Ce condo acceptant les chiens comprend un salon spacieux avec un canapé confortable, une télévision à écran plat pour regarder vos émissions préférées et un foyer à gaz que vous apprécierez après une longue journée de ski. Si vous aimez cuisiner, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine, qui a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils haut de gamme. Profitez des équipements collectifs disponibles, notamment un court de tennis commun (accessible uniquement en été), une table de billard, une piscine, un bain à remous et un sauna. Située à proximité du Canyon Lodge, cette retraite est idéalement située pour une journée passionnante sur les pistes. Ce condo est accessible via la piste de ski de fond pour les skieurs intermédiaires dans des conditions hivernales correctes et la télécabine est disponible en saison (en hiver uniquement). Le Earthquake Fault Trail propose des sentiers de randonnée pittoresques pour le plaisir de tous. Le centre-ville de Mammoth Lakes se trouve à moins de trois kilomètres à l’est, ce qui signifie que restaurants et divertissements seront à deux pas! Le parc national de Yosemite se trouve à 40 km, mais cela en vaut la peine.

So Bad!!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in Mammoth. I have rented so many condos in this price range and this one was horrible! It should not be listed for this price. Not to mention it needs repairs, paint, new carpeting (it's green 70s), etc. It needs new bedding too. Guest bedroom comforter ripped. Master bedroom has no mattress pad. Every single blind is broken.There is no working icemaker in the fridge (we had to ask for someone to get us ice trays). The cabinet fell off the hinge in the kitchen because the stove doesn't fit so therefore you can't open the cabinet or 1 drawer. The ceiling fan in the living room is super low and rusting. The master bathroom has a huge crack in the tub. By no means is it a ski in/ski out condo. Bad advertisement! Beware of the crazy amount of stairs to get in to the condo and the life threatening driveway to walk down to the bus stop or you need to drive to Canyons or use the stairs in the other condo complex. This owner should be ashamed of bilking money out of people. We are not college kids but grown adults who expect a certain type of place for the money. I was not expecting a 4 or 5 star place but this was ridiculously not even a 3. For sure don't expect to get in 1 minute before 4 pm. The lock won't let you in and you can't get in touch with VACASA. Stay away.

Great location!

The location of the property is great! Walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and chairlifts. Parking was one covered, others outside, uncovered, you need to get a vistor pass after first night otherwise you will be towed/ticketed. The house had all the essentials needed for convenient stay. Why I am giving the 3 stars is the property management. We had to reschedule the original dates due to massive snowstorm, which was all over the news. I spent hours on the phone to reschedule since the property managers didn't want to do it! It was really frustrating! Especially that the storm was announced all over the media. At some point they finally rescheduled our stay. Another problem was when we arrived at the property we could not access it since we were given a wrong code. It took quite a bit of time for the property managers to send us a new, working code. It's not ok when you just arrived in the late evening, after 7 hrs of driving to deal with stuff like that. As I said overall great location, good place to stay with quite disappointing managment.

Exactly what we wanted

The place has an incredible location and was well stocked. Highly recommend 4WD/chains/snow tires, because of the hills to the condo. The beds aren’t comfortable but they did the job. Right now, the sofa bed isn’t functional, so you could sleep 7 tops unless you bring your own bedding.

Nice place

Nice place, but just average. A few issues like broken blinds and tv in master wasn’t working. Unit is on 3rd floor with no elevator! If going to charge this much, then I would expect more!

Not happy!!

To whom it may concern, We are very disappointed with the condition of this condo. This should not be ok with VRBO and Vacasa Standards. There is a couch that has taped up holes, broken springs and is absolutely gross, burnt foot rest on the fireplace, broken blinds upstairs & downstairs, broken sliding door, holes and soft spots in the kitchen floor, peeling paint in the main floor shower, carpet that needs replacing, cob webs hanging from the ceiling, holes in the main floor bathroom door, open electrical outlet behind the TV on the main living room, breaker box behind the entry door that has so much paint on it that it won’t latch & opens every time you open & close the door and the condo itself needs paint and touch up. The pictures in the add misrepresent the condition of the condo (probably taken years ago) and nowhere in the description does it ever say that there is three flights of stairs to get to the condo! This was not was not an inexpensive condo and it should not be represented as so. VRBO and Vacasa should inspect it themselves and see if it up to their standards. It is not what we have come to expect using your websites. I would like some kind of response. Thank you, Mike Iwakoshi

Family trip

We had a great stay with our family. There were a few things that need attention such a damaged couch and the bathtubs. The listing says there is a sofa bed, however the sofa bed is inoperable and they have a sign in the living room that warns you that it’s not to be used. The cleaning could have been a bit better but overall we had a comfortable stay. My family and I had a great time we even saw a bear by the recycling bins. It was great.

Not really accurate on the ski in/ski out

You definitely can't ski out of the property. You need to walk all the way to the closest ski lift which is canyon express. Skiing back to the lodge is better but not the greatest. There's a ski back trail but it doesn't lead directly back to the apartment. You need to do some sketchy skiing off the trail and do some walking back to the apartment.

Very disappointing

The condo was in very poor condition. My daughter found food wrappers on the top buck & my son found used tissues when he pulled out the trundle. The carpets were incredibly stained & appeared not vacuumed , holes in the linoleum floor in the kitchen. The couch had holes the size of a baseball and dirty tape was peeling away. We had to put a sheet down to sit on it because it was so gross. We were contacted after we checked in to see how everything was going. I sent pictures to Tonya and I shared our disappointment. Supposedly the person I spoke with was going to talk to management and she would get back to me, never heard from her again. I’m disappointed Vacasa/ VRBO has a condo in this condition available for people to rent.

Very comfortable home.

Great location. Very homey and comfortable. Would have given it 5 stars but 4 flights of stairs after lung surgery was a bit tough. But we did see a bear from our balcony. Almost made up the 5th star.

Good value

Winter time would be a great location . Just up the street to Canyon Lodge for skiing. Just a reminder that you’re on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Hauling groceries or gear up and down.

Beautiful place

Excellent place to stay. The only complaint I have is that it is on the third floor( and NO ELEVATOR!!). The Oxygen saturation is low due to height to start with, you will be short of breath. You have to carry your bags to the 3rd floor, and it will exhaust you!! Otherswise it is an awesome place to stay!!

Summer Family Vacation Stay

Party of 8 stayed here for our summer vacation. The sofa bed is deactivated. Kitchen is not well stocked. Carpeting needs washing. Otherwise we had enjoyable stay. Safe and convenient location.

Great Family Cabin

Sleeps a family of 5 well! Close to the sloops and short drive to town for groceries and restaurants. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay.
