Cette étonnante maison est située à un pùté de maisons du célÚbre zoo de San Diego et du parc Balboa. Il dispose de deux chambres à coucher entiÚrement remodeler une salle de bains avec une terrasse à couper le souffle qui surplombe un canyon. C'est dans une zone trÚs exclusive à Hillcrest, incroyablement calme, avec des voisins incroyables et un sens aigu de la communauté. Nos lits queen sont trÚs confortables et notre place est maintenue à un niveau trÚs élevé. Nous aimons notre invité et voulons créer des souvenirs heureux et durables. Great cozy home convenient to all things San Diego. Short drive to Balboa Park, airport, and beaches aren’t too far. Comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked with the basics, plus snacks and drinks. Only issue I had was that there was no broom, vacuum, or mop so floors couldn’t be cleaned.

Had my parents (and their Westie) in town for the weekend, and had a great stay here! Comfy beds, numerous streaming options, and super clean! Nice to come back to after a day of playing tourist AND perfect cozy space for a lazy day of streaming and eating. Would definitely stay here again. đŸ„°

This VRBO is excellently situated. It is minutes from Balboa Park as well as downtown, the waterfront and the main roads with access anywhere. The unit itself is modest with few amenities but is clean and comfortable.

Canyon Oasis

The property is great. It’s clean and well maintained. It is quiet. It has its own parking spot which is extremely convenient. It is close to downtown, the airport, and Balboa Park. I have to come to San Diego on business several times a year. This is my go to place to stay.

Nice, clean property

Location can't be beat. The unit is very clean and had all the basic amenities. You can hear the people walking around the unit above you, but we were able to use the fans provided to block out the noise. It's a good value for a location.

Had a ton of special little touches

Great neighborhood, easy walk to fun coffee shops and restaurants. The little touches made it very special -- there was some coffee, chips, cookies, sodas already stocked and free to consume. There is also a washer / drier and detergent so you don't have to go home with everything dirty. Highly recommend this place.

My Home Away From Home

I have to come to San Diego on business three times per year. This is the only place I will stay. I have tried hotels and other VRBO locations, but this one is the best. I now consider it my home away from home. It is an older building, but the owners have really done a great job making the place like new. It is very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. It is very convenient to downtown San Diego and the airport. The rental has an assigned parking place which is a huge convenience. The owners are very responsive. This rental is as close to perfect as any I place I have ever stayed.

Peaceful but close to Balboa Park fun

Great place to enjoy the quiet and still take a walk into Balboa Park to enjoy nature, museums, zoo or planetarium. The place was comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. The only minor downside was the pull out sofa bed that dips when extended, but served its purpose. Overall, we will be back!

Cozy apartment

I enjoyed our stay here. It was in a convenient location to all the places that we wanted to enjoy. The place was pretty spacious and very clean. They even provided snacks and drinks for free which was a nice surprise. The couch also pulls out to be about a double size bed. And one parking spot was provided even thiugh there is plenty of street parking. I would definitely stay here again if I visit San Diego in the future.

Hillcrest stay

Unit was clean, super convenient location and having the parking space was wonderful. Love that we could walk to Balboa Park. Easy access to San Diego’s sights. Overall comfortable space. Two minor bits to be aware of as renters - one that the large TV in the king bedroom makes it difficult to get into the bed. Perhaps a smaller TV? The pull out couch was not very comfortable - but how many pull outs really are??

Our property is elegant, comfortable, secure, and in an amazing location. We are located in the heart of San Diego's neighborhood, Hillcrest, which is centrally located from downtown, Mission Valley, Balboa Park/Zoo, Sea World and the beaches.

Hillcrest is a neighborhood in San Diego located northwest of Balboa Park. It is an accepting urban village with a small town feel. Hillcrest is known for its tolerance, diversity and locally-owned businesses including eclectic restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and boutique shopping. It is also known for its salons and spas, medical offices, two major hospitals and the largest concentration of LGBTQ+ owned businesses in the city.

Balboa Park is a cultural oasis that includes 17 museums, gardens galore and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. At 1,200 acres, Balboa Park is one of North America’s most iconic urban parks and a must see on any visit to San Diego

Location is everything: We are located in the heart of San Diego's Hillcrest neighborhood. Steps away from exquisite dining, night life and shopping. Less than one mile to the world famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park which hosts various museums, an Organ Pavilion, period architecture, street performers and local artisans.

A short drive to local beaches, harbor excursions and sights, the Padre's Petco Park, Sea Word and SDCCU Stadium (formally Qualcom Stadium).
