Propriétaire géré! Beau condo en bord de mer avec des vues à couper le souffle. Condo est un condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain avec lits superposés et un canapé-lit en taille réelle. Nous sommes situés au 7ème étage et a une vue imprenable sur la plage. Détendez-vous sur le balcon et regarder le magnifique coucher de soleil. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit Queen, nouvelle télévision à écran plat et une table avec 4 chaises. Il y a des sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit déjeuner avec 4 nouveaux tabourets de bar. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire un repas pendant vos vacances! La salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche. La chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, un lit King confortable, une commode et 2 tables de nuit.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time! We loved the location. We didn't have to get our car out into traffic because it was in walking distance to Sharky’s and Runaway Island. It was easy to get to the beach!

Speing break stay

The property was very clean and staff where friendly and helpful. It was located on the beach and the main street. It being spring break it was loud at night going to bed (about 10pm). Other then the noise of the spring break kids it was very nice. The beach was also very clean and not crowded.

Wonderful place & location

Perfect condo! The condo was up to date with comfortable furnishings. It had everything we needed to include chair service! I loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony while watching/listening to the waves. I was confused when we first got there with parking being across the street but once we figured out the elevator situation it was no problem. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and activities. We will surely book this condo again.

Loved it!

The condo was beautiful and the communication with Lisa was fantastic! We really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella on the beach! I do wish the locations had more heated pools than one small one by the parking garage but we went when it was still a little chilly, wouldn’t bother me if it was in summer! Overall it was a great stay with a beautiful view!

Family holiday getaway

Went here the day after Christmas with my husband and children for a ball tournament. The place was amazing with all accommodations we needed to keep kids entertained as well as comfortable during our stay. The full kitchen was well equipped with Everything we needed and helped on planned meals between games. I will be back!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo! It was clean, stocked with way more dishes and kitchen gadgets than we could use, tons of blankets, everything was thought about! The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The views are great. We always enjoy Emerald Beach Resort!

Second Stay

This is my second time staying at this property, and we had just as amazing of an experience as we did the first time staying with them. The resort itself is fantastic with beautiful pools, a premiere location, and convenience in making your way around the property. It also has a lot of fun things you can do while at the resort, such a karaoke at the Sky Bar or a poolside outdoor movie. The room itself is always clean and taken care of when we arrive and has a gorgeous view of the beach. I also love the ease of checking in. Everything you need is either in the room or sent to your email the night before, so you do not have to physically talk to anyone before or during your stay. We were just as pleased staying here as we were the first time and will absolutely be staying again.

Fantastic Stay! Will visit again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Right on the beach, clean facilities, all the conviences needed both in the condo and nearby. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sunsets. The pool was open until 10:30 every night so we always went there and then walked the beach after as late as we wanted. It was absolutely perfect in every way! Thank you for a fantastic stay and for accommodating our every need. You guys were great!

Pleasant stay

Overall, the condo was wonderful. Our small issues were that the tv remote in the living room was essentially coroded so it did not work and the elevators were terrible. We had to carry two tiny children and a beach wagon down 7 flights of stairs and wait a minimum of 35 minutes for the elevators. Otherwise, owners were wonderful, place was spotless and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect!

Perfect room equipped with everything we wanted. Great location, enjoyed the view the most plus the resort having more than one pool, splash pad for toddler, bar with a good drink, ice cream shop for the kids... wanted to book next stay before leaving. Our only downfall was we were late booking our chair rental which is understandably our fault but didn't know that we wouldn't get a an opportunity the following day for better seats, apparently you have to book ahead and you keep those same seats the duration of your stay, so that meant second row trying to watch your child while sitting is impossible... but we managed and were grateful the chairs were of no cost to us! Not a deal breaker, just would have like to have known to book ahead for whole trip. :)

Pretty satisfied

Everything was clean and nice but if you are a light sleeper you can hear automobiles from this bedroom. We came for thunder beach motorcycle rally and the bikes were very loud in the room Your bedroom is not beach side the front room is beach side There are a couple chairs to take to the beach but no towels so bring your own. Overall pretty satisfied. No major complaints

Endless Summer

Great location ! Walking distance to runaway island grill and senor frogs. Huge alvins island also just a block away. Maybe a mile from pier park. Very responsive owner. Would absolutely stay at Emerald Beach Resort again. Only minor complaint was the shower curtain had black mold and the floors were dirty. Our feet were dirty if we walked without socks. This is more on the cleaning staff than the owner , but very minor issues . We’d dont sweat the small stuff . Beautiful condo and great great location
