The spacious interior features an open living/dining area with all new furniture throughout including a sleeper sofa sectional and table seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze during your stay.

With four lanais featuring new lanai furniture, you'll spend endless hours relaxing in the tropical breeze. Our second level lanai even boasts a "peek a boo" ocean view!

Take advantage of our beach gear closet fully stocked with chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and cooler for your adventures in Kauai. And when you're ready to wind down after a busy day exploring the island take advantage of premium gigabit Wi-Fi and smart TVs with Roku in the living room and both bedrooms, to ensure you stay connected.

Sleeping accommodations include a primary suite with king bed, guest bedroom with two twins (convertible to king), and full sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have been professionally redecorated to promote rest and relaxation.

Both bathrooms have been freshly remodeled and are appointed with Malie Organics luxury bath products for your enjoyment.

First time in Kauai

We arrived late at night. The drive to Nihi Kai was a bit scary, dark and narrow roads but we made it. Door code is a smart convenient way to get in to the place for arrival after office hours. It was nice to enter into a beautiful place that’s clean and well furnished. Beautifully decorated. Simple and clean look.

great location

We loved the location of the condo, it was close to the boogie board beach and the kids were the right age for that activity, the condo was not clean when we first arrived and it was awkward getting the cleaners in to set up the beds but once that was done, the owner was great and gave us a late check out and condo well equipt with ocean toys and chairs etc.

Spring stay

The place had good decore, was reasonably clean, was large enough to suit our needs, and the location was excellent. The rental had everything plus more of beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. Parking was close and plentiful. Washer and dryer. All very convenient.

Beach Gear and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay with our tweens/teens! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a huge stock of beach and snorkeling gear along with a wagon. The walk to play at the beach was so easy. We would definitely consider staying there again. My only suggestion is to supply a couple turtle safe red light flashlights along with education for renters to leave the beach clean, dark, and flat at the end of each day. This is a great opportunity to help protect the turtles that make Poipu Beach such a special spot.

Nice Stay in Poipu

Great stay in Poipu. Unit was clean and well stocked. Owners were very communicative. Short walk to a couple beaches and places to eat like Puka Dog. Having A/C was nice. Would gladly stay here again.

Great stay for family vaca

It was clean and comfortable and super convenient. The property is beautiful and located a nice walk from the beach and places to eat and see turtles coming up to rest for the night. We had a well equipped kitchen and a good supply of towels and all of the creature comforts that travelers enjoy. No one above you here, so it's a quiet night of sleep when you are weary from playing. Four decks didn't make anyone mad-two upper and two lower. Easy parking. Easy everything. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family. Our only complaint is that the time went by too quickly.

Space for family & close to beach

This villa was a good alternative to a typical hotel room. Plenty of space for our family to eat, relax, and sleep. Well equipped with beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, toys) to enjoy the close proximity to multiple beaches.

Beautiful place!

We loved the easy walk to Poipu beach… the grounds/landscaping of these condos is so very nice - a bonus for those of us who enjoy gardens. 🤗. The layout of the condo is convenient- but you must be able to do stairs. Be sure to sit on the wall facing the ocean at sunset - lovely!

Great location. Clean, air conditioning was very nice. Property included beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, lots of things you can’t pack to the island, but want to have to fully enjoy the beach.

Perfect Poipu

Wonderfully equipped condo, situated in the perfect area with easy beach access. Excellent beach equipment amenities. Very clean. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very attentive. Must be able to navigate stairs.

Lovely condo in a great location in Poipou

The condo was as described, well-appointed and comfortable. We appreciated the provided beach towels, chairs and other beach gear. It's a very easy walk to a fantastic beach. The manager was very prompt in responding to questions. The kitchen was well supplied and in a nice touch they supplied coffee filters and a welcome pack of Kauai coffee. They provide helpful charging stations for devices as well. The main BR is a bit tight on space but that's fairly shown in the photos. The parking is super convenient, the pool is nearby, and the location is great for visiting many parts of the island.

Perfect Location

We found the location to be amazing. It really is 3 minutes from Brennecke's Beach. The kids loved the pool as well. The condo had everything we needed. The only minor issues were some maintenance required (loud bathroom ceiling fan, no door catch on bathroom door). But they were minor issues and we greatly enjoyed our stay and would do it again. A bonus that would make a stay easier in the future would be a small wagon for making loading beach items.

Nice place, great location. I had to clean the stair rails and top rail was so dirty it grossed me out, still need more cleaning. I did clean countertops as well as soon as we arrived. Bathroom fan in master makes super load noise and needs to be replaced. Other than that is was great!

Room for improvements.

We arrived to find a urine stained mattress on the patio, a urine stained mattress cover on one of the beds and a filthy pull out sofa mattress. The property manager on call did promptly respond the following day to reconcile some of the issues, however arriving to find these problems was not ideal and very disappointing. The location of the condo in relation to the beach was excellent along with the condo facilities (pool). More effort in ensuring the property is clean and fully ready for arriving guests will go a long ways in attracting returning visitors.
