We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously at this property, so we want to address a few points directly. The ceiling in question was inspected and completely clear at check-in prior to your arrival — no signs of moisture or growth. Once we discovered the growth during turnover after your stay, we remediated it immediately. We're taking a closer look at ventilation and moisture sources in that unit to make sure it doesn't happen again but the issue has not returned so it was related to an isolated event regarding air & moisture getting into the unit. We appreciate you clearing out the dryer's lint trap — that's exactly the kind of thing we want reported to us in real time so we can send someone right over, and we're sorry that fell through the cracks this time. Same goes for the cabinet knob and the shower curtain — those are quick fixes on our end, and if we'd known while you were there, we'd have had someone out that same day. We've gone ahead and addressed the shower curtain sizing and will get the cabinet knob repaired properly. We're grateful for your service, and we're sorry this stay didn't meet the bar you deserved.
