Wonderful place to stay short walk to Poipu park to swim in the ocean and also nice pools to enjoy.

Great Family Vacation

The property was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our family. The grounds were beautiful and provided a nice walk to the beach. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

So close to the ocean

This was an amazing place to stay. Family loved it. We saw turtles every evening they come out in droves to rest at the beach just 5mins walk from this location..Will definetly stay again with them when I come back to visit.

As advertised!

This unit has been well maintained and comes as advertised online. Its location met our needs well, quite central to all parts of the island. While there is no central air conditioning the ceiling fans met our needs ( there are multiple portable fans provided and an air conditioner in the bedroom ). My only suggestions would be replacing the lanai chairs as they are well past due; and it would be great to have face cloths; and a dish cloth or sponge available to wipe the kitchen counter:) Small things but it would be helpful.

I will have our property manager look into the lanai chairs and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our homes typically include these items inside. Face cloths are usually found in the bathroom, with an extra set in the closet. Dish cloths are normally located next to the stove along with pot holders and a cutting board. The sponge is unique and flat, taking full form when water is absorbed, creating a full-size sponge for dishes. Your feedback on your experience is highly valued and helps us improve our services for future guests. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you back to paradise once more. 🌴🌺

Great even in the chaos!

We were one of the few last guests before the island was locked down to visitors. Despite the fact that things seemed to be crazy all around us, the property seemed to be running as well as it would typically. The management staff was great about conveying what was happening around us and helped us with flexibility on check out even though we ended up leaving early and not late. The condo was great, clean and spacious, which is what we needed with two kids. I am looking forward to coming back as soon as possible and hope we can stay here again. Thank you!!!

Anniversary getaway

The Condo is roomy and the management company made the process easy. This unit only has a free standing AC unit in the bedroom which leaked water on the carpet. The living area was HOT and very uncomfortable the entire stay. Outside the bedroom window there are two work areas for some type of construction, which took away from the quiet/aesthetics. Also, the partial ocean view in the listing must have been taken with a zoom camera as there was very little ocean view. I felt this unit was overpriced given the above issues.

Beautiful view and unit , but could use AC

We loved the unit, it was nicely decorated and it had a bit of a view of the ocean which we enjoyed very much. We very much appreciated the extra AC unit in the bedroom, because the unit got very hot otherwise. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s on the top floor or because it’s kinda south facing, but it was almost unbearable hot and stifling in the afternoon. There are extra fans provided and we kept them running in every direction 24/7. The only other complaint would be the very small amounts of staples provided by Suite Paradise. It’s fine if you’re there a week, but if longer you’ll have to buy more paper towels, dish soap, and TP - all which are quite expensive. One roll of paper towels at Big Save was $8! I’ve stayed in other units listed on VRBO and many owners provide additional supplies.

A beautiful time in Kauai!

Our first time to Kauai and it was nothing short of incredible. The check-in staff was accommodating and friendly, especially to my 4-year-old daughter. Check-in was a breeze. The condo itself was great. It had everything we needed for our stay; from dishes to linens. Everything was clean and made us feel right at home for our trip. The only downfall was there was no central AC, but there is an AC in the room which worked perfectly. If you open up the windows right, you can get the cross-breeze which cools the rest of the house down. The home came equipped with two TVs, although we only used the one in the living room, which was a smart TV. The real showstopper was the view from the lanai. Ocean views in the distance and the beautiful view of the garden/landscape. The grounds were super quiet and everyone was very friendly. We only attended one pool behind the Suite Paradise building, which was perfect for my daughter. There was always a lounge chair available. The beach was only a 5-minute walk through the lush grounds-- everything about this stay was tranquil. 10/10, I would stay here again.

The best thing about the property is its location -- walking distance to the beach and close to Koloa restaurants and shops. The condo worked well for me and my son in terms of layout and amenities. However, it is important to know that there are two flights of stairs to the unit so it is not good for people who cannot navigate lots of stairs. Also, the bulk of the condo is not air conditioned and, even with fans, was VERY hot during the day. Even with the AC unit, the master bedroom was not very cool and the bathroom -- with no windows and cut off from the fans and AC -- was extremely hot. For example, I was unable to put on makeup in the room because my face was too sweaty. We enjoyed our stay, but these are important things for renters to know.

Perfect Place & Location!

I was on my honeymoon and this VRBO was the perfect location for the beach, activities, and athletic club. We really enjoyed having the kitchen so we could make some meals in and the fact that there was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in was such an appreciated gesture. We highly recommend staying here!
