Remarques sur le stationnement: Vous pouvez vous garer temporairement devant le hall pour décharger. Vous trouverez des laissez-passer de stationnement à l'intérieur du condo à votre arrivée. Le parking est situé derrière le bâtiment nord et est accessible en suivant les panneaux affichés dans l'allée le long du côté gauche du bâtiment. Placez les permis de stationnement dans un endroit bien en vue à l'intérieur de votre véhicule et assurez-vous d'écrire la marque de votre voiture après le mot «LOCATION» sur chaque carte de stationnement ou ils considéreront la carte comme non valide.

Overall good but wifi isn’t great

I loved the location, the beach was beautiful and the condos elevators were decently fast. The WiFi is terrible and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. But other than that it was pretty good experience.

Great condo for 4 people max

The condo was lovely and 4 out of 6 people had a great time. The 2 who slept in the living room said the pull out couch was uncomfortable to sleep on and the A/C unit was VERY loud. Otherwise nice condo and a great value!

Great location and beach.

We were here for a baseball tournament. The location was great. Loved the beach and ocean. So clean! Had opportunity to rent beach chairs with umbrellas and jet skis. The parking was a little difficult. It’s just not easy to get to the garage, we had to take a couple different elevators with lots of baseball equipment. Overall, we had plenty of room in the condo and would recommend.

The condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay! It’s a great location and the elevator wait really was not bad. The only thing we had trouble with was our gate code. It did not work!

Loved our Condo

We loved our Condo, the location is perfect. The condo is very pretty and has a lot of room. Our only issue was with the cleaning crew, they could have done a little better. We found dirty dish’s in the dishwasher and all of the counters were not wiped off. But overall we loved our stay and would come back again for sure!

Unit 1433

Overall this room was very clean and maintained nicely, however we had several other family/friends who were staying in other units that had a much more modern, and fully stocked rooms. We had a full set of cookware, and silverware but no knives to cut anything with. I did however purchase some and left them for the next guests. I also wasn’t very impressed with the bedding, neither the king or the bunks had comfortable beds and the pillows were like rocks. I’m only saying this because of the other units I seen while we were there were much more “comfy”. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience but for the price being the same as what the others were I was a little disappointed considering ours was not as nice.

Relaxation

Overall the property was clean and had amenties that you will not get at a typical hotel such as a balcony overlooking the gulf and an a in unit washer/dryer. Now I did not like the lack of a wifi connection but with that being said I did not contact the property manager about this. This gave me an excuse to make my vacation exactly what it is supposed to be instead of making it a work/play situation.

Some amenities need replacement

Master bed needs to be replaced, the gate code did not work. Patio tables are rusted , a bit risky for kids. Location and access is good. Overall not too bd but did not get the parking access code even after trying for 3 times . Had to take help from the guard at duty and disturb others waiting behind me which i try to avoid :(

Not as good as pictures make it look

The pictures make it look better than it is. It’s much older and needs updated. No beach towels we provided like stated, master bedroom tv would not connect to wifi, front door has bees broken doesn’t completely seal. Also the management company is not great at getting back to your problems in timely manner with any sort of solution. The view, beach, pool and location were great just try not to spend anytime in the actual condo.

Our stay

Pros: Condo was as pictured, Clean for the most part, wonderful view, large balcony, love the resort it’s self Cons: Dryer did not work upon arrive but was fixed by Wednesday. Master bathroom tub would not drain, I had to unscrew the stopper and manually pull hair out. Second bathroom shower head holder was broken so the handle just hung down, you had to hold it the whole time to shower. One of the chairs on the balcony had a broken arm just laying to the side upon arrival. Like a previous review there was not a full kitchen supply - mainly missing pans. Overall our family had a wonderful time. Those small fixes would make it perfect.

Great ocean view, needs some attention though.

Location is perfect, right on the beach and walking distance from a ton of great shops. The cleaning definitely could have been better & the condo itself has some issues. Nothing too major, but inconveniences none the less. The shower head in the main part of the condo had a sharp piece that cut my hand, the counter in front of the sink was broken, and the kitchen could be stocked a little better as far as pots and pans, most of the coffee cups had chips/cracks and really just need to be replaced. My biggest suggestion is the condo needs some sort of latch or chain lock on the door. With a 2 year old we had to keep a cooler pushed up against the door to keep her from escaping! Despite the issues we had a great week at PCB.

Reasonable for the price

The location and hotel itself were great! We were able to walk directly to the beach in just a few seconds & we were able to walk to places for dinner which was a huge plus with a toddler! The room was “clean” but it truly wasn’t CLEANED it really needs a deep cleaning and some TLC when it comes to repairs to the condo (several plugs didn’t work) & upgrades to furniture. The BIGGEST negative thing I have to say in regard's to our room was the fact that the front door does NOT have a lock from the inside of the condo & we were not able to securely lock our door which is a huge problem with a two year old who can easily open the door with the handle that’s on the door. This was very unsettling and will be the very reason we won’t stay in this room again because we stayed worried the entire time about her opening the door. And lastly we unfortunately weren’t able to check in early(by one hour) which this is the first time this has ever happened to us when coming to the beach.

Amazing views!

Able to see minor wear and tear to the property. We didn’t need a whole lot and only cooked in the kitchen in the morning. Small frying pans could use some updating. The most frustrating issue was with making contact with someone in regards to an email I received about balcony usage which could affect our stay. I was concerned because that was the whole point of booking that room, for the views, which included the balcony. When I was actually on the phone with someone, we got disconnected twice. No response when I reached out via messaging through the app or website. Spoke with someone via text and communicated some but no answer about my concern. So we just hoped that everything would work out. Aside from lack of communication and luckily there were no issues with our room. The stay was great and food even better. Loved being so close to the beach and ocean. And loved waking up every morning to the views.

Listen to the waves

Great location and amazing view! Come down the elevator and your 30 steps to the sand. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves was amazing. From rolling lightning storms to dolphins playing to pelicans feeding, there was always something interesting going on!

The resort is just perfect! Our condo was absolutely perfect. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Vascasa went over and above our expectations with all the extras they provided in the condo. It was exceptionally clean and smelled amazing when we arrived.

Very Nice

Although the condo was rather plain and needed some updating, it was still quite nice. The view from the balcony was Fantastic!! The property managers were awesome! Emerald Beach was nice but having to use multiple elevators to get from parking garage to condo was confusing, because of the way it's set up. Would be willing to rent again.

Emerald Beach Resort

Wife and I stayed at this resort for fourth year in a row. Third different condo and all have been top flight. Should we decide to make it five years we already know where we will be booking our stay. Close to everything we want to do and the folks there really help to make you want to return.

Disappointing and poor property management

The building and its amenities were the only upside to our stay. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but our experience was disappointing and communication with the property managers was very poor and super frustrating. We came to stay here with our one year old after seeing on the listing that they provided a high chair and a pack n play, which was much needed for my kid to be able to sleep. We arrive to find neither of those things in the unit, and after a long call to the property manager, we were promised that we would receive a call back later that day when they can drop those items off- they did not come to drop those items off until 2 days later. Needless to say we had to pay someone on babyquip.com to rent those much needed items and drive to pick them up. The washer had mold in it, made our clothes smell worse than before they went in, and the dryer had rust in it which stained our clothes and it for some reason wouldn’t even dry our clothes. Luckily I had a friend 40 minutes away who let me use her washer and dryer, but took a large chunk out of one of our few days at the property. There was something green growing on the hallway bathroom sink faucet, and stains on the mattress protector in the master. They gave us a small discount for what we paid compared to what we paid, but it took about 11 calls to Vacasa over the span of almost 2 weeks, being put on hold, or being told we would receive a call back which usually never came. Communication from the property managers was severely lacking and extremely frustrating. Seemed more like they were trying to drag things out in hopes we would give up and forget about it all. We were very disappointed with our stay and Vacasa’s staff.

1433 is GREAT

My family really enjoyed the entire property from all of the pools and hot tubs, snow cone stand and tiki bar. Everyone at the facility was nice and helpful when needed. The condo was just right for us. We are a party of 4 total 2 adults and 2 kids 2 and 8. The parking structure was amazing and easy to navigate. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants an easy experience.

emerald beach stay

The condo was as described. However, the bunk area was not usable. There was a red liquid on the wall of the lower bunk. Could not determine what this fluid was. I have picture of what I am referencing if you would like me to forward. One member of our group ended up sleeping on the floor. Also there was only a blanket for the pull out sofa so (cold not locate any sheets) so that could not be used. One arm of a chair on the balcony was loose and moved freely so we did not use as afraid it would fall off. I also feel that a second lock on the door - dead bolt- would be good for added security. I also feel that the property would be better served by not limiting beach chairs and tents to be placed in front of the rental chairs that are for the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaints are only 2 rolls of toilet paper, elevators were a nightmare and it was VERY confusing to get from elevators to the parking deck.
