Awesome stay!

We had so much fun! House was clean and offered a nice location… beach and concert at the wharf plus a clean and comfy stay- could not ask for a better quick vacay on way to Disney!

Family vacay

The house was super clean and the host is very responsive. Beds are comfy! Easy walk to the beach and so nice to have beach essentials provided. Chairs, wagon and beach toys! The only issue we had was running out of toilet paper and no dishwasher tablets- easy fix! Had the best time!

Perfect Stay for a Family!

We came to town for my son’s soccer tournament and this place was perfect in every way! Super clean, great location! Quiet, Safe and plenty of space for all of us. Amazing communication from the hosts. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

Great location and amenities

Great location a short walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants close. House was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Hosts responded quickly to any needs or questions we had. Lots of decks to sit out on and enjoy the day!

The house is awesome! Plenty of space and the short walk to the beautiful beach was amazing. We've stayed at houses ON the beach that had longer walks. Communication with owners was super easy. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walmart a couple miles away for all the necessities. I was the tiniest bit concerned with the house being a duplex but it was never an issue in any way, shape, or form. There was never any noise transfer from the other side. The balconies were great for morning coffee and evening refreshments. We would definitely stay in this house again. Bring your favorite beach towels or buy some souvenir towels from the surf shop, the house just has bath/shower/kitchen towels.

Great Stay

Perfect size and Location for us to walk to the Hangout Festival and back safely. Nicely decorated and spacious to not feel crowded in. It was very neat and clean as well.

So convenient

We had a great stay! It was convenient to the NCAA tournament near the Hangout. We loved. Ring able to bring our dogs. The whole area was very dog friendly.

Beach Broke is in a wonderful location. The house was clean and has enough of the essentials to get you started on your vacation. The check-in process was simple and the owners were quick to respond to any communication. We hope to book Beach Broke again in the future.

Great Dog Friendly escape!

We have to bring our dog with us on any vacations due to severe separation anxiety! There is plenty of green space at this location and sits on a quiet street which makes for great walks after sunset. Only 1 block from beach access. I have walked further with some places being located right on the beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Very accommodating all the necessities you would need for your stay.

July 2023 Quick Getaway

Our family booked this property for a quick family getaway. The home was exactly as described, stocked with supplies, and in a great location. There was a brief hiccup with the Wi-Fi and the owners responded very quickly. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works great! Highly recommend!

Nice floor layout, perfect for my family of 4 and my parents. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is great for light cooking. Easy walk to the public beach access. Internet service is slow.

Wonderful stay

I was very pleased with everything from the owners to the house. Didn’t have any problems at all. The house was cleaned and enough space for us all. A block over from the beach and bout a mile or two from the water park. I definitely recommend booking this home.. And I will be back again and hopefully it’s available around the time I come back..

Short Getaway

Nice place for what we intended to do that weekend which was walk to the Shrimp Fest. Quiet with very little traffic. Not a fan of the TV situation having to log into your own accounts. At the very least have digital antennas so you can catch some channels.

3 balconies await you for relaxation, and the beach is only 1 block away (1 minute walk). We provide our guests with a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, and sand toys. It's all right there!
