2025 Easter family trip

The unit was beautiful! We were a group of 8, with plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a fabulous Easter lunch! We hope to be back next year!!

Beautiful home, perfect beach access

House was wonderful, everything well stocked, and newly updated. The two best parts were 1)the basement garage with all its amazing toys and activities (ping pong, darts, corn hole, extra fridge, fan, beach toys and gear and chairs and SPACE for energetic kids to play) and 2)the access out the back patio to the beach walkway. Highly recommend

Paradise made it easy to book, rental was clean and ready to go earlier than expected, and no issues with the rental! Only suggestion would be to put TVs in the bedrooms and a fan in the bunk room.

It’s pretty much right on the beach, and there is even chairs and a wagon to make it easier getting things back and forth to the beach. The garage is also a great place to hang out with the family because it is equipped with tv, ping pong table, and corn hole boards. Overall there is plenty of things to do while staying in the townhome, and it is in a great location for the beach with multiple restaurants nearby.

The condo description was just as described and looked just like the pictures. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The location of the condo to the beach was perfect as well, just a short little walk out the back door. This was our 1st time coming to Pensacola and renting with Paradise Beach Homes but we will for sure be back next year!

Paradise Homes was very responsive when cable didn't work and fixed the issue. Only negatives were beach chairs provided get a grade of F-. Cable guide did not match channel selection and was analog - not good if you're a football fan in season. If owner invests in better beach amenities, I would grade this an A level property.

Our Stay at Seastone1722

The accommodations were terrific. The owners were very mindful in stocking the house. The kitchen was equipped with a sharp knife set, 2 excellent working blenders, an abundance of plates, cups and utensils,Tupperware, pots, pans, baking dishes and cookie sheets. Preparing dinner was so easy especially with a high quality gas grill that was in great condition. They even provide grill tools. The unit came with a nice beach wagon, beach chairs (although we prefer our own) and a variety of kids sand toys. We donated to the pile. Another great feature was the man cave in the garage. Perfect for hanging out during rain or in the evenings. We played darts and ping pong while watching the NBA games on the tv down there. Even comes with a second refrigerator in the garage. The best view is from the primary bedroom on the second floor but the main level deck set up is really nice and we hung out there a lot. The walk to the beach is maybe 400 steps. So close. The back gate makes for an easy exit and entrance and comes equipped with a hose to rinse off. Other items worth mentioning. Wi-Fi was good, coffee maker was the kind that makes a pot of coffee. Former guests would leave their extra filters so check the cabinet before buying any. The A/C worked well and there was always hot water. They also installed blackout curtains which was really nice for sleeping or taking a day time nap. We did not want for anything which made it for such a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the time in Pensacola over New Year's! Calle Bonita 1722 was beautifully decorated and super close to the beach! There was plenty of room for the ten of us to hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. Our granddog enjoyed the fun as well! We really have just three small concerns. We were wondering if a kitchen sink disposal could be installed and if kitchen hand towels could be provided. Also, we think the temperature of the hot water heater needs to be increased a couple of notches, as the temperatures of baths and showers did not seem very hot. Calle Bonita 1722 has a hidden surprise: the gigantic garage!!!! We had one rainy day. However, that did not stop the fun! The garage has a ping pong table set up at the back of it, and it also has a corn hole set up that we took to the beach. However, on the rainy day, we played ping pong and corn hole in the garage. We also set up our personal bottle bash game in the garage using buckets of sand to hold the posts. Even the rainy day became a fun beach game challenge day!

Sand is the new Snow

Wonderful townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent a memorable Thanksgiving week at Calle Bonita. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, kitchen gadgets and dish ware. The townhouse has several flights of stairs (garage to main level, and more stairs up to 2 of the bedrooms) which may impact those with mobility issues. Beds were comfortable and there are thermostats to control the main level and upstairs level. It was very close to the beach-and you can see the ocean from both balconies. It is also situated in a quiet area which we liked. Table tennis was a hit and we loved playing several games. The only suggestion I would make is to have some ottomans in the living room to put your feet up. Otherwise, it was a great rental and we would stay there again!

Rental Without A View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The beach was beautiful, with easy access and delicious local restaurant food. The area seemed safe. The townhouse was nicely decorated and provided a great floor plan. Working with the Paradise Beach Homes Office was great! Cons: We had noisy young adult renters to the left who arrived all night, talked and argued outside, played music, and consistently hit the walls. The description indicated Gulf View, which it is not. The Gulf View is the roof of a house unless you go to the master's suite for a slight view. The Boardwalk was a disappointment with shops closed. All shopping is in Gulf Breeze, including groceries.

Wonderful

We were very impressed with this condo. Everything well thout out. A very, very short walk to the beach. The view isn't great but the condo is on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful family reunion. We really enjoyed our stay!
