Enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pointe. Great location, walking distance to food and entertainment. Beach access was directly out the backyard. Steps are steep though, so be mindful of that when booking and was definitely bummed they provide no beach towels for its guests. First time Ive ever encountered that when booking a beachfront property on VRBO. Besides that it was great.

Great location, close to beach, check in process was easy and unit was clean. The only thing that would have helped would be if the sun shade on back patio wasnt torn and extended so sitting on patio in afternoon was cooler.

Property was right on the beach with gorgeous views. Very spacious and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the food prep/serving items we could have needed. The beach supply closet had a beach wagon which was really helpful in toting the supplied chairs and umbrellas to the beach. My mom and I enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great relaxing vacation. The beach was very private feeling not crowded at all. Breathtaking views! Very comfortable beds, having beach accessories available beach chairs, fishing cart, coolers, umbrellas, charcoal grill to use made it stress free when you’re flying in. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of bowls, dishes & 2 kinds of coffee pots. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway right on the water. Great for couples getaway or a family beach vacation.

We had such a wonderful time here. The house was very clean, comfortable, with a lovely view and access to the beach. It was very quiet since we came off season. It was just the rest we needed. We especially enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck outside the master bedroom.

Beautiful place

The condo was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The view was fantastic! We loved being right on the beach! Area is quiet but has excellent restaurants nearby.
