Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 26 personnes, cette villa de vacances de 2 étages propose 10 chambres dont 2 chambres à thème pour les plus jeunes de la famille où elles sont transcendées en une expérience immersive inoubliable.

Les divertissements à l'extérieur des parcs à thème sont infinis avec cette maison offrant un home cinéma, une salle de jeux et un loft de divertissement pour des heures de compétition amusante et amicale.
Le patio extérieur dispose d'une piscine privée et d'un spa à débordement, parfait pour les chaudes journées d'été de la Floride.

La station fermée de Solterra dispose d'un club-house avec une piscine de style resort à entrée zéro, des cabanes au bord de la piscine, un toboggan, une rivière paresseuse et un bar et un grill au bord de la piscine. La communauté propose un café, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, une aire de jeux pour enfants, des terrains de volley-ball et de tennis, un terrain de football et un sentier pédestre. Ce complexe est situé dans un emplacement privilégié au centre de la Floride, à moins de 15 minutes en voiture de Walt Disney World et d'autres attractions locales.

The house was great. Very adult and older teenager friendly but at the same time, young children will enjoy. Turning the garage into a theater room was a great idea. A lot of game options.

Memorable trip

Great holiday!

Just stayed here for thanksgiving week with my family. We had a big group of about 8-10 adults. Everything was nice very clean, we used every room there. Villatel answered all of my questions quickly.

Celebrating my 50th birthday and this place was great. Only a few minor issues, the owner was prompt in getting back with me. Everything didn't get taken care of but the effort was on point. Most definitely will rent again.

Fun for kids and family!

This house was fantastic for our family. We had enough space for all of the adults to have privacy but for the family to be together for entertainment and meals. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the theater room because it smelled horrible. The management company was responsive, but the smell never really went away. The pool was awesome and worth the cost of heating it during December. The kids loved the game room the best!

My vacation November 28 to December 5 experience

The house wasn’t exactly like the picture there were holes in the wall there were spots whatever was plaster but never repaint it the white walls would dirty need to be repaint it there was quite a few things that was wrong with the place splits holes marksBut we made the best of it and had a really good time it could be a great property if they fix those things management was wonderful every time I called very helpful

Massive crowds/No Parking

This home is huge, needs more pots and pans to cook, kids cups and plates, pool too crowded with laundry chairs and foosball table. Too many WHITE linens. Most of all NO parking for our extra guests and family. How can a huge house, like all were, fit only 2 cars?

Thank you for your honest review and feedback Yvette! We do provide enough pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, etc. for up to 26 people. We provide additional lounge chairs and the foosball table so that guests can not only enjoy the private pool/spa, but have some fun while on the patio too! We'll make a note of the white sheets. We kept them similar to hotel sheets and many guests seem to enjoy how crisp and smooth they are when sleeping. While we can't change the resort parking requirements, we are glad that they offer free parking passes and people can utilize the guests' parking spots throughout the resort. We're not sure about any massive crowds during your stay, but this home is located in the Solterra Resort, which is very popular amongst families in the area! :)

The house, pool, bedrooms and living space are great… but somethings were a pain. Not having both washing machines for 25 was a bummer, I would look into having your one dryer serviced (downstairs takes forever to dry). The oven takes forever to make one pizza, might be something to have serviced as well, this was a pain for most food as well. Neither fridges make ice so we always had to stop and get ice. On the first night we grocery stopped in hopes of not leaving the house for the first few days, but we quickly found no frying pans, baking pans or a broom/way to clean the floors so we had to go back out (we did purchase and left). In 13 years of big rentals we have never seen this. But I will say this house provides a ton of glasses, silverware, plates and cups so that was great. Our hot tub was acting up and they serviced super quick, we appreciated this. One thing - parking is a pain, very hard to find spots and many cars without passes - we did have a car that was towed (they got in super late on the first night and could not find parking) and on morning walks we saw many cars who were parked illegally - and were not towed….which seems they do not enforce for some. Obviously not the managements fault tho!! ;)

The house was superb but in need of a great refreshment. Both kids and adults loved it. Experience to renew without worry.

The property was great

The property was great for our group of 23. 13 kids and 10 adults, there was plenty of room for us all. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool. We had some minor issues during our stay, but made a phone call to get them resolved. Only one we couldn't seem to resolve was the protector in the theater room. Parking was tight, but overall it was great for the kids, and that's all we wanted was for our grandkids to have a great time.

Pretty but Needs some TLC

The property is a great size and wonderful amenities however the house has had some wear and tear and really needs some TLC. When we checked in the movie room and the pool were not operable. The pool was green and the movie room projector was not working. The property management company was very responsive with the movie room however the pool was not fixed until 3 days into our 6 day stay. Small things like handles and door knobs were loose and stains on the carpet. Overall we enjoyed ourselves because we were all together. The house was a great space for us all to hang out and have individual space

We’re happy to inform you that we’ve recently hired our own Villatel management team, which includes new maintenance, new housekeeping, and a new pool company who will focus solely on our homes. This will help cut back on the inconsistencies that occurred in the home during your stay. We are happy that nonetheless, you enjoyed your stay, and we hope you decide to give us another try now that we fully manage our homes independently!
