space to hang/store clothes. Overall unit was modestly but well furnished. The unit is in an excellent location in the heart of 30A, especially during busy part of summer where you can access roadways from 30A to Rt 98 in either direction and avoid trying to drive through Seaside or Rosemary. Highly recommend renting bikes (which is very convenient at nearby bike rental shop - Yellow Fin Ocean Sports) as beach is a decent distance, especially if you are carrying beach equipment. Close to Deer Lake State Park which we used to access beach on multiple occasions. Only downside is that the beachy lawn chairs that were provided need to be retired/replaced (rather rusted out). Would definitely rent again.
The beds were very comfortable. Both couches have hideaway beds inside. Water pressure was amazing, the house was really clean and modern. The pool is just across the parking lot which was really nice. The kitchen was really roomy. The dock is a short two minute walk. The beach is about a 20 minute walk to the closest public access. This location is right in the middle between Watercolor and Watersound Beach.
I highly reccomend a golf cart or bike rental to go with this condo if youâre looking at renting it. Thereâs not a washing station at the closest public beach access so sand gets in the car if youâre trying to drive back and forth. It was really convenient getting to rinse off in the pool when you do come back from the beach though. Panama City Beach is only a 15 minute drive if youâre looking to have some fun with the kids. This is the perfect sleepy beach town relaxing vacation spot.
