Very cute and bright little bungalow in Hillcrest near to UCSD Medical Center.Well stocked kitchen. Very convenient driveway parking space.Guests will appreciate the owner’s efforts to make their stay comfortable. Quite satisfied .

Very cheerful place to spend 10 days in San Diego. Hillcrest has amazing restaurants and a beachy, urban feel. The house is a quaint, old San Diego house which was perfect for me as I’m a San Diegan but have lived in Europe for 25 years. Before you rent, read the full description to the house to make sure that it’s the kind of place you’re looking for.

This house was definitely quirky! Fun decor and colors throughout the whole house. It was cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. The only thing that was a little difficult was the bathroom and bathroom door locks. They are a little stiff to lock and you had to go through the main bedroom house the bathroom which was just sometimes a hard privacy issue. Overall great little space in a great location!

Great Staycation

Clean, well decorated and awesome location. We needed a quick getaway and loved staying at this adorable place. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, which is so convenient especially because parking at Hillcrest is a challenge.

Great home and location

We loved staying at the rental, it was in a prime location. So much good food around, and everything we wanted to do was either walking distance or just a 10-15 minute drive. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Great stay!

We stayed at this place with another couple, so the two bedrooms were great. You can access both bedrooms through separate entrances, and there’s a jack-and-jill bathroom in between the bedrooms. The place was clean and adorably quirky. Lots of A/C units kept the house cool during our summer stay. Would visit again.

Hillcrest Haven

Walking distance to shops, food, bookstores, thrift shops! We loved the location and the fenced area for our pup. Great stay..will definitely book next year.

Home away from home

The house was a cozy respite when I was in town helping to care for my ailing mom. The decor is cheerful and the furnishings and bed comfortable. The neighborhood has easy access to shops, restaurants and grocery stores and is an easy hop to Hwy 163.

Our stay was great! So close to everything San Diego has to offer. The community was safe with areas to eat within walking distance. The house had all the items listed and we were very happy with our stay! We will come back!

Great Stay in Hillcrest!

The house in Hillcrest, San Diego, CA was just as advertised. It is a beautiful place with a very friendly decor. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed. We will look for it again next time we are in San Diego!
