High quality apartment taken care of by an attentive owner.
I guaranty a well maintained and clean apartment with no bad surprise upon arrival.
The apartment is located right in the very centre of Paris, within two minutes walk of the beautiful River Seine and in a charming side street of the Saint-Germain-des-Pres area, Paris, most sought after neighborhood. The rue Mazarine where the apartment is located is so attractive, with lots of art galleries, restaurants and cafés. Buci street is at 50 meters.The apartment set back from the street, so no noise whatsoever inside. Walking distance to everything.
There is an illimited phone connection and WIFI. The apartment is equipped with a mobile air conditioner.
The flat is at the 2nd floor with no lift.

Apartment was well located, right in center of St Germain des Pres. Easy access to all major must sees. The only negative was the three flights of stairs up to the apartment. Not recommended for the elderly.

The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator), with landings on each floor. The stairs are not difficult at all, but they might be a problem for some people, which is why this is clearly stated in the listing. The Saint-Germain-des-Prés district is the most sought-after area of ​​Paris because it is the most vibrant, but also because it is historic and listed, which gives it its charm. Most buildings in the district do not have elevators.

Great find!

The safe location of this clean and comfortable apartment was excellent; close to metro/RER, sites, bakeries, and grocery stores. Nice bathroom with great shower and a comfortable bed and sofa bed. We appreciated the early check-in and instructions left in a binder. Francoise even had a new A/C unit delivered on our first day there which was great timing given that the weather in Paris was hotter than usual. We would stay here again!

Love Paris

This was our first time staying in the Saint Germain area and it won’t be the last. Our little apart was very cute and had all amenities, a great bathroom with a great shower and a comfortable bed. Just outside our door was everything we could ask for. Can’t wait to return.

Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations.

This cosy apartment is situated in a very nice quarter of Paris - everything you might need is just around the corner. We felt very comfortable with everything being so tasteful, spotless clean and in perfect condition. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again.

Comfortable apartment in great location

The apartment was perfect for us. Right in the heart of St Germain. Bed was super comfortable and shower was one of the best anywhere. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as our five nights in Paris were part of a longer trip so we could wash everything. BUT allow lots of time as a full wash takes 3.5 hours!

Very comfortable and updated one bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood. Within walking distance to Notre Dame and museums. Tons of dining options and a Carreford grocery within 5 minutes. You will come off the street into the courtyard and go up two flights of stairs to the apartment. Stairwell can be dark so be careful. The ramen noodles restaurant immediately next door is very popular but it wasn’t noisy. We used Uber quite a bit and never had an issue with pick up. We felt very safe in the apt and the neighborhood. Go book it and enjoy.

The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We would definitely stay again. It was very comfortable, especially the pull out sofa. It was very clean. Just make sure you know where the light switch is in the courtyard because one of us tripped and fell because we couldn’t see the threshold between the gravel and the tile in the dark.

Wonderful Paris

An authentic small apartment. Outstanding location close to the Seine and all facilities. Old apartments do have their quirks, uneven floors, occasionally noisy neighbours and a tiny tv. However you'll forgive the quirks to be in such an attractive neighbourhood.

Amazing location and Quiet

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Perfect location easy walk to all tourist destinations. Wonderful restaurants all around you. My kids ages 11 & 14 had no problem sharing the comfortable pull out couch in the living room. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. Apartment has many windows but still very private. Highly recommend to others and we’ll be back.

Birthday in Paris

The owner was super helpful and allowed us to safely store our luggage in the apartment since our flight had us there at 7am. The beds were not made when we came into the apartment that afternoon but otherwise, the place was quaint and in a perfect location. The manager and Rolly was very helpful if we ever needed any questions answered. There was some excellent suggestions from the owner with regard to eating and visiting. We enjoyed our stay in Paris!

I LOVE Saint-Germain, I wanted to live nowhere else but here. The rue Mazarine where the apart is located is so charming, with lots of art galleries, restaurants and cafés. The atmosphere of this very epicenter of the St Germain area is unique.

The apartment has all the comfort you might expect with queen sized bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room, for 2 extra guests. It's quiet and bright. It's fully equipped with dishwasher, washing and dryer machines and a mobile air conditioner.
