The 1st and 2nd floor decks provide excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can sit back and watch the dolphins and seagulls in complete privacy. This stunning, beachfront townhome is the perfect home base to explore the beaches of Indian Shores. Inside, you'll come across a full kitchen with all stainless appliances. The open floor plan dining and living areas provide plenty of room for all to rest and relax in comfort. The outdoor storage closet holds many common beach and vacation items such as beach chairs, a cooler, bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards for the entire family to enjoy.

After a long day of adventure, retreat to the dreamy main bedroom which provides a king size bed that looks out to your very own private balcony. Attached to the main bedroom is a luxurious spa-like full bathroom. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed. The beautiful guest bathroom offers an all tile tub shower combo.
