Regency at Poipu Kai 114 is an air conditioned, ground floor suite located just steps to the pool. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite is great families and walking distance to the beach. This stunning condo has been upgraded throughout and is one of the few air-conditioned suites at the resort.

Located within walking distance to Poipu Beach, and minutes from two world class golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jr., the location of Regency at Poipu Kai 114 is ideal. Enjoy swimming pools, hot tubs, and community BBQ locations. These spacious and upscale condominiums are part of the Poipu Kai Resort that offers access to additional amenities to all in the Poipu Kai community.

The greenbelt passes through lawns and gardens, past the BBQ pits and picnic tables, while offering magnificent ocean views. Nice place.

The property is nice. Within walking distance to the beach, if beaching it is what you like. It is a fair distance from Lihue for any sight-seeing there or a good store for groceries. The condo was spacious and set up well. My only complaint is that the lanai overlooks the parking lot, and because it is on the first floor, not very private.

This location was great. The open floor plan, big kitchen and 2 bathrooms was perfect for my families stay. It’s also super close to the beach and other little shops.

Comfortable and conveniently located

Our family stayed here for our first visit to Kauai. It was a great place to stay with Al the amenities we needed. Ghe property is located near many shops and restaurants and it’s a 5 minute and very beautiful walk to the beach. communication with the property owner was easy and they were very responsive.

Wow! What a beach place.

As advertised. Walking distance to the beach, gorgeous hikes and scenery, restaurants and bars. Very well appointed, comfortable, and lovely. Hope to come back.

Great place

We moved to this unit after staying in two larger units with our kids and grandkids. This was just perfect for two-four people. Easy walk to the beachs on the greenway. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls' Trip 2024!

Beginning in 2012, my friend & I have gone to Kauai every year for a "girls' trip." Leaving our husbands at home, we visit Kauai to hike some of Kauai's numerous and beautiful trails. This condo definitely rates as our favorite condo of all our visits. It was very clean, check-in and out were a breeze, the central AC worked great and the location is central to whatever activities you choose to participate in. We highly recommend it!!

Poipu getaway

Spacious, modern condo in conveient, beautiful location. Condo complex was also beautiful and safe. We really appreciated the reserved parking right by the entrance. We only were 3 people, but you could very comfortably have 5 or 6 and still not feel crowded. Very nice stay!

Wonderful location, comfortable property!

Comfortable, well-equipped condo with easy check-in. Good location, easily accessible to the beach, stores and restaurants. We appreciated the new towels and sheets as well as the pool/beach towels, plentiful hangers and the provided coffee! The condo had a musty smell, perhaps because the A/C wasn't up to par. The beds are on the firm side and the bathrooms are in need of upgrade. Overall we loved Kauai, the Poipu area, and had a wonderful stay.

Bed room.

The stay was nice and the house bery beautiful. We have little bit time to find the room. We couldn't find the parking pass and we got a warning ticket. We Probably need more better direction for next time. Over all Everything was good, but for futures recommendations maybe the beds needs a better mattress. Thank you !

A Wonderful Getaway!

We had a great time at your place! It was beautifully decorated, clean and close to so many attractions. We loved the walking paths through the resort that lead us right down to Poipu Beach. It was so nice to be that close and not have to drive to get to a beach. The toys for our daughter were a bonus. The lack of air conditioning made it quite hot especially during the day but with the fans and the extra fans in the house, that helped a lot. The lanai was a great place to enjoy our meals and relax. We would stay here again!! Thank you!

Perfect Poipu Location

We had an amazing stay at Emma & David's condo. It was clean, organized and quiet. The condo is stocked with everything from beach supplies to scooters and books. The condo was actually much larger than we anticipated, which made it a perfect size for four adults. The location was amazing as it was a short walk to the beach and easy driving location to everything in Poipu and Koloa. The property management company was excellent as well providing us with all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay. Overall, incredibly happy with our time there and would definitely recommend!

Good and Bad

Good - The unit was spacious and quiet with convenient parking and easy access to main road. Towels, beach chairs and other amenities were plentiful. No roaches or other pests were observed inside unit. Trash disposal close by. AC worked fine. Bad - Patio faced the parking lot and street; no privacy. King bed in the master sagged badly in the middle. Clothes washer was filthy; rubber door seal full of hair and slimy mildew. Refrigerator water dispenser leaked. Key fob for access to pool was missing.

Perfect place for a family vacation!

We had a fantastic time at regency 114. The property itself is great with modern furnishings and great shutters and fans (ceiling and portable) to keep things comfortable even without a/c. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 3 year old, 10 month old) stayed for 2 weeks. This was our 7th trip to Kauai so we are familiar with the island. The location of this rental is perfect - pools on site and a short walk down a manicured path to Poipu beach park which is very kid friendly. The owners of this unit are very responsive and accommodating - this went a long way to ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay! The pool toys and big bin of logo were perfect for our kids to play with. I highly recommend this unit!

Perfect spot for 4 people

The location of the unit is very convenient to many things, chief among them being about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Having an assigned parking spot right in front of the unit was perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. The community's pool and gas grills are also nearby. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and the air conditioners were running so that it was cool inside. The mini-split system really does a fine job keeping things comfortable. As others have noted, the bathrooms are a bit dated, but they were clean. Showers had good water pressure and the water was hot. Check in and check out procedures were among the easiest I've had at any rental property I've stayed at. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful condo great for family of 4

We had such a wonderful experience here. The condo was well decorated, fully stocked and super comfortable for our family of 4. We were able to walk to the lovely Poipu beach every morning and enjoyed the 2 pools in the afternoons with the kids. Every afternoon we enjoyed snacks or a cocktail on the lanai while the kids rested after a fun day in the sun. Details like a small stash of toys for the kids, snorkel gear and full cable to watch the Warriors games were a few added perks that we didn't expect. The owners were really attentive when we had a question about the property while staying there. They also provided us with a very thorough list of things to do while on the island including restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and things to do with the kids. Overall, an amazing stay and we would certainly return.

Pretty Good Property

The property seemed nicer online than in person, but not by much. The condo was spotless which I much appreciated. Complaints were that there was only salt and pepper in the kitchen no other spices to cook with. Only 1 kitchen towel and only 2 regular spoons. The lanai was facing the parking lot so we didn't use it as much as we would if it had been more private. The guests up stairs were very noisy early in the am as well as late into the eve. Other than that the condo is in a great spot, the pool is nice and the area is clean and feels very safe.

Beautiful spacious condo. Perfect Location

This was our 4th trip to poipu and poipu kai. This was by far the best condo we stayed at. It is very spacious,love the open layout of the kitchen,dining and living areas. The kitchen had everything you need and then some to cook meals(of course we still had to dine out with the local fresh fish choices)The pool is very close with 2 weber gas grills to cook on as well. Bedrooms are very nice with a ton of room to unpack your suitcase.Love sitting on the lanai in the afternoon staring at the mountains and watching people walk by.Plenty on dining and shopping optional with local flavor ( No franchises) we get plenty of that in Chicago.Kalapaki Joes great place to watch sports and have a happy hour drink is 5 minute walk. Great golf courses within a short drive. This will be my first option on next trip We truly loved this property Thank You Pat, Kriss and Jaclyn

Lovely stay at this family friendly condo!

This was the perfect place to stay on our family vacation! We traveled with our 3.5 year old and 10month old and we all loved the condo. This was our 7th trip to Poipu and this was probably the best condo we have stayed at. Would definitely stay again! The unit was well appointed, with modern furnishings and all the "extras" we could hope for (pool / beach toys, Legos for our kids to play with, coolers, etc). We enjoyed the full dining set on the lanai each day (and the beautiful view!). It is a short walk along a path to Poipu beach park and we visited the condo's pools daily. Although the condo does not have a/c we found it very comfortable - we closed the shutters during the day when the sun was strongest and the ceiling fans and other fans were more than sufficient to keep us comfortable in the condo. The owners are very responsive and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to return again!

Great location ! Clean and great for families

The property is in a great location. We were able to walk with our gear and 3 kids under 12 to Poipu Beach in 10 min. We saw turtles and seals at Poipu Beach everyday. The beach is great for all ages. With the reef set back kids can enjoy swimming without worrying about the surf. Great snorkelling as well. The swimming pools we had access to were never busy. Warning water isn’t heated. This didn’t bother the kids tho. One pool is really close and there other one is a short 5 min walk or less. The condo is equipped with beach chairs and toys. The kids enjoyed the books and duplo in the condo as well as the American tv channels they don’t get at home :) The condo is updated and clean. Even tho the living room faces the parking lot and road it isn’t noisy. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes , pots and pans etc. Beach towels were proved for use as well as hand soap and bath soaps. I would recommend this condo to others.

Modern clean condo close to pool and beach

We vacationed here with our 4 year-old son and loved it. The condo was clean, modern and comfortable, with plenty of room for us to spread out. The duplos, toys, puzzles, kid books, and beach toys were incredibly appreciated. It was so nice to not have to pack toys or buy beach stuff once we got there. We loved the shallow area of Poipu beach. Perfect for families with small children. We used the pool everyday, too, and met some other nice guests there. Great having the gas grill right at the pool for cooking dinners. It was very hot, so we closed everything up during the day and opened it up at night, but we still couldn't get it comfortably cool. There are ceiling fans in each room plus 2 oscillating fans, which help, but it was tough for us to get to sleep at night. I would pick a cooler time of the year for our next visit. We made the best of it, staying out during the days and using the lanai in the evenings, though, so this is a very minor critique. This is a great condo in a perfect location on an amazingly beautiful island. We'll definitely be back.
