Exceptional view with large space for enjoying it. Watched a manta ray swim by from balcony. Easy access to beautiful beach with lifeguards. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful from booking and throughout stay. We felt well cared for. With parking included and view of beach, I think this unit is a value and a wonderful place to make memories with family.

The place was incredible, very clean, and had a great view! Place was described as is. The only negative was the wait for the elevator, but everything else was fantastic!

The condo was spacious and view of the beach was excellent. Only issue we had to face was the elevator waits throughout the stay. Parking service was mediocre. Otherwise, the property is great.

I texted for early check in but go a no reply. But later on that night I realized I had an email for early check in for a reasonable fee. Which would have gladly paid after driving 12 hours through the night and sitting the hotel lobby for 3 hours

Overall, nice place to stay. VERY busy though and expect to wait 20-30 minutes for valet. Front desk clerk was literally asleep when we arrived and checked us out instead of in. Beautiful views and staff was overall very helpful. Room needs a few upgrades to modernize.

View was great, bed was a bit uncomfortable, Wi-Fi wasn’t working at times, master room had to have TV switched out for New Smart TV (commands were left in Spanish), spa jet controller was broken, rust build up on the patio, kitchen and bedroom infested with Ants, air condition was ok, valet needs more efficient system and better handicap accessibility.

The location is incredible! Beautiful beach view. The accommodations need some updates to be done to the facility and the condominium. The check-in with the condo despite me sending the information was not updated. The elevators were not working so being on the 18th floor sometimes I had to take stairs and/or wait 15 minutes for the elevator. The overall stay was much needed and the location is perfect to everything. You can uber to South Beach. I truly enjoyed the stay.

A wonderful place to stay with a great location. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Traffic for valet parking was challenging on check-in day, but the valet company managed it well. We will definitely return to this place.
