Everything about this condo was great. The host and on-site management was phenomenal. Our Keurig broke and the host brought us a new one the same day. We will return next year!

My husband and I visited the area after he returned from deployment. We were also celebrating our 10-year anniversary that we spent apart because of his deployment. We wanted something right on the beach where we could look out from the living room or bedroom and see the ocean . We also wanted something that felt like home. This checked all our boxes and more. There were plenty of beach and kitchen supplies. Joan was also very helpful throughout the reservation process. We hope to stay here again when we visit in the future!

We had a great beach trip. The location is amazing, especially the distance to the beach. The place had plenty of amenities and the host provided new beach chairs knowing we were spending all of our days at the beach. The beds were a little soft for our taste, and we weren’t aware that the two king bedrooms shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. But other than that, we had a wonderful time and the place was great.

This condo is great with amazing views of the gulf. The host Joan is a pleasure to deal with and she is very responsive. My family absolutely loves this property and IRB. We will be back again.

absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. location is great, quiet end of IRB. jean is an awesome host, excellent communication and responds quickly to any questions. the condo is exactly as pictured and clean. Beds are comfortable. Very nice pool on the beachside. plenty of space lon the beach, canal on the other side of the road. wifi signal works great- i take work with me on vacay. we plan to stay here again next summer. highly recommend.

Joan was a great host and the condo was very clean and nice. We didn’t realize that the 2 bedrooms shared a bath upstairs and it was a little warm upstairs. Thank goodness there was a fan in one of the bedrooms. Trash dump smelled and was covered in bees. Everything else was great!!

The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The host made check in easy. The only suggestion would be to add hooks on the bathroom doors to hang towels and robes.We hope to be back next winter.

The location to local shopping and restaurants is fantastic. The condo looked like new inside and with a very homey feeling. The kitchen was awesome and equipped with all stainless appliances that all worked perfect. Everything was perfecto clean upon our arrival too. And having a washer and dryer in a beachfront condo is priceless. The closet with all the beach chairs, umbrellas and kids beach toys was a nice extra touch.It was nice being in a piece of heaven for a week!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joan’s Condo, at the Happy FiddlerJoan was such a great host, leaving us with so many restaurants in the area to choose from, as well as accommodating us in every way possibleHer condo is so beautiful, so tastefully decorated, and so clean!!! Both beds in each bedroom are extremely comfortable!!! The view of the beach and the ocean is extraordinary, and you are a few steps out your door from it all!!! We saw so many most amazing sunsets off our deck, and starlit skies!!! Any questions we had she was always available to answer!!! You are in close proximity to everything from grocery stores, to restaurants, to shops and many great little beach townsIt’s a piece of Heaven on earth

The view of the beach, clean pool, unit and easy parking. You can't beat the location, close to VIP's , Crabby Bills , PJ's, Guppy's and many other restaurants and shopping area's. Overall a top ten pick!

Spring ‘25 Getaway

Scott & Joan really had thought of it all and had everything we needed covered for our stay. Well maintained and close to many of our favorite local spots. The pool was a hit with our son and beach views are amazing! Loved the low-key feel and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had aware from home! Would definitely stay again.

Great week at the beach.

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was a great experience. My wife, kids, and I enjoyed the location of the unit which is just steps to the beach. All the guest in the complex were families with kids which added to the experience. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach vacation then this might be your place.
