Saint-Germain Chic One Bedroom

The apartment has one bedroom (with a king bed) and its own private bathroom, combining beautiful original features with modern comforts. The fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating. The open kitchen has a dining table and chairs for up to 4 people, perfect for dinner parties or family gatherings. In addition, you will find a cozy sofa in the living room where you will be able to enjoy relaxing moments after days of walking and sightseeing.

The bathroom has been designed and finished to the best standards, with carefully chosen faucets and nice tiles. It has a large bathtub with an enclosed American shower above, and its WC located separately (ideal if you have extra guests). We also supply white fluffy towels, liquid soap, and a hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable, WIFI, and a phone for local and international calls. To ensure your comfort, the apartment also has central heating.

MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.

Great location, friendly host, comfortable bed

Lovely stay at a great location. Newly updated bathroom, comfortable bed, nice kitchen.and friendly and available host. Only thought is sitting area could be updated with a more comfortable couch, chair and rug.

Comfort and Convenience

This apartment lived up to its promise, offering a comfortable place to stay in a lovely Paris quartier, a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of museums, shops and restaurants. We were there during a series of transit strikes which practically immobilized the city, but the location enables us to do everything we wanted to do on foot. We had a few questions about the space but it was relatively easy to connect with our contact by text, and all our questions were answered. A very pleasnat stay.
