This was a super clean and fun stay, it was in such a pretty area and was easy to get to. The home was very comfortable to stay in, if youâre wanting to stay in the area this is the spot to be.
Great little community, the owners and the property manager were great! There was a small issue with cleanliness, which I wasn't really complaining about, but we had a slow drain and they came and took care of it all immediately. I would go out there again if i go to Orlando. Adam is a short move guy.
Enjoyed our stay and some time on the lake in a kayak. Had to call when we got there to get the door code but they answered and were able to get us right in. Overall neat experience for our first time in a tiny house.
First time in a tiny house. Was a fun experience. Enjoyed the kayaks and lake- my girls loved the hammocks hanging over the water! Gave it a 4 only because the place wasnât ready at 4 (not done cleaning) and the location was near some very rundown and questionable places and had a train that went by right at the front of the park.
Great tiny home with a beautiful view. Remote for the tv barely worked. Mattresses were not great. Potent marijuana smell right around the tiny home, not ideal when traveling with my kids. Owner was great with offering a charger for our electric vehicle. Water activities were not included in the stay as advertised but rather available at an additional cost. Overall it was a nice place to stay, not too far from Disney.
Lovely little house near a lake. Not a lot of privacy - we had planned to have 4 people and were very glad it was just the two of us because the bathroom has a barn door that does not provide any privacy.
The Swan was a fun place to stay. The amenities were great and the location was close to many things we did during the week. The house was clean and comfortable. Less decorations and more baskets/organizing containers would provide more areas to put food/glassess/"stuff" that we used throughout the week.
perfect for me and my partner. Super cute property and very clean ! awesome communication between the property owner ! Loved this place would stay again
My husband, 3 kids, and I stayed here for 3 days. It was fun to experience staying in a tiny house. My family loved the lake. We were able to fish, kayak, have a bonfire.... It was hard to find firewood. We went to Lowes. The location was close enough to Disney and Seaworld. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The negatives....There didn't have cups, plates, or bowls, but we bought disposables. The AC leaked and had a hard time keeping up. One of the rails in the loft was missing a screw. The location was not the best. All in all it was a fun experience. The lake was great. My family of 5 enjoyed it.
We travel to Orlando often and were looking for a different lodging experience. It wasnât too far from the parks but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood was adorable!
The property was great, the people couldn't be nicer. The location is not great. We decided to leave after about an hour because we were not super comfortable thinking about driving back through the area for our 4 am drive to airport.
The Swan was a great tiny home. It was very comfortable and clean. It really is in a 'tiny house community' so the tiny homes are very close to each other. I wasn't expecting this, but it didn't bother us. The property owner did not see our messages asking about the check-in process (a keypad on the door), but answered my call right away so it wasn't a problem. The washer/dryer was out of order, but we only stayed for a few days so we didn't need it. I would definitely stay here again and I'll also be checking out the other tiny homes in the future!
Great experience staying at the Swan tiny house! Very thankful finding a place that would accommodate my family for one night. We had 2 adults, 2 teenage girls, and 5 large suitcases and we still had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean!
