Great Stay

Great location! Great food and entertainment in the area. Beach within walking distance. We had a broken bathroom sink in one of the bathrooms while we were there and the host was very responsive and got a plumber out the same day.

A dream place!

Absolutely loved our stayed!!! The property was in a perfect location just steps from the beach, with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Couldn’t ask for a better getaway spot, highly recommend!!

Exactly what we needed and steps to the ocean!

Condo is as described and more. Perfectly clean, comfortable and well appointed. Furniture was clean and comfortable, beds clean and comfortable, bathrooms also very clean. Honestly there were no complaints. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella available for our use. Kitchen had all we needed for our stay. We rented a cabana/lounge chairs located directly in front of the condo, just text the company in the morning and have your reserved beach spot for the day. Quiet beach, no fighting for a spot for your towel. Calm waves during our stay and no huge drop off in the ocean. Complex was quiet, no issues with noise and we felt completely safe. Parking was easy and covered. So many great restaurants and shopping in downtown St. Pete was a quick drive away. We will/would absolutely rent this unit again. Owner was super responsive. Don’t hesitate on this one, you’ll be happy you booked.

Friends Trip

Property was as described. Had a incident where police arrested someone 2 doors down from us. Parking space reserved for this unit is a very small parallel spot, we had a mini van and it was tight a larger SUV would not fit. There is additional 40.00 per day resort fee that was listed under house rules which makes no sense to me, it should be listed with the financial stuff. Questioned owner and it was 3 weeks before she replied .The reply was….you agreed to it.

Treasure Island

Very relaxing vacation. The condo was right off the beach and the sunsets sitting out on the balcony were killer. The condo itself had all the amenities we were looking for. Because we stayed right after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit the elevator and pool area were out of commission, which was not something the owner had any control of.

Everything about this condo was perfect. Very quiet and beach was very close in walking. One thing we didn’t know was there’s a daily parking fee but other than that, no complaints and would stay again in the future.

Very nice!

Best property I've stayed at so far in St. Pete beaches area. Beatiful views, especially from the rooftop. All amenities you need, and high end kitchen cabinets and appliances. Highly recommended!

Such a great beach stay!

This condo was beautiful and a perfect location! The views were incredible and the beach wasn't too busy at all. Check-in was easy, the condo was well-equipped with almost everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to have a first aid kit (my daughter got a cut and I didn't think to pack band-aids). The condo was spotless and it was so nice having a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The bathrooms were surprisingly spacious and the balcony was wonderful! The higher chairs were perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. The beds were comfortable and I loved the rainfall showerheads. {Publix was just down the road in walking distance, so that was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break with daughter and niece

We really enjoyed staying here! Lovely condo with great beach view and access! Everything in condo was great from cleanliness to comfort! Had all the kitchen equipment needed, great beach chairs and towels! We would definitely stay here again. Only thing is we didn’t realize until last day that there was a pool on the east side building that was sunny in the am and looked out over the bay. Our pool at west building was nice, but not sunny until late afternoon and evening. The beach service for chairs, etc. was great. Attendant was very helpful! Thanks!

Beach vacation

Great location on the beach! Enjoyed the sunsets, dolphins, and even parrots right from our balcony. Easy access to the beach and used the cabana rental several times. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. VIP Mexican restaurant is amazing and pizza delivery from Original Pizza is another favorite. Living room furniture is definitely due for updates. The roof area is lovely except for the stink pipe smell that is a pretty big bummer. All in all a good stay! Thank you!
