Connu pour excellennt bodyboard, body surf, le surf et la natation! prendre 10 pas de votre porte et être sur le sable! Une vue imprenable de la promenade dans le bain à remous sur la véranda !! La propriété offre une belle et très spacieuse cour de bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la plage de chaque emplacement.

Joliment décoré dans un style élégant de l'île avec un bord de mer spacieux salon offrant une vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan! La cuisine est un endroit merveilleux pour profiter des belles images et les sons de l'océan comme vous concocter un repas de style de l'île sur les belles comptoirs en granit. Entièrement équipée avec tout, y compris une rondelle pleine grandeur et sèche, nous avons été à l'écoute pour vous fournir tout ce que vous pouvez avoir besoin de se sentir à la maison au paradis.

La maison dispose de deux chambres avec chacune une salle de bain privée. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et la deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux. lits futon sont disponibles pour les enfants permettant jusqu'à six confortablement. Pour votre divertissement à domicile a besoin le chalet dispose de la télévision par câble, d'un magnétoscope / lecteur DVD, stéréo et stéréo et Internet sans fil.

Offrez-vous dans votre jacuzzi privé sur la véranda spacieuse (pont), barbecue que vous regardez les vagues, ou vous détendre et profiter de la pelouse et les jardins. We have stayed at Brennecke's Beach Cottage many times before and have always enjoyed our stay. The cottage has always been clean at our time of arrival. However, this time we were surprised by the many fun additions that have been made, such as a new, safer staircase with handrails leading to the front door, indoor fans in each room, and a new walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. The cottage is literally located across the street from the ocean. From the front deck, we enjoyed many meals and sometimes watched the turtles swimming in the sea. The cottage has a nice jacuzzi and BBQ. If you really want to feel the essence of Kauai, this is where you want to stay!

Perfect location and amenities!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed. We brought our 10 month old, as well as 84 year old grandma and had all the amenities we could ever imagine, pack n play, two large play yards which were wonderful for the little one while we were out on the lanais

Perfect Poipu Cottage

We enjoyed a perfect week. Easy access to boogie boarding, snorkeling, and easy meals made a great trip for us and our teens. The cottage was outstanding: perfectly appointed, fantastic location. The deck was recently renovated and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the glorious sunsets.

Amazing location

My family of four had an awesome time here! We saw spinner dolphins from the lanai and the boogie boarding at Brennecke’s was great. Kids loved playing on the large lawn. Beds and sofas were comfortable and everything was as pictured. We made use of the snorkeling gear and boogie boards provided and relaxed in the hot tub afterwards! Hope to be back someday!

You CAN'T beat the location

This is a cute house located directly across from the ocean. It's steps away from Brenneckes Restaurant. The house has all the amenities you'll need, including essential beach equipment; umbrella, chairs, and cooler, etc. There is a new jacuzzi on the deck as well as new furniture and BBQ. We had all our meals on the front deck enjoying the ocean and in the evening watching the locals boogie board. And if you want to swim in a pool, the rental gives you access to Kiahuna Swim & Tennis club. The club has a full restaurant and bar on site. We totally recommend this house! We are impressed with it we we have their multiple times. You will love this gem.

Paradise-day and night!

House and property are as advertised and better! It was hot but trades and crosswinds with doors and windows open made it perfectly tropical! We ate in a lot due to not wanting to leave the view. Dipped in and out of ocean multiple times a day and thoroughly enjoyed turtles, birds, frogs and fun of Poipu! Thanks! Furnishings and amenities wonderful-wasn't expecting the nice hand soaps and shampoo.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was awesome with two great beaches so close by. We could watch the waves and sunsets right from the lanai. In the house, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Also, we appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. that were provided. When we needed anything, both Bob and Vicki, the property manager, were very helpful. For example, when we contacted Vicki about the hot tub jets not working, she got back to us quickly. Bob worked hard to get us a dryer after the previous one broke. This is a great VRBO house, and we are glad to have been able to stay here. Thanks for a terrific experience!

Great Location

Pros: The photos are accurate. The property managers are very responsive. The location is amazing. There are all the beach toys you could want. Cons: Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms so it does get warm in the main area of the house even with the windows open. The hot tub was not working (not a problem for us). The interior is a bit dirty - things are dusty and the inside of the drawers are sticky. Overall: The location is hard to beat, and the view is amazing. It was great to have such quick beach access, but not be at a crowded resort.

SO NICE!!!!

Location, 11/10. Property in great condition. Both bedrooms had Mini-split AC, but temp was so nice, never used them. They pushed together 2 beds to make a queen size for the smaller room and we chose that one as with window open could hear the waves all night. So nice! The downside: not this properies problem, but the roosters think 3AM is sunrise and start crowing. Again, not this properies problem as there are chickens EVERYWHERE on the island. Didn't hate them enough to close window to silence them, but they don't help with the jet lag.

Incredible House with Ocean front Porch & Hot Tub

So many great things place - pictures don't do it justice. This house sits right next to the resorts and, most importantly, right in front of Brennecke's beach. When inside of the house you have direct view of the ocean on the front side and then a front row seat to boogie boarders and surfers at Brennecke's. Brennecke is connected to Poipu beach and is a 5min walk through a grassy park. Food options and restaurants are all walkable. The house itself was perfect for our family. 2 bathrooms with showers, W/D, dishwasher, AC in the bedrooms!, and well laid out kitchen and family room. Furnishings were mostly modern unlike many VRBOs which are stuck in the 90s. Other surprises which are so important to make a stay comfortable - the kitchen was well stocked with dishware and utensils that didn't look like random hand-me-downs. They actually matched. The condiments, spices, oils and coffees available for us to use was helpful. New appliances! The patio and lanai are amazing. It was recently re-done with trex-like material. The front lanai has a long eat-in table and then there's a bar which all looks directly at the ocean 30ft away. We drank our coffee and had breakfast out here. Soaking in the hot tub during the day and evening on the side patio was just incredible. Again, head on view of the ocean. Most of all, the owner (Bob) and property manager (Vicki) really care about the guests. If you're hesitant spending the money on this, as we were, just know that it is worth it!

Loved the location

This property is located in our favorite part of Poipu. Upon arrival we found the house was well equipped with supplies; from the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach stuff. Unfortunately when we arrived the A/C wasn't working and was not repaired during our stay (right before we arrived the property owner told us it wasn't working but part had been ordered). Once we were in we also discovered that the jacuzzi was not working properly (only two jets worked and the water heat control also didn't work) and that was a big draw for us to rent this property. And if we could get the jacuzzi to work we couldn't get it to turn off and it would run for hours. Once we made the property management aware of the problem they immediately responded and determined the motherboard needed replacing. They also immediately responded when we told them the BBQ only had one burner, and they replaced the BBQ. We felt these problems probably existed before we arrived and are not sure if this would have been the property owner or property management company's responsibility to routinely check these things to insure everything was working before guests arrive. The rental was expensive and that is why we were expecting everything to be working properly at the time of our arrival. If the AC, BBQ, and jacuzzi had been working properly I would have rated this property as an A+. I am in remission for a bone marrow cancer and we decided to go for it when we rented this house. We have been to Kauai probably 13 + times and know the island pretty well and love it. Part of my recovery was working hard to be able to return to the island. Besides these issues we really enjoyed this house and felt blessed to be there.

We spent a week at beautiful Brenneke’s Beach Cottage. The Cottage has a homey beach feel to it. It was a relaxing vacation overlooking Brenneke Beach with lush greenery surrounding. A short walk to restaurants and minutes away from shopping. We highly recommend this Cottage.

Paradise awaits!

What an incredibly peaceful home, situated right on the water! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is a gem, having such a special spot to call home really made all the difference for our time in Kauai! We were steps from the beach and enjoyed walking to Poipu to check on sea turtles nightly and sitting on the porch at every opportunity to enjoy the sounds & sights of the ocean. We appreciate the hospitality and memories!

Perfect Honeymoon Spot

My wife and I have lived on Kauai most of our lives and have raised our children here. Kauai is a paradise this side of heaven. When you discover Poipu, you will realize that this is one of Kauai's sparkling areas. We choose to swim and surf in Poipu on a regular basis because it refreshes and revitalizes our souls.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Part of what makes Kauai unique, is the abundance of rainfall on the island. Even though we are considered the wettest place in the world, Poipu is unique as the rainfall is usually under 20 inches annually. Which means, even though we live fifteen minutes away, where it can be cloudy and rainy, we drive to Poipu and find it sunny, warm and beautiful. We would not want to see our guests disappointed, so we choose Poipu has the place to have vacation homes.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You will find our beachfront home very cozy and romantic. We have many guests who come year after year and some that will come twice a year. They find that they can come to a place, relax and reconnect with their loved ones in ways they may not have know existed. Watching the waves break from our living room and sometimes seeing the whales breach one-hundred yards from shore, is a unique and lovely experience. Also, the kids love Poipu Beach Park, which is less than thirty seconds from our home.
