Un ancien appartement de la Floride Ă  moins de 100 mĂštres des magnifiques plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Beau studio meublĂ© Ă  Indian Rocks Beach. Salle de bain complĂšte et cuisine, wi-fi gratuit, HDTV, blanchisserie. Adjacent Ă  un parc riverain et au parc aquatique Splash Harbor. À distance de marche du centre-ville, oĂč vous pourrez vous promener dans les cafĂ©s, restaurants, bars et magasins. La plage familiale est moins frĂ©quentĂ©e que St. Pete et Clearwater. MusĂ©e et aire de pique-nique au bord de l’eau Ă  quelques pas. Nous sommes au cƓur de la plage populaire d'Indian Rocks oĂč les habitants se retrouvent! Un nouveau parc, situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de l'Intracoastal, comprend un terrain de volley-ball sur sable, une aire de pique-nique et une promenade oĂč les chiens sont les bienvenus. Le condo est dans le Indian Rocks Narrows, ainsi appelĂ© parce que le terrain est «étroit» entre l'Intracoastal et le golfe du Mexique. Profitez des levers de soleil Ă  l'est sur l'intracostal et des couchers de soleil Ă  l'ouest sur la plage! Une visite Ă  la magnifique plage d'Indian Rocks et vous reviendrez annĂ©e aprĂšs annĂ©e!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Short Getaway

We wanted a short getaway where we could take our dog and this unit was perfect. Small and cozy and a fenced in yard for our Maggie. Loved it.

Our Paradise

What perfect lodging for us. We enjoyed having our dogs with us for morning sunrise coffee, cribbage and boat watching on the ICW and several of the nearby restaurants. And the beach...swimming, sunsets and wine. Truly a perfect paradise. Our room was spotless, thoughtful treats and everything!!

PET FRIENDLY !

Looking for somewhere to stay with our two dogs. This place was perfect. Our unit ( 6-B ) had it's own small fenced in back yard overlooking the intracoastal water. We could an eye on the dogs and enjoy all the boat traffic going by!

Close to everything

We had a great stay. This apartment is close to EVERYTHING! Beach chairs, wagon, large coolers where available right outside of unit. The fenced in backyard that is on the Intercostal was a great place to relax and watch boats, sun rises.

Perfection

This cottage was even more impressive than I expected. It was very private and yet close to the beach and restaurants. The owners were amazing and so responsive to our needs. There were snacks and water bottles awaiting our arrival, and everything was so clean!! We loved it and hope to return. There's nothing like sunrise on the Intracoastal and sunset on the beach!!!

Little Gem

Once we parked we didn’t move the car, we walked everywhere. Ate at a different restaurant every night, all the food was great. Everything we needed was right there. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect for our small dog to play in the backyard.

Fantastic vacation rental in the perfect location

My wife, me, and our dog popped down for a quick beach trip and booked this condo. The location was perfect, and the backyard views were incredible. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and had coffee out back every morning as we looked out over the intercoastal. The beach was literally right across the street, which made the short walk very convenient. They provided all the beach amenities that we could ask for, including a cooler! The condo itself was steps from some awesome restaurants, our favorite being VIP. The interior of the rental was extremely clean and had everything we could ask for. Check in process was super smooth with great communication. We are already looking to come back and stay this summer!

Wonderful Stay at this Lovely Studio

My husband and I loved everything at this studio. It was very, very clean. The kitchen was wonderful, the bed comfortable, and the couch was comfortable too. And I can't say enough about the backyard. It was so wonderful to sit in the back, watch the boats and the birds, and feel totally relaxed. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach...which is a clean and beautiful beach. I can't say enough about the sunsets!! We arranged our schedule to see them every day. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. It was our first time in Indian Rocks Beach and it won't be our last. We definitely would stay at this studio again.

Great spot

We had unit 6B and loved it. Unit was clean, nice king size bed and full kitchen. Bathroom is well sized and everything was in order. Cable was acting strange when we arrived. I texted Mary and they had it fixed in minutes. The unit has a private, fenced little yard on the water that is super private. Perfect for dogs too. Just enough space for small dogs or older, calmer large dogs between regular walks.. It’s a 2min walk to the beach and less than 10min walk to restaurants, souvenirs and ice cream. Excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Best beach vacation!

Our room, 6b was so nice! Very comfortable bed, kitchen stocked with everything needed, nicely furnished. Private back yard right on the water to see sunrise and only 2 blocks to beach taking beach gear provided. Easy walk to restaurants. We’ll be back again for sure !

Fantastic getaway and will definitely be back!

This was our first trip to the area (Clearwater / Indian Rocks Beach) and it did not disappoint. The property is exactly how it looks online, with the back of the apartment right on the intracoastal waterway and beach access to the Gulf of Mexico a 2 minute walk across the street. The apartment was absolutely clean, stocked with all the necessities, and I have yet to visit a property with hosts as attentive as Mary and Dave. We brought our dog for the weekend and they provided a basket of essentials for his stay, too (blanket covers for the couch, top sheets for the bed, food/water bowls and a treat). They also provided a guide for local restaurants and things to do in the area, and made themselves available if we needed anything. We will absolutely be coming back to this property for long weekends or last-minute getaways and highly recommend you do the same!

Great little cottage on the intracoastal water

Stayed in 6B. Fabulous place. Pictures are completely accurate, what you see is what you get. The place was immaculately clean, my complements to Mary, who also reached out to us to make sure all was well, and responded quickly to any questions. It was really nice to sit in the evening shade and into the night and watch the boats cruise by. The host has you covered with amenities. Didn't have to worry about the little things, as it was all there. The fenced in back yard was wonderful for letting our two small dogs walk around and enjoy themselves without concern. Plenty of restaurants nearby along with drug store, etc. All within walking distance. It was peaceful and quiet, laid back. Had a wonderful stay, and I'm hoping for a vacancy the next time we travel to the area.

Neighborhood Overview:
The location of the condo is great.. you have two parking spaces in front of the door, but you can leave the car parked the entire stay if you want. Pick up breakfast sandwiches from a variety of shops nearby. Wander over and enjoy breakfast by the sea. For lunch and dinner there is a wide variety to choose from: seafood restaurants, a steakhouse, wonderful pizza, Mexican, gourmet Italian, ice cream and homemade sweet shops... all within a few blocks. Do you want to send postcards? Walk to the local post office. Visit the Indian Rocks History Museum on the next street. Take a seat on the sightseeing boat tours... fishing charters are there at the Holiday Inn too. Have a ball at Splash Harbour Water park — all right next door! Everything you'll want and need is within a short walk. To go further along the gulf beaches you can hop on the trolley.

Getting around:
If you bring your own vehicle you have two parking spaces at your door at no charge during your stay. Rent bikes (both beach and street bikes), kayaks, paddleboards or jet skis on Gulf Blvd. There is a beach trolley for a few bucks (over 65 is less). Uber, Lyft, and cabs are readily available. It's a mile drive off the peninsula across the bridge to supermarkets and more restaurants; and the Tampa Bay area communities.

Space:
The condo is in the Indian Rocks narrows- so called because the land is “narrow” between the Intercoastal and the Gulf of Mexico.

Further afield from Indian Rocks Beach:
We are convenient to Clearwater Beach, (home of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium)
and only 30 min to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field, Dali Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Chihuly permanent exhibition and 45 minutes to Tampa and Ybor City. Or, take a day trip to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World or Universal Studios (1.5 hours)
