2ème étage, superbement décoré, Starboard Village 3 chambres pour 10 personnes, avec le roi en maître, 2 doubles dans la 2ème chambre, doubles dans la 3ème chambre et canapé-lit dans le salon. Profitez de votre café du matin ou de votre boisson de l'après-midi sur le grand balcon, offrant une belle vue partielle sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique. Promenade en dune pratique sur la plage située juste à côté du condo. À la fin d'une journée ensoleillée sur la plage, une télévision à écran plat est à la disposition de tous. Le condo a deux garages de 2 voitures - 2 voitures peuvent se garer bout à bout dans chacun! De plus, un parking est disponible dans la rue. Piscine face au golfe. Paradise Beach Homes loue également un 2 chambres directement au-dessus d'une remise spéciale pour plusieurs familles louant les deux!

Super clean and excellent location

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and located just far enough from the boardwalk that the beach isn’t overcrowded, but a very short drive to all attractions on the boardwalk. The condo was fully stocked with all appliances to feel right at home. The only complaint is the bathroom fans are very loud and won’t turn off while the light is on.

Spacious and clean accommodations with all amenities needed for a carefree vacation experience. Fantastic condo to make great family memories. The face that each bedroom has its own private bath makes this condo one of the best for families. Only recommendation would be to put new mattress on king size bed.

Amazing place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our first trip to Florida. The house was amazing and we loved being right on the beach, close to resturants and other places to visit. We can't wait for our next trip!

A week away from work

When we book this rental never been to Pensacola Love the rental the bedroom,clean, bright nice kitchen to cook in.we only cook breakfast.Nice setting area.The Gulf of America was less then 3 minutes walk to sand and wave.we had red flag days (2) but the rest of the we had yellow flags nice swimming,fishing.Night life was good service at restaurants good food.Seeing the blue Angels,navy museums Fort Pickens,sunset Cruise, pier fishing. Short drive to Alabama to see the USS Alabama museum,4 hr fish charter.there a lot to do just not enough time. Every night is a photo op for sunset. Looking forward to the next time we can return to Pensacola Florida.

Spring Break

Our stay was perfect! Very convenient to the beach. The beach front was gorgeous! Our condo was charming, clean, and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. We love Pensacola Beach and will return!

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this condo for a week for an all-adult family vacation. Condo was in very good condition. A plus was the three full baths and a parking garage on the first level. Could barely fit two cars in but good to keep them out of the hot sun. Condo is on the beach with one public and two private walkways to get there. A nice pool to relax by. A State Park next door and the best restaurant in town within walking distance. Paradise Homes was very professional and friendly. They addressed an AC failure problem immediately to everyone's relief.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You get there and the garage code works, the door code works, the tv works, the internet works, the place is clean, clean, clean. It’s so relaxing to have everything work the way you want it to. Ceiling fans were clean, floors were clean, windows and window sills were clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bbq grill was cleaner than mine at home.

Family Fun!

We hadn’t been to Pensacola Beach for three years and this condo made our return trip quite enjoyable! The easy access to the beach and communication with property manager were two things that stood out.

A Clan Gathering

Spouse, children and spouses and Grands all had a wonderful time. Beach, pool and nice condo. Ghost crab hunting every night. Have been doing it here in the same condo complex since they were built in early 80s.

Girls trip

Overall great condo. Very clean with everything we needed. Refrigerator doesn’t have ice maker which is inconvenient but not too big of a deal. Location is great. Only suggestion would be to give a code to the door so we wouldn’t have to pick up and drop off keys. I’m assuming that process is to verify that whoever is renting is actually the ones staying.

Graduation week

It was a nice condo, but pictures were a little deceiving thought we would have a total view of the ocean from our deck and it ended up you can see a corner of it. And the garage smelled like mildew. The area was nice and quiet easy to get everywhere we needed to go.

Only negative is location on 2nd row of buildings, so very limited view of the water. Paradise Homes is great. At one point locked ourselves out and they sent a spare key to us within 10 minutes!
