Intimité totale et calme à 1,5 kilomètre des plages de Reddington et de Indian Shore. 10 minutes en voiture de Madeira ou Clearwater Beach. Également à quelques minutes d'une grande variété de restaurants (y compris des bars de musique live) et de boutiques.

Allée de stationnement par votre entrée privée pour un chargement pratique. Pas d'escalier, juste un seuil d'un pas. Lit king-size confortable. Le café Keurig et une bonne taille-frigidaire garnie de boissons froides. Chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, parasols disponibles pour les clients.

Delightful room in a quiet neighborhood

Spacious bedroom attached to a private home, with private entry. Access to pool 9 to 9. Clean and very comfortable. Good communication with host about entry and where to park. Delightfully decorated, with good instructions about using utilities is the perfect place for me to stay, close to friends and the beach. Would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting family nearby. Convenient location, nice neighborhood, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend

Fantastic

My husband and I so enjoyed the privacy of this place. The pool was very clean and well kept. Cooking options were very limited for an extended stay but overall we loved our stay. Property owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again

Nice Getaway

Very nice neighborhood. Private pool was great to relax and enjoy. Helen promptly answered any questions I texted or emailed her. Bed was very comfortable and can control temperature in room with remote for air conditioning.

Great Find! Comfy, private.

We are so glad we found this listing! The room is private, comfortable, every little detail has been taken into account. Coffee maker, pool towels, sunscreen, little things like silverware and a few dishes, dish soap, hair dryer, etc. It was quiet, clean, Helen was accommodating and helpful. We'll stay again for sure.

Great host and clean place

We were a bit surprised/confused when we pulled up and noticed we were staying in a room built on to the main house but once we got checked in and settled, we were reassured that we have our "own space" and privacy wouldn't be an issue. In fact, due to our crazy flight schedules we didn't see the owners at all BUT they were very responsive whenever we reached out to them and Helen was such a great host from beginning to end! The room and bathroom were nice and clean, the towels and bedding were fluffy and soft. This was a perfect place for my husband and I to spend the week in the Clearwater area! I LOVED being able to soak in the pool everyday by ourselves. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to relax and enjoy!

Amazing stay

My fiancé and I came here for business. Everything was super easy, nice and clean, and quiet! Helen was great with communication and even recommended things to do within the area! Would definitely stay again. Was perfect for us!

Amazing Trip For 2!

My wife and I had an amazing first trip to Tampa. The room was great, located minutes away from the beach, attractions and great food. Helen was quick and extremely helpful when asked. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

I am so happy that we booked our stay with this host. The room was so clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and it is located in a very nice and quiet area. All of the little extras that are provided by the host make this location exceptional. We were really close to the beach and any shops that we needed. Helen leaves very detailed instructions and made some excellent food recommendations as well. We will definitely be staying here again as long as it is available. Thank you for helping make our vacation even better.

Great room with lots of amenities

Helen was an awesome host. The king bed was super comfortable. She had lots of extra amenities that was not required, but she loves to go above and beyond.

Nice studio room, with basic amenities. Note that no cooking is allowed - microwave only. Stay was unfortunately messed up by covid19 measures; beach closure, etc.

Fantastic Vacation

Spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. The place was clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. Was very quiet and was great having the pool to myself. Helen is a gracious hostess and will definitely make a return trip.

2week stay

Had a marvelous 2 week stay here. The place was very neat and clean, and we had everything we needed, including a beautiful swimming pool to relax by. The location was perfect — close to stores, restaurants, and the beaches. Our hostess Helen was very thoughtful ,seeing to our every need .We’ll definitely be back again.
