Évadez-vous dans notre escapade Sunriver de 1600 pieds carrés récemment rénovée et fraîchement peinte, avec de nouveaux sols partout. Air Co. pour rester au frais en été. De nouveaux meubles pour vous réchauffer et rester au chaud à côté du nouvel insert de cheminée. Nouveau bain à remous pour 8 personnes pour se détendre et se détendre. Ponts arrière avec barbecue pour vos loisirs. 8 passes SHARC, 4 vélos adultes, porte bébé. Sandtrap Lane est situé sur une impasse tranquille près du parcours de golf du Nord. Venez vous détendre et profiter de Sunriver pour le plaisir d'été ou d'hiver. Toujours des choses amusantes à faire!

Exactly we needed for our first time in sunriver oregon! Had everything we needed and if we did need something, the owner was easy to contact. Check in was also super simple! Hot tub was very popular as well!

Wonderful stay!!!

Lovely property and host. Susan was so very responsive and accommodating. House was roomy with a lovely deck and on a quiet cut de sac. We loved the bikes and the house’s proximity to the river and hiking trails. Strongly recommend!!!

Very nice home that had plenty of amenities. Super comfy master bedroom. We were bummed we ran out of time to truly enjoy everything. Instructions were clear and communication excellent. Will look at booking this place again in the future!

Wonderful stay!

The property and home were very clean. The management was very responsive and communicated clearly. Couple of disappointments with the home was how warm the upstairs area was. The bottom cooled with no issues but the upstairs got very warm in the afternoon. We opened windows and doors and used a supplied fan to cool it down. I think the home could use some ceiling fans to circulate the air a bit better. The hot tub was great, except it was a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep in the master bedroom. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and look forward to visiting again.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a nice thing to have available. The upstairs tends to get very hot while downstairs is cool during the day. Then at night the kids downstairs got too cold while we were toasty upstairs. Overall, a good stay with the exception of the internet going down. Turns out the modem went bad on day 3 of 5 and the only way to get TV and our devices to work well enough, we had to pick up a new modem and install it ourselves. That required us to go to Bend and swing by the internet service provider office. We were headed to Bend next day anyway but we made an out of the way stop to pick up a new modem. We then had to set it up which was a bit of a pain but we got it working. Even set up the TV and smart climate control to the new network for the owner. Not owners fault but really annoying to have to deal with that while on vacation.

Great place in Sunriver!

My family of 5 and I stayed here in early summer 2022 and loved it. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot in northern Sunriver that is away from a lot of the crowds. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the well-stocked kitchen, ease of check-in, the cleanliness and comfy couches. We also appreciated the quick responses from Susan when we had a question.

Girls trip celebrating birthdays and retirement

This home was a great!! Nicely stocked kitchen, loved the coffee provided to get us started!! Thank you so much for the nice welcome gift which was a nice surprise!! The beds were comfortable and plenty of them for our group. This property also had a nice selection of bikes for all as well as lots of games which is a nice touch. Susan was great to communicate with. Would rent from her again!!

We were really happy with everything at this property-we liked the quiet location, the house was clean and comfortable, the layout was great and we loved having all the bikes and games available. The hot tub was great, too. It was our first visit to Sun River and Susan provided a lot of very helpful information and made it easy!

Great house!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this great Sunriver house! The location is quiet. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and had a nice hot tub on the upper deck. Our kids enjoyed the game room set up in the garage. We had great communication from the owner to prepare for our visit and checkin. Overall, a great place to stay in Sunriver. We'll be back.

3 Sandtrap - A great value

This is a well-situated and well-taken care of home on the north side of Sunriver. Susan, the host, was easily accessible and responsive. The kitchen and home are well stocked and has great appliances. Hot Tub is great and is conveniently located right outside of the master bedroom. Would gladly stay at this property again.

Amazing Host & Property

We adore Sunriver and have been there for the last 5 summers. This property is top our list. The home is located in the quiet golf-course end of Sunriver, which we prefer. Yet, it's easily accessible to everything on bike - Fort Rock Park, SHARC (8 passes included with the property), and even the Village. Susan is an excellent host. She thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable from a well stocked kitchen to fun games and a variety of bikes.

Fun family getaway

Wonderful weekend with our adult children and 3 year old granddaughter. Every thing was super clean, very comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen with every baking/cooking item possible! Even a hot air popper! We enjoyed the hot tub & the 3 year old learned to ride a bike in the garage. Great memory making time - and Susan even had a Christmas tree up that just made it perfect!

Another great stay

This was our second stay in this rental. We enjoyed it so much last summer, we came back for another week this year. The house is very comfortable, clean, has everything you need and more. Susan is an excellent host, and assured everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The location of the rental is great for biking and hiking, as it is close to trails to Benham Falls and Lava Lands. We also enjoyed cooking dinner on the grill and the hot tub in the evenings. We hope to be back soon.

Great Winter Escape

Great experience staying for a couple days at the end of December ‘20. House was very clean, very family-friendly, and exactly as stated in the description. Lots of games/items to keep the whole family occupied given the COVID situation. Kitchen was very well-stocked with all the necessary utensils, bowls, pans that makes life easy when it comes to cooking any sort of meal. Having 2 small kids, it was nice to see that not only were there ample bikes for kids and adults, there is a kid carrier supplied as well which is great. It was too cold/icy for bike rides but was great to have that option without having to rent separate equipment.

Sunriver fun

Our family of five enjoyed this house. The furnishings were updated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub was large and well maintained. It was a great home base for all the activities Sunriver has to offer. Our only complaint was that the AC struggled to cool off the upstairs. We are well versed in opening the home at night to allow the cool air in and then closing the house down in the morning before the day heats up, however, those tactics failed to keep the upstairs of the house cool, and by late afternoon, the house was quite warm. It didn’t prevent us from having a good vacation though.

New Years Trip

Property is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to cook breakfast, dinner, etc. Owner was responsive and on top of all communication. Master bedroom bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Would definitely recommend!!

Clean and good location

My family and I stayed at this house for about a week. It's a great location that doesn't get a lot of traffic, being on the North side. The house is really clean and the furniture and kitchen are newer. A few small items to be aware of: - Make sure to bring towels if you're using the Sharc. Sharc doesn't provide towels and this rental didn't want you taking towels off-site. - A couple of the bikes were a little worn - either flat tires or wobbly wheels. But there are enough you should find ones that work. - The master bed is a bit soft. But that's a personal preference. I ended up sleeping on the couch one night and it was great. Overall it was a great house and a great vacation.

Sunriver winter coziness

Great house to hunker down amidst snowy Sunriver weather: a perfect central family room stocked with plenty of games, couches, fireplace and a big TV anchored our experience. Sleeping quarters and bathrooms were good, as was a kitchen with free coffee and popcorn. Nice, quiet North Sunriver location.

Great Family Getaway

Home was well appointed, beds comfortable. Susan cared to know about our family’s needs before we arrived and was ALWAYS punctual about getting back to us regarding any questions we had. Susan decorated the home, even putting up a Christmas tree for our Christmas trip. Hot tub was clean and hot! Large TV in family room for movie night. Lots of family games to play,
