Nouveau propriétaire et fraîchement rénové! Ce condo en duplex, qui est la moitié de la maison illustrée (côté ouest), dispose d'une cuisine mise à jour, de salles de bains, d'un décor neutre et paisible et de beaucoup d'espace. L'emplacement est calme et est à seulement 1,5 pâtés de maisons de la plage, à 3 minutes à pied de l'accès public de la 13e rue! Ce condo de trois chambres peut accueillir sept personnes (2 lits queen et un lit simple superposé double). Chacune des 3 chambres a sa propre salle de bain, se prêtant à l'intimité et à la facilité avec les invités! Dort sept maximum. les grands groupes ne conviennent pas!

Les fonctionnalités supplémentaires incluent la climatisation, le WIFI et la télévision dans chaque chambre, ainsi que la buanderie.

Gulf Shores est connue pour ses belles plages de sable blanc, son soleil chaud, son excellent golf, ses restaurants, ses boutiques et ses activités familiales. L'emplacement est à quelques minutes de tout!

Relaxation

The property was just the way it was described. Everett the property manager made the stay even more welcoming. Great communication, very responsive and supplied us with whatever we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Gulf Shores Getaway!

This roomy half-house was an easy distance to public beach access and beautiful views of the Little Lagoon. Easy to drive into the central area of Gulf Shores for dining/entertainment. Property manager was incredibly responsive and friendly! Enjoyed having covered parking and an outdoor closet for stashing beach gear. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog with us, too. Thanks for the great experience!

Thanksgiving at the beach

We spent the month of November here. A short walk to the beach to watch the sunset every night. Loved having friends and family come and go during the month. Thanksgiving was great.

Family vacation

Easy walk to the beach. Apartment was very nice. Each bedroom had a bathroom that was clean and neat. Plenty of towels. We did run out of toilet paper and had to buy some.

Perfect for our family of 4

We had a great stay. The beach is a short walk one way and the lagoon is a short walk the other (beautiful sunsets). The house was great. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Tons of towels were provided. Check in/out was so easy! There was no long list of chores for checkout which we really appreciated. I highly recommend this cute house!

Great Place to stay at GS AL

This is a very comfortable, well equipped property. We have many enjoyable times out on the deck. The only recommendation for the management is to replace the burned out light bulbs in the bathroom and over the kitchen sink. All in all we had a very good time here - off season it was nice and quiet.

Conveniently located

The house was nice. Our two grandchildren enjoyed it! Our dog liked it. The grass needed mowing. Bring your own dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and Kleenex. There’s not enough cabinet storage for pantry food items—we kept much of our supplies in plastics storage bins We never saw property manager. He never responded to text messages. But other than these things the house was most enjoyable and conveniently located to beach, restaurants, etc.

Comfy

Everything was nice. The cleaning crew only left a partial roll of paper towel. And two partial rolls of tissue in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. We did not have any contact with property manager. (We didn’t need to call for anything)

Wonderful property

We had a great stay! Just a short walk to the beach. The property was very accommodating to our family and pet Boston Terrier. We met Everett who is maintainence and he is awesome! So helpful and friendly! The one thing this property needs is more tv’s and cable television. The evening we arrived, the AC was not on, so it was very hot!! Other than that, loved our time here!

Super cute and clean

We enjoyed this super cute duplex. Met all of our needs. Fully stocked kitchen was a huge bonus! One block up from a public beach access. Short drive to all the grocery stores and restaurants. Had storage down stairs that you could utilize with a key for your beach stuff. And a shower area to rinse off. The bedrooms do not have tvs, and the downstairs bathroom/bedroom are not connected. The shower pressure down stairs is amazing, my kids said the upstairs wasn’t the best. The downstairs bed is soft as well. If you have loud neighbors, you will hear them. None of these were a problem for us. Just noting. It’s pet friendly as well, we didn’t bring our pup, but plenty of grass and walking trails around for a fur baby. We didn’t see any pet hair in the house either. Overall it was great and would definitely go back!

Poor Communication

We tried communicating with the property manager regarding an issue with no response for 24 hrs. He finally responded by showing up at the property at 9pm, unannounced. Also, the pest control company showed up to treat the house, we were unaware of this as well. 3 stars overall.

Not what we paid for

We were disappointed in our experience at your house. We arrived to find a mess under the house from old and new siding materials. We found multiple nails and staples where we were told to park. Thankfully we did not get a flat tire. The deadbolt did not work well and we could not lock it for several days. We never found any beach chairs as advertised. We found dingy and smelly bedding. All day Tuesday and Thursday we had workers banging on the house installing siding. We had hoped to rest there during the midday between trips to the beach. We were even asked to move our car and we’re blocked from parking in the spot because of the workmen. We were unable to use the porch on Tuesday because of work going on. We messaged the property manager several times, we didn’t always get a response. He stated that he was going to let the owner know, but we never heard from either again. We won’t stay here again and would not recommend it.

Not as advertised

Check in was easy. However, the house was disgusting. Ouside by the grills, was sidewalk chalk, everywhere! The cleaners literally swept sand underneath the living room rug. Maybe that's why the rug is a fall hazard, it needs to go. The kitchen sink was extremely loose. There are no kitchen cabinets on the walls, just under the counter, that's odd. The silicone caulking in the 1st floor bathroom is covered with mold, another health hazard. The louver door where the furnace is was covered in dust. That's gross. The 2nd floor was extremely hot at night unless you closed half the vents on the 1st floor, which made it warm at night. The paint job they did for the remodel is half a$$ed, they missed behind the fridge, and the 2nd floor hall way ceiling was almost finished. And they have a Nest thermostat, which someone else was controlling via a phone app. We would go to the beach and set it on 65, to cool the 2nd floor down, and we'd return at 4pm or so and the Nest would be set to 75 or so. THAT, was frustrating. I paid a pretty penny for this stay, if I wanted it to be 55 in that house, it better be 55 in that house! Won't recommend, or ever stay in this place again. I texted Everett we were leaving at 7am, and no reply from the guy. He never came to "introduce" himself as the little board on the wall stated. The place was just gross all the way around.

Holiday away

We have been visiting Gulf Shores for over 10 years. This is the nicest, best equipped home we have had the pleasure of renting. No surprises. Everything we needed was there and in working order. Kitchen was well equipped, proper cookware and cutlery. Bedding was clean and well cared for. Elf made the stay special too.

Fall stay at Gulf Shores

Close proximity to the ocean while a very affordable rate. Short walk to the ocean and several very handy things were available from the property owner to make the ocean experience more enjoyable

Fantastic Stay!

Just a great place, it was modern & the location was perfect. It is super close to the beach access and shops around town. If we return to Golf Shores, we will be 100% staying here.

I bought this place in 2019 and fixed it up in Alabama, because I love the Gulf, liked the small town vibe of Gulf Shores, and wanted both beaches and mountains in my life! Seeking guests who appreciate access to the beach, a great walking path and a peaceful place.
