Ce condo parfaitement situé est au coeur de Kehei, à seulement 5 minutes de marche de la meilleure plage de Kehei. La plupart des magasins et restaurants préférés sont situés à moins de 5 minutes de notre nouveau condo rénové. Du salon spacieux au grand lani, notre endroit lumineux est l’arrêt idéal pour une escapade parfaite! Une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse est en place, ainsi qu'une cuisine moderne avec toutes les commodités.
Nous venons d’énumérer et offrons un rabais pour réserver notre condo romantique situé au deuxième étage au centre qui promet un accès rapide et facile à Kamaole II et à de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Notre véranda privée et paisible s'ouvre sur une oasis luxuriante de plantations tropicales et de pelouse et se situe à quelques pas de la piscine du complexe Kihei Ali'i Kai. Le décor d'inspiration tropicale de cette unité invitante, familiale et bien aménagée assure une «escapade hawaïenne» parfaite.

Wonderful location to enjoy all that Maui offers

Really easy experience. We loved the proximity to great restaurants and the ocean. Was also great to drive to nearby hikes, we were able to explore the whole island from here. Good property with a great balcony to enjoy a coffee in the morning.

great stay

Really cozy stay in a nice apartment in Kihei. Right next to the beach. We enjoyed all of the beach accessories that the apartment came with. Easy check-in process and parking onsite. Accessible location to the rest of the island. Thank you, we had a great time!

Ideal Vacation Home

Andy’s place was amazing. The place was very clean when we got there! Location was awesome, it was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Andy was easy to reach out to and was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect island getaway

Centrally located and easily accessible to several beach amenities. Andy was in touch with us and easy to contact. Right near turtle central. We highly recommend.

Great Maui vacation rental

This rental was very clean, nice and cozy and in the best location with access to a lot of great restaurants and the beach. Andy was available anytime I had a question and he even occasionally checked in on us to see if we were good. This was my 48th birthday and I have to say this trip was amazing. I will definitely be back to Maui and Andy's rental (if available). Thanks, Andy for your hospitality and great rental!

Perfect in Every Way

I spent 9 nights at Andy & Vivian’s condo. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with every cooking utensil you’d ever need. The location is perfect, within walking distance to great beaches and restaurants. Andy and Vivian are so easy to work with and answered all my questions instantly. The location of the condo within the complex makes it super easy to arrive from the parking area. Thank you Andy and Vivian for sharing your lovely condo with me and my daughter. We would be happy to rent from you again!

Could have been better

Property was not “up to par”….bedroom carpet is filthy and living room drapes no better.. Area rug in LR filthy. The small area rugs are dangerous, almost slipped & fell twice - so rolled them up & didn’t use. Nice clean bathroom. But no safety grips to enter shower & the tub had no safety grips/ safety mat.for showering.. Bed in bedroom was comfortable.

Andy is a great host. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the amenities for my month long stay. The location is amazing; close to a great beach, restaurants, good surf is close by too. I will love to be back and stay here again.

Property is good but money was deducted from deposit unjustified

The stay was okay except there was no AC in the bedroom. With the climate it wasn't an issue. They also let me check out 2 Hours late than std time on request. However the most frustrating part came post check out.100$ were deducted from my deposit saying surf board was broken... I didn't even touch it and told the same. owner didn't bother to listen at all... Just made up the mind to deduct 100$. Was very rude in the interaction... Frustrating experience post stay.

In response to Sumith, we were willing without an extra fee to give them a late check out, with the promise that the unit would be kept tidy upon their departure. With that said, not only was the item damaged, but the unit was in such disarray, that the cleaning crew needed SIX hours to clean the unit, which then put my next guest to check in later than promised. I had no choice but to charge the extra $100 just to pay the cleaning crew. The guest and I had very little interaction, and they did not say the unit was unkept. Also, I have not stated that there is AC in the bedroom, we have AC in the living room, and have a ceiling fan, which is more than enough in the bedroom! I would say, look at all of our other reviews, and judge for yourself how we treat our guests!

Nice remodeled apartment blocks from the beach! Had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a few days of R&R on the south side of Maui.

Great location!

I loved the location of this property. It's central to everything in Kihei. The condo is beautiful, has air conditioning and a nice big balcony. All the beach stuff was very convenient to have; chairs, umbrellas, cooler even a tote. We didn't use the tote but could be perfect for a small family on the go. Check-in and out was super easy and parking was not a problem. Location of the condo was nice because you don't have to take the stairs if you go to the parking lot at the top.

Beautiful condo close to the beach!

Very well maintained property within a walking distance to the beach! Clean, comfortable & has everything we needed including the things we didn’t think of such as beach towels, cooler, & beach folding chairs. We enjoyed cooking at home fir most of the stay & had all the kitchen equipment to accomplish that. Free WiFi access & it was wonderful to look at our collection of photos from the trip on our laptop every night. Highly recommend this property!

An excellent place to stay!

Overall process of booking was very smooth. Andy responded to me with any questions quickly and provided all necessary information. The place is clean, has everything you need, and is located in a great location steps from the beach. My family and I would be lucky to stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

This condo provided a cool, relaxing retreat after a day on the water, hiking and on the beaches. We especially enjoyed the large living room and Lanai. The appliances are very new and high-tech. You will want to read the note on the dryer. Both housekeeping and handyman were readily available when required. The on-site pool was excellent and there was easy access to shopping, beaches and restaurants. The owner communicated with us to ensure that we would have a great experience. We highly recommend this condo.

Amazing place to stay in Maui

Andy's apartment is wonderful. We didn't want to leave. My fiance and I stayed for 7 lovely days. The location is perfect in Kihei walkable to the beach, food joints and markets. The condo was clean and exactly how it was pictured in the listing. We really appreciated the beach accessories. There are two umbrellas, two beach chairs, a cooler, ample towels. We were able to spend many full days on the beach. There is smart TV in the bedroom that you can access Netflix, Prime, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we were able to eat a few breakfasts at home. Thank you Andy for the wonderful vacation!
