Deux salles de bains toutes en marbre avec des portes de douche en verre. Les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Contre granit dans une grande cuisine. Mobilier de designer. GEMME! Service de ménage quotidien disponible sur demande.

Accès direct à la plage! Nouvelle piscine à l'hôtel rénové en 2014. Piscines gratuites serviettes fournis quotidiennement pour être utilisés à la piscine et la plage. (Ceci est grand parce que vous n'êtes pas obligé de faire la lessive). Snack-bar et boissons alcoolisées disponibles à l'achat à la piscine. Wonderful location and great accomodations

The unit was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, right on the beach. Our kids loved the pools and hot tubs, and the balcony with waterway and beach views were amazing. Loved it - we would love to come back.

Beautiful Location in Miami Beach

The property was in a perfect location in Miami Beach! The views of the canal and ocean were amazing. The unit was not as fully stocked for a larger group than I thought. The TVs didn’t work, several cabinet knobs were off and light bulbs missing in master bathroom. The unit was very clean

The Alexander Hotel had super strict rules that we never knew about. Super over priced . we couldn’t even carry a cooler to the beach. They expected you walk a block down the street if you have a cooler.

The building and location are great. The host was absolutely awful. No internet, running toilet for 2.5 days, leak in the bathroom, given limited supplies and Jessica was terrible with communication. The drawers didn’t have handles so we couldn’t store items. Too many options to waste your stay in this unfinished unit.

We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. The internet issue was an unexpected service outage that was beyond our control but was resolved as soon as possible. The running toilet and minor leak were fixed as soon as they were reported. We provide starter supplies for each stay, as noted in our listing. Regarding communication, we always strive to be responsive and helpful. We regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations, but we are continuously improving to ensure future guests have a great stay.

Alexander Hotel Apt.

This property was not as advertised. It and the furniture were rundown and worn out. The kitchen and bathrooms were not adequately stocked, no broom, handles were missing from dressers and cabinets, the televisions did not work, one bathroom floor was flooded and the tub and one sink had no drains. Hosts were unresponsive except for repairing 2 tvs and the flooding. wre difficult

Not worth the rental

The property was advertised to accommodate 8 to 10. Unit was old, faulty bathroom water fixture leak, tv's remote non-functional, not enough towels or toiletries. Old furniture and broken. I attempted to communicate with owner or the person who advertised the unit, it took approx 1 1/2 to get acknowledge without any resolution addressing the issues.

I am sorry but it definitely accommodates 8 people and we allow 2 extra guests but it needs to be informed before checking in. Towels and toiletries are limited, Additional are available at extra cost.

Cockroaches throughout kitchen and bathroom!!!!

This was a beautiful condo! The pool area never closes, it's surrounded by palm trees, a tiki bar, and steps from the ocean. My only complaint is that there were so many cockroaches. It was quite uncomfortable to stay there. We killed maybe 7 or 8 the 3 days we were there and saw another 7 or 8 that we couldn't catch. When we arrived, there was a dead cockroach in the coffee pot, and one in the sink. Construction was loud but we went expecting it. However, we were told that there would be no construction on the weekend, and we were woken up Saturday and Sunday before 8am. Makes it hard to enjoy vacation, especially when we were out so late the night before.

HI Kearisten, I'm glad you thought the condo was beautiful and enjoyed the amenities of the building. I am working closely with the exterminator who is now using a higher grade product to keep the insects away. It is working and am following up closely with each guest. It is really a GREAT condo on the beach and unique for Miami Beach.

Great place for us to stay for the weekend or for a getaway with friends

Came in town with my family for my med school graduation and we made a great weekend out of it. After reading previous reviews the main complaint was about towels and minor supplies. There is a Publix like a mile down the road if you plan on staying a few days just stop there and you are good. When I checked in the reservation wasn’t on the computer but i called the host and they responded immediately. The issue was fixed right there and it wasn’t a big deal at all. The other guests are mainly friend groups (bachelor or bachelorette parties, girl/guy get away weekends) but everyone seemed to be respectful and kind. We had a kid with us and he loved the pool and the beach. The valet parking is an extra fee but it’s all digital and you can request the car on your phone so it’s out front and all the valet workers are super nice and helpful. If you want beach and pool in Miami Beach this is a way better option than getting multiple hotel rooms. The room was clean, comfortable, and really nice to stay I. The AC unit is strong and can cool the place off quick Appliances are high end and work great. Would consider staying here again if we ever need a place to stay in Miami.

Dirty!

The listing stated we would bypass the front desk and use a code to enter our condo. So not true. The front desk had us going up to our room and back many times to retrieve information. The lady at the front desk was probably one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in hospitality. Our husbands went to buy our groceries. Upon their return the groceries were immediately snatched out of their hands until we went down to verify they were with us. One of the main reasons we rented this condo was because the trolley stopped right outside. It did not. It just passes you by. Jessica and Michal were very nice. It’s the actual condo employee that was not. The room is very dirty. There’s sand and pubic hairs along the walls in the bathroom. Built up shower gunk along the shower doors. Dirty dishes put up in the cabinets in the kitchen. The blankets smelled of bad body odor along with the pillows on the couch. I would suggest Jessica get a new housekeeper. On the plus side the beach is gorgeous! The Tiki bar employees are very nice and hospitable. We would definitely not stay here again.

Hi you’re feedback has been heard. I can assure you the cleaner has been replaced. Pillows have been dry cleaned. I’m so upset to hear the hotel front desk was rude. You rented from an owner and wrote how nice we are. I will speak to the hotel. The new check-in procedure was due to covid.

Peu de commodités et équipements fournis (pour 8 personnes, une semaine, nous n'avons eu que 2 pastilles de lave-vaisselle et 4 rouleaux de papier de toilette). Aucun linge à vaisselle, aucun plat pyrex, ni plaque de cuisson, donc difficile de cuisiner dans le four. Un balai, mais pas de porte poussière... Aucun livre d'instruction dans l'appartement pouvant nous guider un peu.

Nice pool and access to beach but had a leak for most of our stay which clouded our overall vacation

Upon noticing there was a leak the day after we arrived, we reached out to the contact number that was provided. We got a call back 45 hours later to acknowledge receipt of our call but it was another 48 hours before it was resolved. The leak was not just an inconvenience, but a hazard as I initially slipped before realizing the issue and it was also dangerous as it was filtering through a lamp. I filled a security report with the hotel and during the process they did not treat us like guests but more like outsiders as renters, they also refused to give us a copy of the report. We felt like this ordeal merited at least a couple of nights of compensation but were offered $150 to “make it right” which we declined since that was not going to change the impact this inconvenience had on our family vacation.

Great location to relax

I took my son and his friends and we stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. The room was plenty big for five of us. 2 moms and 3 18 yrs. If you're looking for a fast pace location, I would say this is not it, but if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, cozy place... This is it!! It is in a safe location, valet & front desk were helpful in answering all our questions. Will return next week!

This place has an awesome location. We really enjoyed the pool and loved having access to the boardwalk where you could easily get to the beach. It was also in a great spot to take ubers to all of the main locations we wanted to hit in Miami. We would stay here again!

AMAZING Bachelor Party Pad

We had six grown men, young professionals aged ranged 24-32. This place was AWESOME! This condo was the perfect size for us on a long weekend bachelor party and had everything we wanted and needed for a trip to Miami! Cozy decor, nice bathrooms, and great view from the balcony as well. The Alexander resort and all the staff were super nice and very accommodating! They checked us in several HOURS early on day one, and on the last day after checkout time, they let us store our luggage in the lobby so we could still enjoy the resort/beach all day before we had to head to the airport at night! Highly recommend and, although we're a little past the frat boys phase, we probably could have fit 1-2 more people fairly comfortably.
