We had a great experience renting this property. This was our 2nd time renting this property. Could've had more wash cloths but everything else was on point. Furniture that is already broken needs to be taken away. Thanks for sharing your home again. May see you again next year.
I have stayed in this property for four years now.The house was very not kept up.Dirty carpets etc.The main problem was the refrigerator that was not working the maintenance person tried to fix it numerous times. However, they said that the landlord doesnât want to pay for a new refrigerator so our food got spoiled cost us over $1000 of spoiled food from one of the refrigerators and freezers not working. it isnât fair that you spend so much money for a vacation and then you have to come to a house that the landlord does not service the property appropriately. The air conditioner was also very weak and was not working well during garden tires day. I really believe that I deserve to get a refund and if you want to give my business back again, I think itâs very wise that you take care of me appropriately as thereâs other opportunities for me to go other places if I see that you donât back your product. The house could use some fresh paint, updated carpet/carpet has a lot of stains throughout the house. Broken chair at the pool area, other than that house was good for what our family was looking for. More TV's. Not a lot of towels and washclothes. We had to go buy some., so if you have a large group bring your own.
The overall stay was good. My only concern was the garbage disposal not working properly and causing an odor. We will definitely be booking again. Thanks for sharing your home.
Spotty Bleached Carpet/ Half Cleaned/Towelless/ Nice property but not well kept
Wow where should I begin before I ever arrived a few weeks ago I read a review about the carpet and actually text him through the app and told him I hope I didn't have to experience that same problem...well I did! Not to mention he even sent me a text saying I would have to pay up to a 500 fee for ruining the carpet really sir upon arrival your carpet was awful u got to be kidding me and I'm trying to stay calm while writing! We had no washcloths only the one in the decorations barely enough bath towels and they have the nerves to ask me the guest to wash the towels or be charged $50 with a sign over the washer and dryer thts bs and unsanitary for the next guest so when I saw the sign I almost vomited! Thats the housekeeping job to assure everything is clean and safe for the next guess not the guest so I know definitely know no safe tactics are being followed! I must say its nice but not being well kept nor cleaned properly because of the spider webs and nasty light fixtures among other things. Also alot of missing silverware older pots,pans,coffee maker is definitely not 2020! Beds were all pretty nice but few scratches and water spots on nightstand (buy some coasters) stop looking for a way to charge the next customer for things that they didn't do or aren't responsible for and physically visit the property you are renting out so you can avail in customer service and not I'm money hungry to screw your good customers over also I don't steal so I definitely am not going to be responsible for someone that does and I was raised to treat other peoples belongings the way I treat mine!!! Communication stopped after I sent a few carpet pictures gmail would not upload them all in one email but I have plenty...
It was not good. No communication from the owner. Only talked with me when I was getting the property. Talked with me when I arrived at the property. Would not answer any questions. Didnât give back my cleaning nor deposit payment. Never heard from owner. I took care of the property. So Unprofessional. Erased all our messages from the Vrbo sight. Because didnât want to give back money. Owner said money would be back 7-14. Itâs been 2 weeks and 1 day now. Neighborhood was bad loud music and parties all night . Teenagers walking asking us have we seen Johnny. He owes them money. That is not where I wanted to stay in a area like that. Also people getting upin the middle of the night disturbing us and moving cars making noises. Making alarms go off on vehicles. It was bad for what I paid. Appliances didnât work good at all. Washer and dryer. Carpet was dirty. Front entrance porch had black marks. It need to be pressure cleaned. Didnât want you to walk on carpet. It should have been a better property. Bad business with this owner. Read your messages and never even acknowledge any thing nor return my phone calls as well. This is not the owner to do business with. I will never rent another property there.
