J’ai acheté cet appareil en juin ‘16 et l’ai entièrement équipé pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Il est situé au 21ème étage du complexe Emerald Beach. Ce condo comprend une chambre avec un lit queen size, deux lits superposés dans le couloir, un canapé-lit queen-size et une chaise double. Il y a une table de cuisine et un bar pour prendre vos repas en famille ou entre amis. Le patio comprend 2 chaises et un banc pour profiter de toutes les vues ... le coucher de soleil étant mon préféré. J'ai fourni toute la vaisselle, les serviettes et tous les petits appareils dont on pourrait avoir besoin afin que, une fois l'enregistrement terminé, vous puissiez vous détendre et profiter de votre séjour.

Our first trip to PCB was great, we loved our location and our host was precise to respond back to us. Our place was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Best condo and resort I’ve stayed in at PCB

The pictures didn’t do this place justice. It is much more spacious than it appears. The beds are so comfortable that I didn’t even miss my own at home. Jessica is an excellent host and responds have. The condo also had beach chairs, umbrella, & wagon already there. We’ll be booking this same place from now on. The only thing I wish I had brought is a Roku. But that’s only because I’m not a cable girl. 10 outta 10 for this place for sure!!

Could have been better

None of the pull outs were clean. Had to buy our own sheets for them and also the main pullout mattress was not sleep able they had to get a mattress topper to be able to sleep comfortably after trying to fix the issue with pillows. There was a butter knife in the smaller pullout. And all kinds of dirt and trash.. when we left we made sure everything was clean and where it was suppose to be except one of the kids had gotta sick on the bed in the bedroom cleaned to our ability cause there were no extra comforters.. and then told we would have to pay for that even though we bought the insurance. We forgot to leave our arm bands and were told we had to pay 5 a piece for 4 arm bands. And then asked if we took the pillows even after telling where the pillows were multiple times. It may be a better place to stay if you don't have kids and it's just you and hubby... But I wouldn't recommend staying with small children.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for fall break. The condo was very nice. Bigger than expected! However, the neighbors were smoking outside and it carried over to our condo making it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Wonderful experience

We had a great experience with this property. It’s a beautiful location with an amazing view! The property was clean and had all we needed. Also Jessica was very fast with any questions we had.

Great location!

Staying at this resort with several amenities available to us and several places to walk to was very convenient. I also appreciated the condo being stocked with a beach wagon and tent for the beach. The only things I was not keen on was the shower rod/curtain not staying up, the bath tub not draining quickly and the dishwasher smelling terrible when opened. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Hoa manager was horrible!!!

I was going through a really hard time due to loosing someone the week prior and forgot our parking permit. I asked the front desk if there was somewhere I could print them. They told me to see the HOA manager Menetta(not sure of spelling). She had the absolute worst attitude ever. I actually left her office crying because of her rudeness! She acted like I completely destroyed her life over printing 2 passes. She informed me it was my responsibility to print them not hers. Which I understand but my mind wasn’t in a good place over my lost. At one point she even yanked my phone out of my hand because she said I sent it to her wrong. Even though I was crying I remained calm and nicely told her how her attitude was completely unnecessary over a parking pass. She just stared at me like I was an idiot. I then thanked her for printing my 2 passes and walked out dabbing. The clerk at the desk asked if I was ok so I told them what had just happened. They said she’s always rude and hateful. Maybe she needs to be reevaluated for that position. The room was very clean and nice. The couch bed definitely needs replaced though because it was old and broken. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need. Besides a blender if you need one of those. All the staff members were nice besides the HOA manager. The hostess Jessica was amazing though! She’s very kind and responsive. Sadly I don’t think I’ll return though out of fear of needing to speak to hoa manager again.

Perfect place

We visit PCB 4-5 times a year, this condo was perfect! The bed and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The decor was simple with a calming vibe. All the cozy throw blankets were appreciated as we don’t typically find them in other units. We will definitely book this unit again!

Amazing views

Condo was the perfect size for us! And in a great location! It has a Starbucks in the building and several stores and restaurants within walking distance! Owner communicates promptly! The sun rose outside our bedroom window and set outside our balcony!! Def will be coming back to this spot !!

Spectacular Condo!

My family and I booked a very last minute trip to PCB, and I am so glad we chose this unit. You couldn’t beat the view from the balcony! The condo was beautifully decorated, and so bright and airy. All of the mattresses were extremely comfortable as well! We also loved how we were within walking distance of many restaurants, so it’s an added bonus to not drive everywhere.

Birthday Getaway

This is 3rd or 4th time we've stayed at Emerald Beach. This unit didn’t disappoint: the bed was super comfy, it had the basic necessities in the kitchen, and was tastefully decorated. I liked that the living room wasn't overly stuffed with furniture so it felt much more roomy. Wasn't sure how I'd like the 21st floor but it was quiet and close to the elevator but far enough from it you dont hear a bunch of noise. The owner was super responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. I'd recommend this unit for your getaway!

Perfect week!

The condo was exactly as described as online. It has everything that you would possibly need and it’s in a perfect location. The view of the ocean was simply amazing and watching the sunsets was even better. Jessica was the perfect host and quick to respond with any questions. The property was exactly like it was described. Beautiful decor and very clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The location was also perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants. Communication with Jessica was also great. She responded quickly to questions and also let us check in early. She was great. Would like to stay here again. We highly recommend!

Never been closer to the ocean!

You will not believe how close you are to the ocean when you walk through the doors. The view is amazing! We had an issue with dishwasher/garbage disposal when we arrived and let Jessica know and she was so prompt at not only responding but to getting someone out there ASAP. The beds were extremely comfortable (including the bunks, which is usually not the case in other properties). The Emerald Resort had started undergoing some manitenence when we were there but they gave much warning with signs, tips and tricks. We were super close to shopping and specifically Pier Park. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Nice resort, comfortable unit.

We normally stay in houses but decided to stay in a condo this time due to a shorter stay & resort amenities. This resort is massive and spread out but we really loved all it had to offer, and staff does an amazing job of keeping everything clean & tidy. The location is great, if you don’t want to get back in your car there is plenty to walk to. The condo itself is cute & comfortable and the owner was very responsive. Laundry detergent & dishwasher detergent were provided to get us started, which was much appreciated. The beach wagon was also awesome!! The only downfalls for me were #1. The reason we booked this condo was that it said beach chair/umbrella set up was included but when I went down the 1st day to get one I was informed they were already all reserved but they could set one up in back (like anyone wants to set that far away from the water) so that was kind of pointless. It was kind of obvious they kept all the front row chairs for paying customers. Luckily the unit had 2 beach chairs we were able to use!! #2. This is NOT the owners fault, but the renters under us smoked pot constantly throughout our entire stay so anytime we tried to open the patio doors or sit outside smoke rose up and filled the condo. I guess that’s just the con of condo vs. house with no neighbors!! So all in all if you like the big resort feel or have a couple of teenagers that like to run around this place would be perfect for you!!
