We had a great beach trip. The location is amazing, especially the distance to the beach. The place had plenty of amenities and the host provided new beach chairs knowing we were spending all of our days at the beach. The beds were a little soft for our taste, and we weren’t aware that the two king bedrooms shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. But other than that, we had a wonderful time and the place was great.

absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. location is great, quiet end of IRB. jean is an awesome host, excellent communication and responds quickly to any questions. the condo is exactly as pictured and clean. Beds are comfortable. Very nice pool on the beachside. plenty of space lon the beach, canal on the other side of the road. wifi signal works great- i take work with me on vacay. we plan to stay here again next summer. highly recommend.

Joan was a great host and the condo was very clean and nice. We didn’t realize that the 2 bedrooms shared a bath upstairs and it was a little warm upstairs. Thank goodness there was a fan in one of the bedrooms. Trash dump smelled and was covered in bees. Everything else was great!!

The location to local shopping and restaurants is fantastic. The condo looked like new inside and with a very homey feeling. The kitchen was awesome and equipped with all stainless appliances that all worked perfect. Everything was perfecto clean upon our arrival too. And having a washer and dryer in a beachfront condo is priceless. The closet with all the beach chairs, umbrellas and kids beach toys was a nice extra touch.It was nice being in a piece of heaven for a week!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joan’s Condo, at the Happy FiddlerJoan was such a great host, leaving us with so many restaurants in the area to choose from, as well as accommodating us in every way possibleHer condo is so beautiful, so tastefully decorated, and so clean!!! Both beds in each bedroom are extremely comfortable!!! The view of the beach and the ocean is extraordinary, and you are a few steps out your door from it all!!! Scott & Joan really had thought of it all and had everything we needed covered for our stay. Well maintained and close to many of our favorite local spots. Great location, unbelievable sunsets, caught 75-100 fish from the surf, property managers are the easiest and friendliest that I have dealt with in over 30 years. Great week at the beach.

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was a great experience. My wife, kids, and I enjoyed the location of the unit which is just steps to the beach. All the guest in the complex were families with kids which added to the experience. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach vacation then this might be your place.

Our property is situated in a unique area that is only wide enough for one property to fit between the Intercoastal Waterway on one side of the road and our complex Gulf front on the other side. This means that you’ll have the best of both worlds - stunning views of the Gulf and Intercoastal Waterway.

The Narrows is a quiet area that is perfect for those who want to relax and unwind. However, if you’re looking for dining and shopping options, you won’t have to go far. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance that cater to all tastes and preferences.

Our rental property is also conveniently located near many popular attractions in the Tampa Bay area. You can enjoy all of the amenities that Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach have to offer, including beautiful beaches, water sports, and more. If you’re a baseball fan, you’ll be happy to know that Phillies, Blue Jays, and Yankees Spring Training stadiums are all close by.
