À quelques pas de la piscine, cette unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée a un lit queen dans la chambre principale, une 2e reine dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine est ouverte et à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers tous noirs plus récents. Le linge est doté d'une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. L'œuvre d'art ajoute de l'éclat et du glamour à ce joyau de Beachwood Villas.

Assurez-vous de vous arrêter à proximité de Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach et Rosemary Beach lors de votre aventure 30A pour découvrir les magasins. Very Dirty Dishes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the condo looked clean but upon opening the silverware most all the utensils were dirty. Glasses had been used and put away dirty also the plates and bowls. There was stuck food on some of the pots and pans that was gross. Therefore, I spent 1 hour washing dishes. I felt everything was too dried out to use the dishwasher. The sofa needs to be replaced. It really sinks in when you sit down and is hard to get up unless you are a young person. Someone had spit toothpaste down the front of the bathroom cabinet. An air conditioner outside the master bedroom was really loud each time it kicked on making it a problem at night. We'll not be staying in this condo again. Sorry!

place was clean ,plenty of towels, dont like the early check in fee of $65 plus tax ! stayed at place miramar beach week before,checked in early,no fee,couple mint items one light out main bath,outside light out bt entrance door, chair legs need to be tightned around kitchen table,sink main bath drains slow, replace arm bar on sliding doors unit 12A

Decent Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was okay, the place itself was in need of a good cleaning. Both bathrooms looked like they had barely been cleaned and they both had paint peeling from the walls/ceiling. Beds were not comfortable and the pillows were as thin as pieces of paper. The location was good, only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach access. Overall, it was a decent place to stay but will probably book someplace different next time.

I don’t have a title!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They place was nice. The people upstairs were so loud though. Scared my 4 yr old a few times! The tv’s wouldn’t work and it rained all day for a couple days. So, we had a couple days in and I had to rent movies from Redbox which is fine! But it would had been great if it the internet had connected to the TV. The place was nice. Just a few things need to be updated. Also, when you are booking it has all these great pictures of the tennis court, the activities areas and they weren’t anything like that!

Perfect apartment just steps from the beach!

With the pool right outside the unit and the beach access right across the street we couldn’t have asked for a better location! Will never stay in this unit again

good florida experience

the property was adequate . could tell it had been rented many times,shower rod and curtin had fallen down in master bath leaving hole in drywall, called and maint hung back up in reasonable time,hole in wall to be repaired at later date, location is very good,close to beach food and gas ,parking light lighting not very good,saw at least 3 lights not working. the worst thing was the first place i rented owner cancelled on me 2 days before my arrival,i managed to find another place before i got there, im supposed to get with vrbo about a refund for price difference i paid for other condo, to get thaat i have to send them copy of goverment issued id,copy of itemized receipt which they sent me, proof of payment used cridit card, all paid up front???????

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this complex for years. But this particular unit is outdated and wasn't worth it. Upon arrival, I was met with vomit stains at the front door. Inside was not as clean as I would have expected for what you are forced to pay in cleaning fees. Blood splatter on the master bedroom door frame. Furniture stained and worn. Can tell the owners have put nothing into it lately. Mismatched kitchen furnishings. Pots with no lids. Stained dishes. Cable is awful and tv didn't work in master bedroom. Had maintenance come, but they were unable to fix it. Towels and sheets were nice and clean at least that is the best I can say about this unit. There are nicer ones in this property. Will probably be back as this is a traditional trip, but will for sure find another unit or development to go to.

Check in was flawless! Pool was great! The bed in the master is a full NOT a Queen. The den furniture is stained and there is not enough seating. The condo needs a good cleaning. Washer and dryer worked great! Beach access is close but when you get to the bottom of the stairs you are told you can only set up in a very small space.

We would definitely stay again. Short walk to the beach, you do have to cross the highway, but the public access is just across the street. We were very appreciative of the gear rental discount we received as well.

Nice and neat!

So close to the beach! Unit was nice and neat. I did additional cleaning when I arrived but thats just me. I am a cleaner. Also cleaned before I left. This unit served as a perfect location for my small all adult family.

The pool across from our condo was closed for almost the whole entire week except the last day that was what drew us to this condo is the proximity of the pool with all of our kids in the other pool however was beautiful.
