Townhome 2 chambres 3 salles de bain directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Réveillez-vous avec du café sur le pont et laissez les enfants courir dans le sable. Il n'y a pas de garages de stationnement, pas d'ascenseurs, c'est une maison de ville privée sur la plage.

La chambre principale est un lit king size, un magnifique plancher de bois franc et une suite parentale. porte coulissante en verre pour décorer le maître.

2ème chambre est un lit queen et bain mis à jour afin qu'il n'y ait pas de partage.

en bas un canapé-lit pour dormir invité supplémentaire ou des enfants.

La maison de ville est à l’ouest du ponton à environ 3 miles, et le parc de la jetée a des magasins, des restaurants et plus encore!

A true gem!

Came down for a 4 night stay with 3 friends. The location is excellent and the beachfront access was perfect! A large condo is next door, but it never impeded on our area. I did not realize it came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that are set up for you! What a perk. The condo itself did exceed our expectations. Pictures are not up to date and it's nicer that reflected in them. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. A in our book.

Loved the sound of the surf eight out the patio door.

We had a,wonderful time at the Seagull. Location is awesome just a few steps to the beach. The accommodations were very nice and the parking was right out the front door.verynice.and

AWESOME VIEWS & OK ACCOMODATION

We truly believe that the PM's were more accustomed to weekly rentals rather than long term stays. The views were amazing & the property had MOST of the things you would expect from a VRBO rental. HOWEVER, we did find things such as beach chairs, vacuum cleaner & other etc.'c we absent or broken. beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable, but the couches not so much. The property does show its age & could really do with a fresh coat of (NOT BEIGE) paint. K & C were always responsive to any issues, which is always important. The last thing to note is that while the downstairs washroom has a full shower, as does the guest room - for ???? reason the master does not (only a bathtub), leaving you to leave the room to shower, which when only 2 of you is (somewhat) ok, but when family visited we are now left to trek downstairs with kit in hand. the view THE VIEW ....

The interior was fine. The exterior of the building could use a little makeover with some deck boards and paint but overall nothing that would keep us from booking again.

9hour drive to disappointment

What stay? We drove 9hrs. only to find someone else in our rental. I rented this townhouse in January and, according to the other couple, they rented it in April. You would think that in that amount of time the hosts would have realized that they double booked. I received the keys on Friday and they checked in on Saturday. Evidently someone dropped the ball and had no fail safes in place to prevent this from happening. I’m very disappointed and extremely displeased with everyone involved in this matter.

Nice location but NEEDS LOT OF REPAIRS!

The location is ideal. The unit could be amazing but it needs a LOT of repairs. It has mold, lots of repairs needs to be done! The fan on deck is about to fall off, When you turn it on. The first night we were greeted by a huge cockroac.

Fabulous Property

This townhouse is exactly as described. Steps to the beach, assigned parking, comfortable living area and extremely comfortable beds and the host provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views

Steps to the beach. Furniture comfortable . Amazing views. House keeper could do better! You have chairs and umbrella provided but the people from Splash Resort that is right next door take the beach area over with tents and use the chairs provided even though there is a sign posted for them not to use or put up tents. Thank goodness there was other chairs in the condo we could use . I probably wouldn’t stay again for that reason which is no fault of the condo owner!

The property has a good location, private beach with free beach chair and umbrella service. The property does not come with towels or toiletries. You will need to bring those items. The house was clean, the back deck no so much.

Relaxing Stay

This townhome was right on the beautiful sandy beach, just seconds from the door. Beach chair rentals were an excellent addition to the unit. While we did not cook during our visit, the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, We had everything we needed. The unit was clean and we had no major issues during our stay.
