L'endroit idéal pour vos vacances parfaites à la plage! Ce charmeur de Mission Beach est à seulement 3 portes de Mission Bay et à seulement une minute à pied de l'océan, de Belmont Park et du célèbre Big Dipper Roller Coaster, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants / activités. L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être plus central! Idéal pour une famille de 4 ou 5 ou deux couples. Le grand patio permet un endroit idéal pour se détendre ou faire un barbecue! Et le garage pour une voiture est une denrée à Mission Beach. Avec des planchers de bois franc, beaucoup de lumière dans le salon, une télévision à écran plat avec une sélection de films, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et tout l'équipement de plage dont vous aurez besoin (chaises, parasols, planches de bodyboard, serviettes de plage ), c'est un endroit idéal pour passer vos prochaines vacances. Apportez simplement vos tongs et votre crème solaire! Location de croiseur de plage très bon marché également disponible! Il y a aussi une unité arrière à réserver si vous avez besoin d'hébergement pour une autre famille ... Chaque unité a l'usage exclusif de leur propre côté du patio avec table de patio et 4 chaises. Des rideaux occultants dans la chambre et des draps de 700 fils sont un avantage pour dormir ou dormir après une journée de plaisir au soleil. Et si vous avez un bébé, nous offrons l'utilisation gratuite de notre pack and play, poussette parapluie et chaise haute portable!

Close to beach

Weather was rainy and cool, but our cottage was cozy and warm! Location was good for beach walking and getting to places in San Diego, LaJolla, Pacific Beach and Ocean BeachWould recommend this host/property.

Amazing home!!

This home was perfect! Had everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and futon. The owner left the cutest message on the kitchen board for our family and fur-babies. The owner made us feel welcomed. She also left my fur-babies treats and dog bowls. The home also had many usable items for the beach. It came with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. It was a perfect home close and walking distance to the beach, bay area, belmont park, shops and restaurants. The owner was also fast with communication and was very kind. I recommend this home 10/10.

Fabulous Stay

The cottage is in the perfect location! Steps from the bay, blocks from the beach and Belmont Park and close to so many restaurants. It had everything you would need including rentable bikes, SUPs and a kayak. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the front patio. Garage was a bonus. Karin and Mark were easy to work with and very accommodating. Easy check in and check out process.

Family Visit

We picked this property since it had a garage & our 2021 Ford Explorer fit! The kitchen was like I was at home - it had anything and everything a person could want! We loved the neighborhood.

Great space and access

The property was nicely appointed and provided plenty of room for us. We liked the quick access to the beach and fast path to get to the freeway. The area was largely very quiet day and night.

Great long term stay

Second time staying at this property for 2 months. It’s perfect for one person and could easily accommodate two and a dog (I brought my dog). Property is clean and close to everything I needed. The Fit Athletic club, ocean beach/riffs yoga studio, blue palm coffee shop and the beach and bay. I’ll definitely come back to spend time in the sun! Owner is incredibly responsive and kind as well :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Within 5 miles or 15 minutes of most attractions. Parking is limited and difficult. Street parking limited and more remote. Off-street parking inside the garage is difficult - Narrow alley-way must be clear and vehicle must be backed into the smaller, narrow garage. (Compact SUV, Toyota RAV4, difficult)

We had a great vacation! Karin was super responsive and a great host! We could walk or ride bikes most anywhere! She had everything we needed - beach chairs, towels, etc!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at Karin's place. The location was awesome, easy access to everything. She was even kind enough to let us check in early so our baby could nap while the place was still being cleaned. We loved the outside porch area, it was perfect for our toddler. I also was very impressed with the kitchen pots/pans, dishes etc. You never know what you are going to get sometimes and we appreciate nice cookware! Thank you Karin for such an awesome stay for our famiy.

Cute, clean and great location

We enjoyed our stay, the cottage is in a great location, walkable to the beach, bay, restaurants and shops. I like that the extra beds are futons and not sofa beds with springs, those are never comfortable. The host was very organized, friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The only challenge for us was parking in the garage. It is narrow and the alley is not very deep. We had to move 5 or 6 yucky trash bins that are stored against the back alley wall in order for me to get in and out of the garage. I have a Ford Flex which was an exact fit. Overall, a great place and we would definitely rent it again.

Review Of Stay

Situated nicely between Mission Beach and Mission Bay. It is of our opinion that a VRBO/ Hotel etc.. should have a Quality bed and linen. This unit did not! Very uncomfortable. Parking was also limited.

Great location, cute place!!

The location is great! Walking distance to the marina and beach, the park, coffee, food. Paddleboards at the rental were super convenient we were able to just pick up and go. The rental was clean and the patio was perfect.

Perfect Quick Trip Getaway

My daughter and I enjoyed our short stay at the cottage. I appreciated the owner's attention to detail and thorough communication. She was always timely and kind in her responses. We most enjoyed the convenience of renting bikes directly from the owners and having them waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen has every item you could possibly need (quality too) and you just can't beat the location!! A little noisy with the shared wall and the back unit but nothing we couldn't deal with. We will be going back!!

A true gem!

Wonderful little house with a great location that is close to the beach, the bay, Belmont Park and other attractions. Having sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and paddle boards available made the stay perfect!

Beautiful property!

We love the location and this cute little house was perfect! It was very clean and well appointed. My 12-year-old daughter loves to boogie board so we walked to the ocean everyday. ❤️ We also rented the bikes and paddle boards from this property and had a blast around the bay! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Central location- perfect for long weekend

We stayed on Mission Beach for a long weekend celebrating our anniversary. It was perfect. Easy access to everything. The house was very clean and perfect for the two of us. Great place!!

Great space for small family & great location

The size of the property worked wonderfully for my husband and I and our small children (5 and 2). Both futons convert to queen size beds! The location was wonderful! When I was originally looking to book on Mission Beach, I thought I wanted to be closer to the ocean side, but I really enjoyed being a 1 minute walk from the bay side. It was more peaceful and less busy. I also enjoyed being only a few minute walk from the beach, the nice playground, and Belmont. Also we loved being able to use the beach chairs and washing machine in the garage! The only con (and it’s kind of silly)… it is difficult to brush teeth and wash your face in the bathroom sink bc it doesn’t stick out far from the wall and the mirror sticks out quite a bit. Only other con to note, the walls are very thin. I could hear the people that rented the unit behind us coughing and moving around. Overall great stay! And we would stay here again :)

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is walking distance from Belmont Park and the Bay. The park across the street is great for kids and the Italian restaurant across the street is very good. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay there again!

My husband, Mark, and I are proud to be the owners of Island Court Cozy Cottage! We purchased this property in June of 2013 and have been enjoying our role as property managers and vacation hosts! We both grew up in San Diego and went to college here so we know the area well! We have 2 kids, ages 25 and 22 now, and have been creating many memories with them in our cottage, when it is not already reserved!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this cottage because we love hanging out in Mission Beach! There seems to be something to do for everyone! We looked at properties for a year and half and knew this would be perfect for us the moment we saw it! We loved the front patio, just being able to relax there with a good book or BBQ with friends. We also felt the location was ideal, as it is within walking distance of everything we like to do ~ biking on the boardwalk, taking the kids to the roller coaster, swimming in the ocean or jogging along the bay... We've had a lot of fun remodeling and creating a comfortable, beachy home away from home, always looking for ways to make it even more perfect for our guests!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location, location, location!!! So close to everything! Beach rental shops on the same block (or if you don't want to pay the higher prices, we have 4 beach cruisers, a kayak and 2 paddle boards available to rent for next to nothing!!) We also have baby items for your use, including a pack and play, high chair, and umbrella stroller. Washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, garage, wi-fi, videos, AC, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels all included. And I am always available if you have any questions or need anything! It is my pleasure taking good care of my guests!!!
