Expérience dans le village Lakeland: 3535 Lake Tahoe Blvd, sud de Lake Tahoe La Californie borde 1000 ′ de plage de sable et est située au centre de South Lake Tahoe. Les propriétaires bénéficient d'installations telles qu'une jetée privée, trois bouées, trois piscines, une chauffée toute l'année, des bains à remous deux ans, des saunas, deux courts de tennis et un centre de remise en forme. Il y a aussi un garage de stationnement sous-terrain commun. Le bâtiment principal du lodge dispose d'un beau hall d'accueil avec de nombreux sièges et un grand foyer au gaz en pierre. Un bon endroit pour prendre une tasse de café et vous procurer le journal du matin. Comme vous pouvez le constater sur la carte des maisons en rangée du Lakeland Village, le Lakeland Village borde plus de 1 000 pieds de plage et abrite une jetée d'une association de propriétaires privés. Depuis la plage, vous pourrez vous rendre à la marina Ski Run, où vous trouverez des magasins, des locations d’embarcations et des restaurants comme le Riva Grill et Artemis. South Lake Tahoe at Lakeland Village

The property was very nice and clean. Great location and great view of the lake from this unit. The common area was so nice to just relax and enjoy the lake and the beach area. All the amenities you need. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were closed for maintenance the whole time we were there. At least there was a yellow sign stating that it was closed. Much of the parking lot areas were torn up for construction so we were not able to pull up next to our unit and unload which was a bit of an inconvenience. A head's up would have been nice. But overall, nice place, clean and great view and location.

Excellent location

Not only is this location great for walking, but the unit itself is perfectly positioned to see the pool, beach, and lake from the living and the balcony! We enjoyed walking over to the beach, using the fire pits, having a morning coffee on the balcony...AND...being able to walk to Whole Foods + over to Heavenly Village for shopping and restaurants after our day hikes.

Wish we stayed longer…lovely place!

The unit was very clean, beautiful and conveniently located within Lakeland Village. It’s a very short walk to the pool and beach…easy to run back quickly for snacks or drinks. We cooked in the kitchen one night, which was a pleasure with gorgeous views of the water. Kitchen is well stocked, although you might want to bring particular seasonings if you have favorites. Basics are there. I tend to bring extra Ziploc bags, foil, and plastic wrap just in case we pack a lunch to the beach. Communication was awesome, from start to finish. Everybody I dealt with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Instructions, rules and procedures were clearly communicated for check-in and check out. Had a couple of questions along the way and my inquiries were answered very promptly. We have stayed at Lakeland Village many times throughout the years and this unit is now one of my favorites. We will definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Perfect Location

The condo was very nice and the location was great! The condo is close to the pool, beach and fire pits. We really enjoyed our stay. I had read that there was only 1 bed in the loft but to our surprise there was a bunk bed with double beds on each bunk! This worked perfect! The only thing was that there wasn't a bathroom on the level of the kitchen and dining room (level 2). This worked for us and it wasn't as inconvenient as I thought it would be. We had one small issue that the property manager was able to solve easily. I appreciated that he was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

Great location and great amenities

We had a great stay here. It's very clean. Very close to the pool and private beach access. Very close to a lot of great restaurants and fun things nearby. It's a loft style, so the upstairs got extremely hot and there are not many windows. We opened the patio door, the two windows, and ran a box fan to cool it down but it didn't get cool the upstairs until closer to midnight. Not ideal, but it didn't affect our stay and we still had a great time here.

A magical stay

My wife's high school friends came to California (from Ecuafor) for the first time and one of the stops in their whirlwind tour was South Lake Tahoe. This condo in Lakeland Village had them ooing and aaaahing all day every day. The layout, the facilities, the view, proximity to so many wonderful things to see and do. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

No instruction for using the key pad for entry. Either it wasn’t working or we didn’t know how to use it. Called and was let in remotely. We only stayed 1 night so it was fine, but would have been inconvenient for coming and going. No instruction provided for entry at the spa, heated pool and no map to find game rooms. The king bed was at slope with feet higher than the head of bed. Finally figured out why we were uncomfortable and slept with our heads at the foot of the bed. The place was clean, and the kitchen was nice.

This is a lovely home close to the pier, lakeside, and pool amenities. The house itself is larger than we expected; we were a party of 5 but could have easily shared with an additional family. The host has put a lot of thought into what guest will need and has provided everything. There are a few cosmetic updates needed but nothing serious enough to hinder your stay. The entire condo is desgined and furnished with your comfort in mind. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo

This condo is the best condo I have stayed at since I started traveling. The condo was really clean, comfortable beds, and shower had pressure. We would stay here again no doubt next time we come to Nevada. We also enjoyed the food near by and casinos as we were able to have fun while not driving across town.

Lake views in South Tahoe

Great Tahoe location just steps from the south shore. Comfortable 2 bdr, 2 bath condo with full kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Condo has three levels, so must be able to climb stairs. Minutes from Heavenly Village, skiing, boating and all Lake Tahoe has to offer.

A fabulous getaway

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo. As for service, during the first night, critters got into the outside trash and made a mess. It was promptly cleaned up after we reported it. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location in Lakeland Village. We loved the views of the lake and how quickly we could walk to the pier and beach. We didn't do extensive cooking, but there were adequate pots and pans. Next time, we would bring foil and plastic wrap. All in all, for us, it was the perfect place to stay.

Great Lakeview

This property is absolutely amazing. It has great location right in the center if town. Lots of stores near by including a casino that's open. We will be back for sure perfect home for couples or even a small family. Kitchen was great for cooking with a Lakeview. doesn't get much better for a condo:) looking forward to our trip in June.

Good Get-a-Way

We were so very ready to escape after confinement from Covid scares. The condo was easy to get to, well furnished, and steps from the lake. Due to the fires and Covid--the hot tub and pool could not be used, but we still enjoyed. Games were not available--due to covid--but that was okay, too. It had everything we needed. I would suggest putting in some directions on how to start the fireplace for rookies like us! :) Thanks a bunch.

Condo with view of the lake

The condo has a partial view of the lake, and you can easily walk to the lake to spend the day at the beach. The condo is nice. We had two couples. The loft bed is a full size bed, so it’s a little snug for two adults. We had problems with some of the amenities in the condo. We contacted the manager and she usually responded the next day with a solution. An instruction book with the details on how things work, restaurants, parking permits would have been nice to have. But overall it is a nice condo in a nice complex and we enjoyed our stay.

Wow! what a beautiful condo!

After spending 20 summer vacations at Lakeland we took a 3 years break. When we asked the kids (19-26 years old) where they wanted to go to celebrate our grandaughter's graduation from CalPoly San Luis Obispo, it was Lakeland. Even though the pools and spa was not open (due to the virus) the condos and beach were ready to receive people. Over the time there, friends of the grandkids came to celebrate as well as family. The Condo #466, was one of the nicest we have been in. CLEAN, tastefully remodeled, and a lake view! Large, fully equipped modern kitchen, nice furniture and comfortable beds. (Please note it is only a 2 bedroom. with two full bathrooms.) The manager,Zorka, was prompt in answering any questions and made a special trip over to deliver parking passes, which had not been left in the condo. Zorka was wonderful to work with! I do wish there had been twin beds in the upstairs loft, instead of a queen, but that was the only flaw. A beautiful condo was thoroughly enjoyed!
