À proximité:
L'accès à la plage publique se trouve à 0,1 km au sud de la maison à l'extrémité ouest du Bella Beach Circle, où vous trouverez de nombreuses plages de sable à explorer dans les deux sens. Il y a quelques restaurants à Gleneden Beach, ou rendez-vous à 3 miles au nord jusqu'à Salishan Resort et faites une partie de golf ou allez au spa. Il y a une épicerie à 1,5 km au sud le long de l'autoroute 101, ou vous trouverez les principaux magasins et articles de première nécessité à 9 miles au nord à Lincoln City.

Perfect vacation spot

The views. The location. The layout of the home. The furniture. The property management. The amentities. The comfortable beds. Our family had an incredible time and we would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great home to stay in while visiting the Depoe Bay Area!

Family escape

I really enjoyed this location. There were a few cosmetic issues but that didn't stop us from enjoying and exploring this lovely area! It was quiet and peaceful. Fully enjoyed our stay!

Excellent for families

Had 2 families stay in this house. 4 adults and 4 children. Everyone was comfortable with a bed and plenty of rooms available for kids to nap in a quiet part of the house. Great view and easy access to the beach!

Great Location

We had a great stay. Everything worked well. The carpet stains just leave you with a feeling of not being clean. Maybe they should consider hard flooring that is easier to keep clean in a rental. That being said, you can't beat the location. We had a great stay.

Nice location, house needs some TLC

The location is great and we’ve stayed at Bella Beach multiple times. The house needs some TLC. The furniture on the deck was in shambles and we removed several pieces that we were afraid to use. There was also a canoe completely filled with water on the side of the house that needs to be removed. Vacasa customer service was truly lacking. I think we’ll stick with Oregon based rental companies whenever possible.

Loved this vacation!

Vacasa is so easy to work with! The house was clean and everything went perfectly. I loved the communication along the way. Light, friendly, and relaxing. They were so easy to work with. We had no issues and would definitely go through them for a house again in the future!!

Fantastic house

The common spaces were huge and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The back deck is the only area that needs updating but still functional. The hot tub worked perfectly but the faux fireplace didn't work. I would definitely consider this property in the future.

Great Views

This house was a great landing pad for a family weekend. It is spacious and comfortable. Lots of beds and hangout space. It is a short walk to the beach, but the back deck has amazing ocean views. The house is pet-friendly, so the carpet needs a good cleaning downstairs. I'm giving 4 stars because I wish it had a baby gate (the stairs are steep) and more amenities for how many people it sleeps. We had to buy extra toiletries to make it to 3 nights.

Beautiful views. Needs upkeep.

The home has beautiful views, and could be so much more with just some basic upkeep. For example, check lightbulbs many were burnt out, install hot tub porch light so it can be used in the evening, hot tub slider door is horribly out of adjustment and hard to gain access. The house also smells very musty or mildew filled. Lots of gapping and rusting at all the doors and windows. Might be why. Some basic care and upkeep and the house would be amazing. It’s like the management company doesn’t really care for repeat or happy business.

Nice ocean front home needing TLC

Nice home with great views, lots of space for guests, and good entertainment. We had a great time however, the house could use a lot of TLC. Weather stripping under living room door was completely gone and cold air and water came into the house. Sliding glass door locks are broken. You have to use a stick to 'lock" them. Most beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Having only two common/shared bathrooms would a downfall with larger groups.

Miss Managed.

Suggest carpet steamer to closet for cleang or maint. Crews. Rugs ugly pet stains. Half (8) under coutr bulbs & 1st wall scanc. Light fr firepl. Out. 2 wind. Leakg seals. Also, pictures don't show that most bedrms are down stairs. We worked it out but have to not great for stains .

Nice Home with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home inside. Very nice kitchen. The views are incredible. There is only one bedroom on the first floor. The beach access is like a block away. When we arrived, we opened the garage door on the right side to help unload the car. Wood fell off the doors as it was opening and would not close without manually doing it. The door off the kitchen has air pouring in when it’s closed. The front yard has tall ‘hay like’ grass, weeds and flower pots full of weeds. I shared this with management prior. None of these issues interfered with our stay. House just needs a little maintenance. Fun time.

Amazing Beach View and Access

My family enjoyed our stay. We loved the view and listening to the ocean. We mainly hung out in the living room with the view of the ocean. And we could access the beach from the street we were on, and we went to the beach multiple times per day. The beds were all comfortable. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk room. We enjoyed driving to Depoe Bay, Newport, and Lincoln City which were all close by. There was also a cafe within walking distance and Chester’s market was a very close 3 minute drive. The hot tub view of the ocean was very nice as well. The only con (small) was we couldn’t adjust the thermostat ourselves. And the kids’ bunk room was very warm at night. We contacted the host (Vacasa), and they didn’t really have a solution other than opening windows and turning the heat off, which did work but you should be able to adjust the thermostat. But we would definitely stay here again. It is a great location and clean home!

Beautiful house with gorgeous view, but we ran out of some supplies

The house is beautiful, roomy and the beds were comfortable. The view from the upper deck and lower hot tub deck were amazing. The bed and sleeping capacity was described well. Unfortunately the extra pillows for the pullout bed in the bunk room had no pillow cases and couldn't find any in the house. There weren't enough towels or hot tub towels for everyone so we did a load of towels mid day so everyone could shower. By the last morning we ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags and were on the last few sheets of paper towels. We were a party of 12 who spent most of the weekend in the house and cooked our meals. Luckily we had some shopping bags to double as garbage bags. We were disappointed how our request for more supplies was handled. The request was closed with the comment "We do not restock on checkout day and the house was equipped with ample supplies", even after we were told somebody would be coming by with what we requested. This hampered our ability to clean up properly for checkout. We loved the house itself, it just became challenging after running out of supplies.

Review the list of amenities before booking!

Be sure to read all details before booking this house. THE FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. To have a gas fireplace but not allow guests to use it is absolutely asinine. I texted with Vacasa guest services thinking I was doing something wrong but they said since the amenity is not listed, it is not for use. This needs to be much more clearly outlined both in the listing AND in the house itself. It would have saved me 30 mins. I have never rented a house with a fireplace, gas or otherwise, that I could not use. The only reason for a 2 star is the view and proximity to the ocean.Also, when we checked in, there was a sewer'ish smell throughout the house. We had to open windows and burn candles until it finally dissipated. Several dishes and pots were unclean. Old food/crust was stuck to a number of them. The counters also were not wiped after the last visitors (old food, etc. stuck). I'd expect a lot more based on the price we paid for this house.The only pros to this property are the views, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean.
