Absolument magnifique front de mer 2 chambres 2 condo de bain situé à quelques minutes de Kaanapali et Kapalua. Magnifiquement rénové et mis à jour, vues à couper le souffle dès que vous entrez dans le condo. Hou la la! Il suffit de regarder les images. Une fois que vous restez ici, vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir. C'est ce que mes invités ont dit qui ont séjourné ici. Regardez ce que ce condo spectaculaire a à offrir: non-fumeur! Environ 1200 m² Ft. situé au 4ème étage. Chaque chambre se termine par une suite séparée avec sa propre salle de bain. Une chambre face à l'océan / à la plage avec un lit king size et de nouveaux matelas de qualité supérieure; Une chambre avec vue sur le jardin avec deux lits jumeaux (convertible en lit queen par le lit double) avec deux nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin

Planches Golf-Whales-Ziplining-Snorkeling-Boogie: Il y a un parcours de golf sensationnel de classe mondiale à 10 minutes du condo. Les trois célèbres cours de Kapalua, les cours de la baie et de la plantation. À Kaanapali, les cours de Kaanapali.

Considérée comme la meilleure activité de Zip Lining, elle se situe à Kapalua.

Observation des baleines, du condo Lanai. Si vous voulez sortir et les voir dans l'eau, il existe de nombreuses activités en bateau qui vous permettront de naviguer aux côtés des baleines à bosse sensationnelles en saison.

En face de la copropriété, les invités ont fait de la plongée avec tuba et se sont lancés dans le boogie board.

Ocean front

The ocean front view from the balcony is beautiful!! Every morning we enjoyed our coffee watching the waves! Sunset is pretty amazing also! This condo was perfect for our time. Like most rentals it can use some maintenance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Great Maui Experience

So this was fantastic. Probably one of the best stalked condos we have been in. Everything was exactly as advertised. Location was the best part and we searched hard for spectacular beaches --one on the best was just to the left of our condo. Would stay there again and owner was very helpful!

Lahaina No Ka Oi

Such a wonderful stay at a beautiful condo for my return to Maui. Ocean front condo with lots of whale sightings right off the lanai. Definitely will be back, and if you are in anyway apprehensive, don’t be, the people of Maui are so welcoming. Truly the Aloha Spirit. See you soon Maui.

Great View!

The views from the balcony of the condo and from the main bedroom as well are stunning. We were able to watch several large sea turtles from the balcony. At the time we were there, there was a large beach to walk on. The condo is stocked well. The owner is easy to communicate with. The location is great. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and it is not a far drive to many others. I would definitely stay there again!

SO Many Whales, and Beautiful Views

This condo is exactly described as the listing shows. Being able to watch the whales on the Lanai's is the golden ticket. I initially did not receive the check in info e mail, but Ken was very quick to respond to make sure we had the info we needed. The master bed was fine, but it is VERY soft with a foam pillow topper. Also, if there is any wind, expect to get blown away at the pool! It was unfortunately not overly warm and the pool is located in just the right spot to become a wind tunnel. It didn't stop my 5 year old from having the pool to himself! There is no light on the Lanai, which would be nice for night time card playing, but again, not a deal breaker. We love east Maui and would stay in this location again. This side of the island is much quieter, and has some great restaurants around including Kahana Maui Brewing location, Miso Phat, the fish market tacos, Miss Arepas, and the farmers market. We would stay here again.

Dated property but lovely oceanfront views.

Lots of space for a 5 person family. Lovely ocean views from lanai and master bedroom. But we were disappointed by how dated the unit it was. Numerous items were broken so we did call the property maintenance people who did come and fix one thing - the rest were bigger jobs so they didn’t want to interfere with our holiday. The lanai furniture needs replacing. Also, Kenn said in his original info that he would send the lockbox code 2 weeks before arrival. I sent 3 emails and a fax before I heard from him the day before we left. Building is nice and quiet about a 5 min walk to the beach (no beach at this unit), 5 min drive south to good grocery store and 10 min from the action in Kaanapali.

Amazing View!

Our family stayed in the unit for 12 days. The view is absolutely incredible and the beach access couldn't have been easier! We appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. We rented snorkel gear across the street and had some wonderful days right at the condo beach snorkeling around and enjoying the sun. The only negative experiences we had were with some cleaning/upgrades/maintenance issues...it appears that the whole complex is having some plumbing issues as we had to deal with water shut off for several hours. Not the owners fault, but just something to be aware of...it's an older building. Lots of little dust bunnies in the master bedroom, spotty wifi (teen complained), deep cleaning in kitchen and bathrooms is absolutely needed. Ceiling fans and extra fans were very much appreciated, some nights it was uncomfortably warm but getting too much sun during the day probably added to that. Falling asleep to the sound of waves was wonderful and sunsets truly were spectacular!

Views did not disappoint!

We picked this property based on the views and we were not disappointed. The furnishings are a bit dated but we spent little time in the unit and when we did it was mostly sleeping or sitting on the lanai enjoying the amazing views. My biggest criticism is that the stove could use an update, I gave up on the preheat after 20 minutes and just used the microwave. You can see both Lana’i and Molokai from the unit. The sunsets are truly beautiful. There is a nice pool area but we spent most of our outside time down on the beach soaking in the sun and watching the endless waves roll in. We were blessed by Maui and got to see whales from our lanai and the last full day of our stay a Hawaiian Monk Seal decided to take a nap on the beach. And then on our last morning a momma humpback whale and her calf were playing and we could easily see them from the lanai, we were gifted with many synchronized breeches from them and the calf kept going after momma got tired. Such a sight to behold! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend coming during whale season. We had so many amazing adventures and I know we only cracked the surface of what Maui has to offer. Mahalo for an amazing stay!

Outstanding location and view

The location and view are wonderful! Although there's no beach off the lanai anymore. Sadly, it's completely eroded and replaced with sandbags now. Also, after the tragedy in Lahaina there aren't many businesses open nearby, but we supported the ones that were as much as possible. All of Maui is one big family, so no matter where you stay or shop, you are supporting Lahaina. It's been stated before in several reviews that this place could use a thorough cleaning, organizing and some TLC. It really can! The kitchen is overflowing with extras of everything (who needs 4 collanders??) and the closets are full of junk, so guests have no room to store luggage or hang clothes. The dishwasher wasn't working properly, and judging by some of the food stuck to dishes in the cupboard, hadn't been for awhile.The mattresses may have been new 10 years ago, but they are old and stained now. And the foam topper on the master bedroom mattress has 2 deep craters and a hump in the middle. The Maid Service and Maintenance are excellent, they just need time between bookings to do their jobs. We are grateful to them for fixing several things during our stay. The condo would have been 31/2 stars if maintenance hadn't been available. We enjoyed exploring the island, eating and shopping, but we enjoyed whale watching off the lanai most of all. Thank you to the host, and we hope he will give our review some consideration.

A Decent Stay

We had a moderately nice time. Checking in was very simple with a lock box located near the door. Parking was free but you’ll need to register for a parking pass. Great views from the living and master bedroom lanai. A few local general stores, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance plus an urgent care in Lahaina which is less than a drive away. The washer had an issue with spinning and rinse cycle. Contacted the owner about the concern the day of which occurred early in the evening and responded the next day (it was after hour) and arranged for the service which would be 5 days later for maintenance. Luckily, a day later maintenance had a cancellation and on Friday and it was able to be fixed a couple days sooner. While the washer was not in order, a maid service was able to wash our clothes for no extra fees. We used it once and it was delivered back folded. This was a nice alternative. Owner was attentive. The unit is very out dated. Lots of electrical and extension plugs were visible in all the rooms which is both nice and a hazard when it comes to fires. Rusty chairs/table on the lanai (had to be careful w the 1 yr), Sliding doors and screens were hard to open. Main bedroom’s drapes had mold on them, carpet on lanai was pretty gross, none of the drawers in kitchens had stoppers so they were easy to pull out. It wasn’t a great place for a baby overall. It would be 85+ degrees in the evening. Overall it was a good stay but wish it could’ve been great.

Awesome view!

The view off the lanai is spectacular, day and night! If you like the sound of crashing waves, then this is your place. The condo was great views of the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. We slept with the lanai open all night. Plenty of kitchenware in case you want to cook your food. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

Overall our stay was wonderful. The check in/check out process was seamless. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property itself had almost everything we needed. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, coffee and a gym. Plenty of dishes, silverware. It was nice to have a full kitchen to use. We used the pool/grill area everyday with our kids. Everything outdoors was well maintained and felt safe. Only two ‘complaints’: - With no AC the condo was uncomfortably warm at night, an extra fan just to circulate the air when the front door has to be closed and locked at light would have helped. -The condo could use a good deep clean after the spring break rush. I’m sure this has a lot to do with the checkout/checkin time of the next guests, not a lot of room in between to deep clean. The bedding was clean and all the linens were clean, which is really the most important!

Beautiful views!

We had a great time! The condo has beautiful views as advertised, easy to get in and out of and convenient location to stores, restaurants etc. We used the boogie boards and beach chairs, so that was great. Comfortable beds, living room furniture and we were able to have six at the dinner table. Very well stocked with everything you need. A couple little upkeep items but nothing big. Light fixtures out and a window that wouldn’t open. Felt like it had been cleaned in a rush? Floors a bit gritty, rugs need a good clean. Other than that it was great for what we needed and we had a nice vacation!

Awesome location and views

We fell in love with the ocean views on VRBO listing and they didn’t disappoint! Everything was exactly as described with a few bonuses. Ample parking was available downstairs and permit is included in rental. Luggage carts were available downstairs so hauling things up was a breeze. Owner was in contact and provided very detailed instructions. There are chairs, cooler, pool noodles, snorkeling equipment, floats and boogie boards available for use. Plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. The beach downstairs is beautiful and has soft sand. We stayed there most of the days without having to go anywhere else as it was comparable to other beaches. Pool was certainly a plus for kids. The sunsets from Lanai are beautiful and there are a couple convinience stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed this rental.

Awsome and flexible host

This place is a pearl in the Pacific ocean, what a fantastic view. Well furnished and decorated. The host was very flexible and helpfull to us, as we had to cancel only 2 days before arrival, the host helped us, so we could change the dates, we were very thankfull to him. Good communication and tried to find good solutions to our questions during the stay. Can definietly recommend this place.

Well stocked, great location

The property at valley isle resort was surprisingly well stocked with spices for cooking at home. The ocean front views were perfect for those amazing west maui sunsets and the buildings proximity to Dollies pizza made post sunset dinner and drinks very convenient. The pool area seemed to be always windy when other parts of the property and community were not. The easy beach access was a perfect alternative.

I looked at many properties before purchasing this property. What attracted me to it is the same thing that I receive accolades from my many guests, the VIEW is unbelievably stunning. The moment I opened the door and saw the view I was sold. The condo bedrooms are like suites. Each closes off and has its own bathroom and provides privacy for the guests! Very unique!

The sunset views are absolutely amazing as is the view of Molokai from the condo. The direct ocean front view when you open the door is breathtaking! No photos can do it justice. It is fabulous!The unique benefits are the suite like bedrooms and the high quality fans and the usually present West Maui Winds that allows you to enjoy a natural Maui. The condo is very nicely cooled by the West Maui winds and the high quality fans!!! Just a great place to stay on your visit to the best island in the world!
