Good location & great view from balcony

The location and complex is great. We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed the pool. We had problems with unlocking the door to the condo and the process to get help was not easy. It took over an hour to finally get into condo.The elevator to get to the 3rd floor was not working and the property manager never called back to let us know when it would be fixed.

Family time

Office to pick up parking pass was not open. The sofas need to be repaced, the batteries on the automatic lock went dead, the refrigerator water dispenser didn't work and there was black substance coming out of it.

Beautiful place, but Milton!

We were scheduled to be at this beautiful location for 5 days. The 2 days we were here we LOVED IT. However, hurricane Milton had other plans for us. Though our trip was cut short we hope to return. Lovely home.

Perfect family vacation

Just Beachy is a wonderful unit with a great location. The condo is well appointed and exactly as described. Previous reviews were accurate with regards to the shower door in the hall bath but easy to work with. The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location. We would recommend this property and/or would stay again if we were in the area.

Oceanfront at NSB

This place was excellent! Clean and spacious living space and amazing access to the beach. Literally we were steps away from an excellent beach that our kids bougie boarded and surfed in all day. There was endless beach to walk along and some cool restaurants nearby. We came from Canada and this is just what we needed. Definitely recommend coming to NSB.

Beach front condo right on the Water!!

We had a wonderful stay in this 3rd floor beach front Condo right on the water!!! This place was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week on the beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

New Smyrna vacation

We loved this condo! The balcony over looked the ocean. It was just a short walk down to the pool and ocean too! The condo was fully equipped with all the supplies you need. Beds were very comfortable. Nice size T.V.’s too! There were Beach towels and a few chairs to use as well. Great location. Thank you

2nd Time in this Unit

Perfect location. Point East is a great complex and the perfect size for a family. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. This condo needs some maintenance. I stayed here last year and gave them the benefit of the doubt that things I brought to their attention would be fixed by this year, but they weren't. The shower still leaks all over the floor in the main bath, the area rugs (same ones) are still filthy, and the dishwasher door still wants to close when open to load it. Very limited bath towels, no bathmats at all. This would be a fantastic condo if just the little things were maintained.

Family Vacation with Few Concerns

The condo was in a great location for beach access and the pool. It was clean and comfortable. I did have a few concerns - #1 there is a step to get into the unit. It was dark upon check-in and easy to miss this step. It should be marked to let people know to watch their step. #2 Television set up was poor. It took 2 days before we could figure out the "code" to be able to watch local tv. #3 Internet was spotty at best. We used HotSpot as much as the wifi due to the internet cutting out. #4 Cleaning was good with the exception of light fixtures. The fixture over the table appeared to have quite a few dead bugs in each light vase.

Just Beachy

The condo was very clean, the location was perfect for us and the views from the condo and the balcony are second to none! Absolutely beautiful!! I hoped we'd have enough supplies to not have to buy extra, but we did have to go out and get more trash bags. It would have been helpful also to have some information regarding recycling. We didn't find a kitchen hand towel. We have 5 people in our family and the condo was marketed for max of 5. We found only 3 beach towels, 3 beach chairs (1 of which was broken when we arrived) and the umbrella was not in a usable condition. This was extremely disappointing and really affected our visits to the beach. There were also a few comments I saw on previous reviews regarding some maintenance issues including the family shower door leaking quite a lot (there was no seal on the door) and the master bath toilet not having enough pressure to flush (we kept the lid off the tank to manually fill it each time). For these reasons I feel like we didn't quite get what we paid for.

Beautiful View

Cleanliness was a 3; they have tried to "update". The one shower leaks when using, by the doors...so we only used one of the showers. Wifi super spotty; kids had to do school work and we had to keep rebooting router. View is great...I really liked the complex, would look for a different room next time.

Excellent Location for Family

This is an amazing, nicely decorated condo with a beautiful pool, a county park with a playground and sport courts right next door, and right at the beginning of the no-drive beach. It is directly ocean front to watch the sunrise from the 3rd floor balcony or even while lying in bed. We did not encounter any loud partying or crazy shenanigans from anyone staying at the complex or at the park while we were there (during the Spring break season). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for preparing meals. The management company and their maintenance guy were very helpful when needed and tried to fix the few issues we encountered (the rugs needed to be deep cleaned or replaced, spring in dishwasher door were the items unresolved). Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and plan to stay there again, same time next year.

To start what we loved is the beachside view from the balcony and then as you you head back into the condo that's where the challenges begin to start the air conditioning wasn't working prior to Hurricane Ian we checked in on a Saturday and Ian didn't arrive to that location until the following Wednesday a technician was sent out to correct the issue with the air but to no avail he changed the filter which wasn't the problem because as he compared the old with the new it was obvious that wasn't the problem multiple fans in the condo told the story that the air conditioning was broken for some time and instead of telling that upfront there was a circus of deception on the managing companies part. The toilets had very low water pressure and the family shower leaked so bad that towels had to be put on the floor we understand that a Hurricane had caused a lot of damage and of course we completely understood why cable and internet service was never restored during our visit we have been visiting Point East since 2011 and this is the first time that we weren't satisfied with our stay again understanding Hurricane Ian. There obviously wasn't a line of communication between management and service staff because the linen on the master bed had no replacement for change we had to remove the linen wash it and replace the was no extra, There was one extra trash bag for the kitchen trash can and the floor had not been mopped prior to our arrival, I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom floors myself before we occupied the condo we had an 8 day stay with 3 days of the necessary supplies on one occasion there was a rep for Vacasa so he said trying to use the code to get into the condo there was prior call to us stating the he would be there we reported this to Vacasa they said that they would look into it but still no further response that situation could have turned out very badly if that guy had entered the condo luckily my husband was right behind him as he was trying to enter a code and confronted him he The standard has diminished these were easy fixes and multiple calls and text were sent to Vacasa representatives but no true results just band-aids so in the future we truly hope that the next guests gets what they pay for because the 2 stars that were given were generous. Vacasa you can do much better in representing the #302 owners. Your service on this particular visit was Sub-standard with a D+ Grade.

Thanksgiving Week 2022

Quality unit, clean and spacious. The view is fantastic and feels like staying right on the water. While the beach access was closed due to TS Nicole, the pool area overlooks the ocean so you didnt really miss the beach. The location is within 10 minutes of a number of quality restuarants, shopping, and things to do (most within 5 minutes).

Three sisters and a Sister in law

What an amazing time we had there. The rooms were very accommodating. The view was simply amazing. The sound of the waves sitting out on the balcony was so alluring and Intoxicating. Seems like all your worries left you at the peace and tranquillity we found there. I would strongly suggest this place any time of the year, especially in September. Less people. But we have been there in July and it was just as good.

Perfect location!

Great condo! Just enough space for 5 people, if someone doesn't mind sleeping on the couch. The water pressure in the bathrooms is a little off balance and one of the bathrooms is in desperate need of a towel bar and hooks. Other than that, the condo was in the perfect place to watch a morning sunrise over the water.
