Fantastic property in St Tropez

It’s the perfect property for a vacation with friends. Great location and views, the house has everything you need (incl a great gym) and the pool and surroundings are very well maintained. We had a great time and Frank as well as Boris (local concierge) were extremely helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Breathtaking views, first class house

The views of the Bay of St Tropez from nearly every room in the house are spellbinding. Frank’s compound is first class in every way from location to high end finishes to functionality. We loved it and will return for sure

A wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful stay that was perfect from start to finish, with comprehensive arrival instructions in advance, an excellent check in experience with Boris and fabulous housekeeping services throughout the stay. The house is beautifully designed, well equipped with everything you need, the views are spectacular and there is no doubt that we will be back. It was a 10 out of 10 from us! Thanks everyone for a wonderful stay.

La Treizaine- elegant, with excellent view and location

Fully appointed, well maintained property with excellent layout for 3-4 couples/families. Private, yet spacious with quality interior furnishings/gardens/pool and accessories for entertaining/enjoying time onsite, yet close proximity to STT for nights out/beach/shopping days. Boris is an excellent property manager, who arranged for talented Chef Laura to prepare/serve a few beautiful villa dinners and the housekeeper is just lovely. We highly recommend La Treizaine and look forward to future return visits w friends/family!!

Incredible view, home and location!

Terrific property, with ideal views, pool, kitchen, gathering areas, and decor. ~15 mins from St. Tropez, easy access via Uber. Owner and property manager are great communicators and made themselves available throughout. Our feedback would be - inconsistent AC, particularly in the master where we had none during our entire stay which was tough; add a full set of washer-dryer; temperamental dish washer needs replacing; front gate was inconsistent; and include bikes/other ways to get around and to downtown. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Fantastic Villa , breathtaking view, big heated pool

A wounderfull villa , only minutes from Saint Tropez , Supermarket and beach … we and our kids ( 6yrs.) enjoyed the fantastically equipped house , the beautiful garden and the big heated pool . The view over the gulf of Saint Tropez is stunning , the owners and their staff are very friendly and helpful . The equipment of the villa is high class , from the kitchen , to the Big TV‘s with Apple TV and the house technic . We enjoyed sunny winter days at the pool and Cosy evenings in front of the Kamin fire …. We can absolutely recommend this beautiful villa ! Thanks Frank , we will come again !

Falk and his very friendly family spent 2 weeks at our villa over the New Year. During that time they could use the swimming pool at 30 degrees Celsius and felt really happy. They performed flawlessly and left everything in excellent shape again. Very pleasant guests who were always very nice and respectful to our staff. We would always like to welcome them again.

5 Stars is not enough

We stayed at this wonderful property for 3 weeks as a family of 4 plus guests. The house is well appointed with plenty of space (4 bedrooms), a chef's kitchen and wonderful living space. There are amazing views out of any/all of the windows whether you want sea view or enchanted garden with impeccable landscaping. The pool was well maintained, heated, and cleaned multiple times during our stay. The house location itself is a short drive to grocery stores, bakeries and the city center of St. Tropez itself. There was a wonderful cleaning staff twice weekly as well as a property manager who was extremely helpful and responsive to any requests we had. Would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

Spectacular

We had nothing but a wonderful stay. Frank and the property manager Boris were incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. While the property is beautiful from pictures, the camera just doesn’t capture the magical beauty and tranquility of this property. It is impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. We’re very unforgiving on cleanliness and this place gets gold stars for exceptional cleanliness. The location couldn’t be any easier getting into and out of Saint Tropez which is just a few minute walk or drive along the water. The views from the property are filled with sights of water, yachts, Saint Tropez and the villas across the water. We’re very appreciative to have experienced this property and we do look forward to returning - we just didn’t get enough of this magnificent area. And perfect for accessing Provence, Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc. Thanks for sharing this impeccable estate!

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing our stay was at La Treizaine! We stayed for a week with three other couples to celebrate 40th birthdays and we could not have had a better experience. The villa is very large and the views are breathtaking! The photos do not do it justice! The four bedrooms all have en suites and great closet space. The kitchen is equipped for a chef if you prefer cooking at home. The pool is nice size and heated. The outdoor space is perfect! You feel like you’re in a provincial garden. From the moment we reserved the villa, communication with the owner was immediate and his responses to questions were always prompt. Boris was our contact during our stay and he also made us feel right at home. Whether you are traveling with friends or family, Le Treizaine offers a very convenient location and five star amenities. We found ourselves wanting to stay at the villa vs going out as we enjoyed our time there so much. The interior space is much larger than photos depict and the views will truly take your breath away! It is very secure although we never felt unsafe at any moment. You can walk to market, bakery, and even town if you prefer. We will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you Frank and Bettina for sharing your piece of heaven with us and making our birthday trip so memorable!

Our stay wasn't the best. It felt more like a place to rest instead of a vacation. First night we got there, there was issue with the internet. The plumbing for the bathroom were backing up. The shower was not draining fast enough which caused you to shower in ankle deep water. We were left to using one bathroom instead of having two available. The pool was dirty and had an algae bloom. Informed the host and they had sent a pool guy out the first day. After that day, they didn't send anyone out to follow up or check. They sent another person on the day we left. They tried sending a plumber 3 days into our stay, we didn't want our trip to be interrupted anymore so we declined it. There were also cockroaches as well. Kitchen counter was filthy. Had to clean the counters when we first arrived. Some part felt sticky and some part felt oily.I would add pictures but the app isn't allowing it. Host did tell me everything was in working order before landing. Clearly it was not since we had to contact them multiple times to try to resolve some of the issues.Usually I dont write bad reviews, however I feel others should understand what they will be getting themselves into.

Wenn man ein Haus sucht, in welchem man sich sofort wohl fühlt, welches alles und mehr hat, als man braucht, welches auf ein sehr unaufdringliche Weise perfekt ist, so ist man in der Villa la Threizaine am richtigen Ort. Dazu kommt ein einmaliger Garten, eine einmalige Aussicht und die Nähe zu allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Villa in Top- Lage!

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Novemberwoche im La Treizaine. Neben der stilvollen Einrichtung und dem traumhaft, gestalteten Gartenbereich war es vor allem der sensationelle Blick aufs Meer und zum Hafen von Saint Tropez, der den Aufenthalt für uns so besonders gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Außergewöhnlich schönes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir waren im März 2022 zu Gast im außergewöhnlichen Haus von Frank und Bettina. Es fehlte an nichts und die geschmackvolle, hochwertige Einrichtung, gepaart mit dem Blick über den Golf von St.Tropez machten den Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Mehr geht nicht. Die Betreuung durch den Concierge und die Reinigungskraft rundete den perfekten Urlaub ab. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Traumhaft schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Das gesamte Haus - insbesondere die Küche - ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation und Buchung verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit und würden es jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist super. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Saint Tropez oder Port Grimaud. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind auch schnell erreichbar.
