Located along the beautiful beaches of Redington Beach in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. This small, very well kept complex provides everything you need for a quiet, budget-friendly getaway. Enjoy the many shops and restaurants in Redington Beach, or take a short trolley ride south to Johns Pass Village in Madeira Beach or north to Indian Rocks Beach and all the way up to Clearwater. Enjoy the large, well maintained city park directly next door with playground, exercise equipment, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a picnic/BBQ area.

The pool was fine, however, many of the chairs were broken, so I’m not sure why they’re even out there the seating area inside the pool fence is extremely small so only a few people can sit there.”room was newly renovated so very cute, but the bathroom was very small .the room was missing blinds on the back window and on the front window the drapes were see-through and being in studio people could see us sleeping the room was missing the beach chairs and missing the pots to cook with. There were beach towels to use in the room however two of them had many stains on them so we didn’t use them .when I texted the management company. They were very responsive and took care of things right away. We did have two toilet issues during the stay and they had to send plumbers out and we couldn’t be in our room. The access to the beach was great

We had a great stay. It was quiet, clean, the host was always available if needed. The unit had everything we needed for just my husband and I. We would recommend this location for any couples getaway!

Location!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I, centrally located to all the areas and easily accessible via trolley. Beach walk was less than 3 minutes and the beach itself is BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely be back to stay here again!!

Anniversary weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has a new furniture! Very clean sheets and comforter. Plenty of clean towels. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Just a couple of minutes to the beach. Pool in courtyard was warm and plenty of tables and chairs. Check in was completely painless. Awesome weekend! 5 Stars

We enjoyed our stay. We suggest that the room could use a larger refrigerator especially one that has a bigger freezer. A kleenex box would be good and a more comfortable table and chairs for outside. Also better lighting in the bathroom would b nice and maybe underneath the kitchen cabinet. Thank you.

Overall the stay was great, room was ok for us nothing fancy. Could use blinds instead of cheap curtain that blocks a/c air flow. Freezer door was cracked open when we arrived so the refrigerator didn't work first night had to shut it off to thaw out. Then it worked fine. The A/C shut down twice during the day & was giving a code. Reset breaker & it restarted something is going on with it. Great pool & patio area, short walk to awesome beach nice restaurant 1 block away. Would we stay again absolutely plan on it next year.

Not good at all!

The positive is the location was great. Right across the street from the beautiful beach. The courtyard and pool were very nice. The issue was the unit itself. We stay at a lot of vacation rental homes/condos and this was by far the worst. This studio apartment was very dirty. The curtains were dirty with greasy stains and were not black out curtains so the brightness from the courtyard made it very bright in your room at night. The mattress on the bed was horrible. Past reviews stated this and the owner replied that they checked it out/Resolved the issue, but I believe they did not. The white comforter had a huge stain on it. The stove had two burners and neither worked. I had to make multiple contacts to get this resolved and it was only one burner that they fixed. The dresser in the room had three large old, smelly, dirty decorative pillows that serves no purpose. The dresser drawers smelled of terrible mustiness. When I went to use the pans, plates and silverware, they were greasy and dirty and one of the bowls had hair in it. The flooring around the toilet was rusty and dirty. The blinds on the window and the pictures, lamps in the room had a layer of dust on them. There is no excuse for this. We paid approximately $2000 to stay here and it was not as it was represented in the listing. The owners need to go there and see for themselves. I reached out to the property manager a few times. There was no sincere response. We loved this area, there were lots of places to sightsee but I would wholeheartedly not recommend this listing.

Thank you for your honest feedback. The tile throughout the condo has been professionally cleaned and we have now replaced all the furniture, along with the kitchen counter and stovetop. Small Room, Stained Bedding & No Water for 20+ Hours

Hair on sheets and stains on comforter. Had to sleep with only a top sheet. Room is small. The biggest issue we had is with being without water in the unit for over 20 hours. We noticed around 9:30 PM that the water had been shut off to the entire unit. No running water and couldn't flush toilet. I found out from another guest at the property that the water had been turned off due to a leak in a unit a few doors down. I texted the 24/7 contact number that we had received to tell them that we had no water and we went to sleep. I sent another text just before 7 AM to inform them that we could not use the toilet since we had no water. Around 9/9:30 am I got a call from a maintenance tech with the company we were renting from who was argumentative and informed me that all he could do was contact the property management company. I had to send another text message to request that someone from the management office give me a call. An hour or two later I got a call from Mike who said he was trying to get an ETA from the company fixing the issue but had no response. I informed him that the property had been out of water since the night before. I was upset that it had taken so long for someone to get back to me. Us and other guests staying at the property were taking water out of the pool in order to flush the toilet and spending money at the store to purchase bottled water to eat, drink, and cleanse with. Mike apologized for the situation and offered us a free activity/excursion through Xplorie. We chose to go to the Tampa Zoo the next day. The tickets were free but we still had to spend $80+ round trip to get to the zoo and back. We still did not have water by 5 PM so I had to request Mike to call me back (nobody answers when you call so you have to text and ask for someone to call you back) and had to request that he look into other accommodations. An hour after speaking to Mike he showed up at our door to tell us we could stay at another unit on the other side of the property that had water but we would have to move back to our original unit the next day once water is back on. The new unit was better and we wish we could have stayed there. There was never an offer for any monetary compensation for not being able to shower, use the toilet, or drink water for 20+ hours. I had to request to be called back and moved somewhere else. The management company iTrip fell short of their customer service and it was very disappointing.

Our sincere apologies for the plumbing issues at the building during the stay. It was completely unexpected, and completely out of our control. We did everything we could to help, but we do understand that frustration that something like this can cause. We are happy to report that everything has been resolved, and there will not be any issues for future guests.

Great Little Place

Nice location rights across the street from the beach. Has a nice little pool. We were gone a lot so the room was good for what we needed it for, sleeping and showering.
