This charming property features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, and comes equipped with all the essentials, including a complementary hot beverage bar. Whether skiing, fishing, hiking or biking this condo is in the middle of it all! Ski to and from the slopes or catch the bus 1 minute from the front door. Grab your bike and hop on the bike trail that runs directly behind this condo. It's a short distance to the lakes and an easy walk to the village. Enjoy the open and spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, and great natural light from 2 large sliders. Add a cozy wood stove with a comfy leather furniture ( which turns into a sofa bed ") and you are set. You and your guests can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that has been Turkey approved for big holiday dinners or keep them simple. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood without the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the Village of Mammoth Lakes, or 2 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. This property will not disappoint. For skiers you are steps from the free yellow line bus that takes you directly to Eagle lodge or to the Village of Mammoth Lakes, where you can catch the Gondola to Canyon lodge. It runs every 20 minutes and it takes zero detours. It's like an uber bus! So you are quickly on the slopes. Or the secret trick (which the owners do) is a quick ski through the woods to Eagle lodge and back home through those sane woods at the end of day. So you never have to get into the car or race to get good parking. . Winter and Summer entertainment abounds at the nearby Village along with many restaurants and shops and nightlife. Summer is exceptional here and the condo is steps away from the bike path for all your mountain biking adventures with the lakes near by. The location is one of the more desirable areas in Mammoth Lakes and the condo sits off the street in a very upscale residential cul-de-sac. Walk the fur babies or kids up the street to a beautiful forest with lots of open space to explore and play. Spring, Fall and Summer months you can hike the face of chair 15 and take in the amazing views of Mammoth Lakes all the way to Crowley Lake, It's a workout for anyone who likes a challenge. Bring the family up for the weekend and enjoy the summer concerts, kid's camps, and all your outdoor activities, The home is equipped for families or couples or people who love traveling with their pets. And your pets will enjoy the off leash wooded area just 1/2 block away safe from adjacent traffic. There are a lot of reservation companies here in Mammoth but our home is managed by a local resident and HOA manager who is there to assist 24/7. She has 10 years experience and makes our unit family and fur buddy friendly, welcoming and safe and exceptional. She puts in the extra work to make sure your trip is exceptional every single time. We would be excited to have you as a guest and share this part of Mammoth we have loved for 20 years. Don't hesitate to call or email with questions, we are happy to answer any questions and should you have booked, you will be a valued guest.
We love your pets, so just let us know they are coming. We do charge $200 for a pet with $50 for a second pet ( any size). We have to pay our maid extra to get the dog hair out so we keep it clean for everyone. And we know dogs shed ourselves!!! So thanks for keeping us in the loop and helping us out with that!
Also like to note, that if for some reason you forget to add your dog to your reservation, we will request the $200 plus tax if our cleaners inform us there are signs of a pet. Thank you.

We live in LA but love to ski, so this is our slice of heaven. And we love traveling with are dogs and watching them enjoy the great outdoors - and this property ticks all the boxes that makes their lives fulfilling. Adjacent open spaces and easy potty breaks!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We have owned property in this neighborhood since 2005. We recently sold our home and bought this condo so maintenance was easier for us, but we did not look at any other properties in town because you cannot beat this location. Our dogs are a huge priority for us and this condo provides a nearby place to run off leash and a small yard for quick potty breaks. This is so useful in winter especially when you are in your PJs and you don't want to bundle up for a potty break. Brrr!!! So we know the dogs are happy and well considered in this location. And for us, we hate racing to the slopes to get a decent parking spot in the am, so this area allows us 2 options. Option 1: A 1/2 block walk to the forest and from there a 5 min slide/push through the forest ( no uphills) Option 2 - head to the bus stop - just 2 min flat walk from the front door - the bus takes you straight the the slopes ( either canyon or eagle) and straight back to our bus stop at the end of the day. Itâs like an Uber bus and runs every 20 mins So your mornings can start as relaxed as you chose. And for us this is key to a great weekend.
Inside we love the vaulted ceilings - big vertical spaces feel like a mountain home to us. We also have big windows with adjacent trees that bring that mountain feeling inside. You are not looking at just another building but rather at the beauty of mammoth .. So we hope you might join us in this relaxing super dog friendly spot that opens doors to all that mammoth has to offer tucked away in a quiet woodsy friendly neighborhood.
