Girls Trip

Great place for young kids. Nice size. We had a great time except for beaches. The beach in front of our neighborhood was too busy to go to. We had to drive 2 miles to find a beach that wasn’t too crowded. I think it is getting that way all along 30A.

Wonderful place to stay!

We just returned from a week's stay in this beautiful home! It is absolutely wonderful! Very, very clean, and a nice quite neighborhood. The owner is very helpful with anything you might need to know. Just a short walk to the pool and not far from the beach! We loved it! Very roomy with lots of space! The only drawback we had was that we had little ones with us, and with all the toys they want to take to the beach, the walk to the beach was difficult. If we had rented a golf cart, it would have been a piece of cake! We totally recommend this place! We loved every second we spent there!

Affordable, but needs some work

Overall, had a great experience here absolutely love Seaside. The house was not the cleanest when we arrived (looked as if the cleaning crew hadn't even been there since there were hairs everywhere in shower and beds and floors were dirty) Some things needed some maintenance and repairs, such as the upper screened in porch seemed to have been kicked out, cabinets wouldn't remained closed, top lock on front door wouldn't lock all the way. Other than that, it accommodated our family well and was quite spacious.

Family beach trip

We were four adults and three toddlers. We enjoyed our stay. I would describe this place as the budget option in a beautiful neighborhood in walking distance to the beach. Pros: 1. Easy walk to public beach. The beach is amazing. It’s busy but not overwhelming. 2. Beach chairs and toys at the house 3. Kids room with trundle beds 4. Beautiful neighborhood 5. Plenty of space and bathrooms 6. Host was super responsive Room for improvement: 1. Furniture. The couch was pretty gross with animal hair and dust/crumbs. We covered it with sheets. It was also old and not very comfortable. Most of the furniture in the kitchen and living room were old, rickety or not that comfortable. Adult beds were comfortable. The kids mattresses are fine if you weigh less than 40lb, otherwise the whole thing compresses. 2. There were no trash bags, sponges or dish soap.

The Pics Dont Do It Justice!

Very clean property. It had a ton of beach gear that was a pleasant surprise. It had the amenities you’d expect it to be stocked with. It is within walking distance of Seagrove Beach, but if you have a lot of gear, you can drop off with a vehicle or rent a golf cart, then have the driver walk back! You can walk to a few restaurants, pizza, Mexican and ice cream place. There is a grill and two screened-in porches! Lovely to enjoy morning coffee with cute rocking chairs. Could have used a few more towels, but that was really my only negative. Prices locally are what you expect for 30A. Highly recommend this rental!

We always love our stays in Cassine Gardens and Patricia’s house was no exception. Very spacious, clean, with nice amenities! We’re looking forward to another stay in the future!

Family of 6 vacation

We had a wonderful time. Great house and location. We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach everyday to drop off all our gear. Great Mexican restaurant in walking distance.

Great house with a perfect location

Easy access with key code front door. Spacious home perfect for our large family of 11. Screened in porches were great in the early morning or evening. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 pools very close to the house. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Perfect for family.

The weather was not great during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach that much, the house was very comfortable and allowed plenty of space for us to spread out and still enjoy our time.

Fun trip

The house was great for our family - large and spacious. The master bathroom was nice with plenty of space for two. We always enjoy our time at Santa Rosa Beach and Cassine Village. Our host was very responsive to questions and even gave suggestions for restaurants.

Check in was super easy since there is a key lock with a pad. The house is equipped with everything you need. The owner was fast to respond. Hope to stay there again next year

Great house for a family beach trip

We chose this house for our family beach trip. It worked out really well there were 2 master bedrooms and the kids and young adults had enough room with the 3rd bedroom and futon. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room and screened porches provided enough space to relax. The beach was super crowded but the walk was short and there was a drop off spot for those who needed it. The neighborhood offers 2 pools and tennis courts. There were restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance and a grocery store was less than 2 miles away. We were in contact several times with the owner and found the owner to be very responsive to messages.

Great neighborhood

We had a great time. There were not as many beds as we anticipated, since the fold out couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The neighborhood was excellent and the pool and beach were a quick walk and convenient. The beach was crowded mostly but we still managed to enjoy it. The dryer in the house went out but the property owner did we very best to accommodate us. Super nice lady. We had a great time overall.

Excellent Family Vacation

We had the best time at this home. Cassine Village was such a quiet, nice neighborhood. The walk to the beach was super easy. Even though the beach was crowded, our whole crew had the best time. The screened in porches were perfect for our young kiddos, and the outdoor shower was the best for washing off sand and toys. The pools were not crowded at all, and they were so nice to visit when we had had enough sand. Above all, the manager of this property was probably the best person we have ever worked with. She was very prompt to answering any questions and made our experience very pleasant. We loved our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very quiet neighborhood

This property is in quiet neighborhood it also In a very great location close to the beach it has everything you need it for a great vacation. Had to call property on a issue with a outdoor power problem but was resolved in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this place

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a good size for our group and the location was awesome. It really is a 5-7 minute walk from the beach. All the neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. A few issues we ran into was lack of seating in the living area when everyone wanted to watch a movie at night. The internet was incredibly slow which made streaming on Netflix/Disney+ difficult. And the A/C upstairs was unreliable. Luckily we visited in May and it was fairly cool outside in the evenings, but around 4-7:00 the upstairs was quite warm. We cooked most of our meals at the house and were content with the utensils/cookware available. The house did come with sand toys which we appreciated, however some things that would have made our stay even better would have been a functional wagon (the one there was broken), a better broom for sweeping up sand, and more blankets for little ones sleeping on floors with mom and dad. Overall we were pleased. Thank you so much for having us!
