We had a great time staying here. The condo is right in the middle of everything, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. very roomy large walk in closet. rooftop pool is very nice also.

The apartment was a great size and in a fabulous location right across the street from the beach and near lots of bars and restaurants. The aircon was also really good. It was clean and beach towels were also provided along with washing liquid for the washing machine and dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid etc which made it easy to keep clean during our stay.

Beautiful spacious condo right on Ocean Drive

Our family of 5 loved this place! Nice parent bed/bathroom with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms across the living area. Quiet but perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. Parked in a monitored lot for $30 a day for our rental car. Super convenient fo!shopsrestrestaurantsand W

Miami bachelorette stay

Amazing find! The building is a great location and so nice! We had the whole floor to ourselves and it felt very safe. It was also big enough for 6 girls which is great especially for getting ready. The rooftop is so nice too especially because you can see the ocean!

Great place and location!

Great location and comfortable condo. Easy walking distance to everything. Beach is across the street. Only negative is jf the workout room is important to you the picture doesn’t depict what is actually available. It is not in very good shape or have much for options available.

Awesome condo

Great location, very clean, cute modern decor, everything was perfect. The house was stocked with all the necessities. The front desk had plenty of beach towels & ice for coolers. There was plenty of room for 6 to sleep comfortably and plenty of room for luggage in the closet. I will definitely be back next time I visit Miami.

Great location and space

Overall great space. Great location walking distance to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Rooftop pool was relaxing and great to have. Check in was easy and could leave our bags to use the pool until the space was ready for us since we arrived early. Only complaint is that the floors were very dirty but everything else was clean and maintained. Great kitchen and living space for hanging out with friends. Great time, thanks!

Wonderful stay — thoughtful touches…laundry soap, coffee filters, beach towels/one chair/beach umbrella there for use. There is a pool but no hot tub as listed on listing. (Maybe they think a bathtub counts?) :) It does have that. We enjoyed our time and this condo. Also they will not check you in a minute before your check in time —

Perfect Spot

This condo was perfection! It was in an amazing location, across the street from the beach, within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Getting around was very easy with Uber. Being right on Ocean Drive was the perfect location for our girls trip. The inside was clean and spacious, the washer/dryer was Mia, but we were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The rooftop pool was amazing!!!! I was virtually a private pool for us. The building was quiet and secure. And stopping at the pizza place on our way home from a night out was a perfect way to end the evening. I would recommend this property to any adults looking to get away and experience South Beach night life. We had an amazing time

Great for a Girls' Weekend

I cannot say enough great things about this property! We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was just perfect. We checked in two doors down in the hotel and the concierge was helpful and sweet. He made sure that all six members of our party had their own keys so we could get in and out without issue. He also made sure that we knew about the towel service and all of the amenities we could use- wifi, valet parking, pool, etc. The condo itself was also fantastic; the beds and feather pillows were extremely comfortable and the living area was very spacious and comfy. It was great to have our own fridge and ice maker for all of our pre-party needs and the kitchen was well stocked with all of amenities that anyone might need. Even though the condo was amazing it was outdone by the fantastic location. You are literally one block from the beach and two blocks from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. I would definitely rent this property again.

Disappointed and overpriced

I recently stayed at this property in June 2023. When I checked in I had to pay an extra $150 to park for the week which is crazy and I had to park my own vehicle. The 3 bedroom condo only have a tv in the living room and master bedroom, kitchen counters had little bugs crawling everywhere I had to go buy some raid, all the beds had only the top mattress no box springs so the beds are very low, master bedroom shower was draining slow I was standing in a pool of water after I showered, sitting on the balcony looking at another building in an alley, and it was always a burning smell in hallway. I accidentally left my $100 float in one of the closet contact the owners got a reply saying they would have the house keeper get it and when I followed up about my float couldn’t get any response. This condo is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, store, and the beach. It’s a ok place but not luxury!

Great location

Although the unit itself was updated the photos did not depict a clear view of the condo. The master toilet constantly runs and has to be flushed multiple times for the least amount of toilet paper to go down. The freezer did not work therefore we had to buy ice everyday and place a towel on the ground due to it leaking. The master bedroom has mold on the ceiling inaide the closet and outside as well as guest walk in closet. The dryer did not work for the first 2 days. The water filter on fridge says to replace and the water tasted like it needs to as well so we ended up buying jugs of water. The fridge is missing the bottom shelf so you have to place your items in the food bins. Excessive noise from delivery trucks at all hours of the night. I wasn't looking for serenity but a good nights sleep would have been good. Oh and the mattresses all need to be replaced unless you like to roll to the middle of the mattress all night. For the price that we spent for 4 nights, this should have not been the case.

Great spot!

Location was fantastic. Bachelorette Party Planners, you are in the right place. Right across from the beach, lots of restaurants and places to hang out. We loved the Voodoo rooftop hookah lounge that was close walking distance. We had a big group of girls so the security of this unit was awesome. You needed the key scanner to enter the building, and the unit was the only thing off of our elevator on the second floor. The trash shoot on the same floor was great for clean up. For the future though, please leave more/better toilet paper for guests! We had six women in the unit for 4 days and there were only 3 rolls of cheap paper in each bathroom. Thankfully, the front desk spared a couple rolls for us when we were in a pinch. The unit has a split floor plan which was great. It comfortably slept all 6 of us. We turned one of the walls into a photo taking wall, which was super cute for my bachelorette. At the entrance to the building, there were shops on either side. A gelato and coffee place with great pastries - *get the almond white chocolate gelato! And also a 24 hour pizza place that was SO good! Awesome for late nights. The walgreens is right next to the place as well which came in clutch. They had cheap souvenirs too so get those there instead of elsewhere. Overall, we were pleased and would recommend this to others!

Appartement très bien situé, très grand, propre, tous ces points sont très positifs. Il n'y aurait que quelques points à résoudre, afin que tout soit parfait. C'est dommage car ces détails, on les remarque, et ils font baisser l'impression générale, et on passe d'un appartement qui devrait être de grand standing, à quelque chose de plus classique à cause de petits problèmes non réglés : mauvais écoulement des éviers des salles de bain, problème de chasse d'eau du WC de la salle de bain chambre parentale, absence de crochets ou portemanteaux pour pouvoir suspendre des serviettes ou vêtements dans les salles de bains, pédale de la poubelle cassée, chariot du lave-vaisselle cassé et qui roule mal, très peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine... Bref, que des petites choses très faciles à régler, et qui devraient être solutionnées depuis longtemps vu le standing de l'appartement. Cela ne suffit pas à gâcher tous les points positifs, l'appartement est très bien, et nous pourrions y revenir sans problème, mais c'est tout de même dommage.

Great property and location

Stayed with myself my and 3 college age kids the week before Christmas. Property is exactly as pictured, very spacious, and in an excellent location right on the main strip next to all of the restaurants and clubs and right across the street from the beach. I rented a padded beach lounge chair for $20 per day across the street. The rooftop pool was nice and not crowded at all. The parking was easy I paid the attendant cash for the week and went in and out as I wanted. Did not think I would need the car, but we actually did use it every day. Had an issue with the Direct TVs not working when I got there. I was annoyed personally because I like TV and wanted to watch the NFL games, but I would stay there again regardless. They did end up fixing the TV situation, one of the boxes needed replaced and the other needed rebooted. That was probably a one-off. I did not use the kitchen but did use the washer and dryer which was nice to have. Overall it was a great location and excellent space.
