Beautiful property with breathtaking views. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was just as advertised, and the views were even more beautiful in person. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Where do I start?! This was our first time visiting Florida as a family with myself, my husband and our 3 teenage sons. The photos of the condo are 1000% accurate. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and plenty of room for all of us without feeling we were on top of each other. The views are absolutely BREATHTAKING!!!! They alone are worth every penny of this property/vacation. We watched the sunrise and sunset everyday. We like to cook, so we used the fully equipped kitchen everyday for breakfasts and lunches. The check-in process was smooth and seamless. Everyone on-site was helpful, polite and so nice. One of the most positive things I can say is the communication with our host Annie- was beyond amazing. We only had one small hiccup which was the washing machine was not working, but she tried so hard to rectify the issue with alternantive options. I would also message her about other questions and she answered me immediately. She is so sweet and so wanting to make sure you have everything you need. We had the trip of a lifetime and will definitely be returning. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here.

Great stay with amazing views! Comfy beds, clean, roomy. Freezer needs fixing, but my only complaint. Otherwise was wonderful and would stay again!

Family Reunion

The apartment is beautiful. Great layout, and a view you must see to believe. Building amenities were fantastic. My only complaints are that the stove did not work and the floor needed to be mopped prior to our arrival.

Beautiful

The apartment was perfect for our family. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with gorgeous views of the ocean and city. The roof top pool and restaurant are amazing. Our family also appreciated being steps from the beach and having a washer/dryer in the unit. Ana Maria is a pleasure to work with and was prompt in answering all our questions. We will definitely stay at the property again.

Beautiful location. Unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Literally 2 min walk to beach. We would definitely use this location again. Only complaint would be known wich desk to check into and paying for resort fees for a day when we arrived after 8pm. This was not the host fault.

Quick getaway

We were able to check in Saturday morning for an additional small fee. You must remember this is a resort location so it was busy! There was some confusion with the valet parking only, but the employees took the time to explain. The front desk staff were pleasant explaining the ins and outs of being at the resort. The apartment was spectacular! Clean and modern with a beautiful view from the 40th floor. The beach area however was not very clean with overflowing garbages. It was early enough in the day to suggest they weren’t cleaned from the day before. And because it is a resort, there were people and families of all ages making it loud at times. We went to get some groceries at Walmart only to find out the freezer did not work. This was disappointing because our frozen items had to get thrown out. This also meant there was no ice. The owner apologized and said they had gotten it fixed once before. It did mention that same problem on another review. Overall it was must needed rest in a beautiful place with friends.

Nice but dirty Condo, Terrible Communication!

This place could have been exceptional but it was not good and everything started off poorly. We weren't contacted by the host with how to check in (even though she messaged me when I booked and said she would be in touch). After several un-responded to texts and messages I had to call her to let her know we were there to check in. That was the last communication we had with the host. The front desk staff was not very friendly - NO ONE outside of one very nice bell-man! The valet parking was expensive at $35/day and a pain when having to come and go multiple times in a day. The condo had great views on a very nice portion of the beach but there were several stains on the walls (pizza sauce, boogers and lord knows what else), crumbs and piles of dirt on the deskst /tables, one of the glass end tables was broken, the freezer in the full size fridge did not work and the oven did not work. I texted the host about these and still no response. At one point the elevators were not working and we had to walk down 38 flights of stairs to get to our car! We made due and still enjoyed our vacation but will never stay here again. The pool was nice but closed at 7:30pm for some reason and beach service ended at 5pm, which seemed early. The workout facility was very nice and the two bedrooms were good size all with walkouts to the balcony.

Elevators was always a ride. Felt like it always 10 minutes to get up to our room. The hotel room itself was exactly as pictured. But there was a few things that we noticed was broken and or stained upon arrival. Thank God I took a video tour of the room when we finally got in. Because the owner tried to blame us for a burn mark in the masters bedroom on suite bathroom. Even tried to argue with me with one singular message response per day, drawn out for over a week. Even with me responding within less then 3 minutes after they sent me a message. Very frustrating! Thankfully after literally circling the spot in the photos 3x with multiple shots and angles with time stamps it finally sank in that it wasn't from us.Also, there was a day of continuous alarms for off for an hour explaining the water was going to be shut off. No other explanations. Um how about no water for 8 hours. And while that was going on, the elevator stopped working for 2 hours. We were on the 40th floor! Tried calling the front desk only to not be answered to try to get some information. Finally hung up after holding for 48 minutes! We missed out boat tour because of all that. Over all the experience was nice, only because of the direct access to the beach, but could have been better if there wasn't long elevator waits/rides, alarms, without water for 8 hours, and horrible communication from hotel and host. I won't be returning or telling anyone to stay there.
