Overall, the apartment is great. As stated above with my âstar ratings.â
The thing i would highly recommend is getting rid of the king-size pullout couch, which takes up way too much space and is really uncomfortable and replace it with a double or queen bed. The other thing is to have a comfortable chair to sit in instead of the collapsible metal chair. After a long day of walking Paris, you need to come home and have some comfort which the place did not offer. Itâs a great space! The bathroom is great. The kitchen is great. The ceiling is great. The floors are beautiful the location fantastic. Put in a bed and at least one comfortable chair and Iâll be back next year for three weeks! Gary was wonderful and efficient and a great communicator . Many thanks
Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Excellent position.
Many good places to eat within 5 minutes walk.
No elevator but not a major problem as it is on the first floor.
Convenient to St Germain. Couldnât understand washer/dryer(needs new set of directions). Bathroom needs some TLC.
Overall, great place for us - we would stay again
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Disappointing
I have stayed in many apartments and always highly recommended them, but this apartment was very disappointing. It was much smaller than the pictures showed. The entry door jammed on the flooring making it very difficult to get in and out of the apartment. The freezer was so full of ice that the drawers were frozen shut, making it impossible to use. I brought these matters to Gary's attention and he kept promissing to fix them, but he never came. The bed was also the worst I have ever encountered. The whole apartment needs to be refurbished, after many years of use.
We loved the location. The space was too small for us. With the sofa bed open there was limited room to move about. Kitchen and Bathrooms were fine. Gary was a great host and responded to our small water leak problem immediately.
I loved this apartment! It is ideally located to the Odeon metro, near the Luxembourg Gardens and with a smooth checkin process. The kitchen and bathroom are new and the apartment is well lit and the bed is comfortable. Would definitely book again!
The 9 Rue St. Sulpice apartment was just perfect.
A lovely, clean, well appointed space with every thing two visitors needed.
The location was indescribable: 15 minute walks to The Louvre, San Chapelle, Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay, etc; 4 minute walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, the best shopping in the world and fabulous food in delightful cafes. We would love to make our visit an annual event.
Thanks so very much to our wonderful host.
